Synopsis
Theres no reasoning with holiday magic.
Jakob
Being a super genius should make life a sleigh ride, not a snowstorm. Jakob’s entire life has been defined by his oversized brain. When he finally breaks out of the ivory tower he’s been kept in, Jakob has plans to do all the things he’s been told are beneath his intellect. Step one? Deck the halls with his very first Christmas tree. He doesn’t expect to meet his future Daddy on the side of the road, but there’s no arguing with the magic of the holidays.
Reed
Being an ER doctor is an all-consuming profession, especially during the holiday rush. Finding a little takes time, and that’s something Reed has in short supply. He’s used to patching broken bones, not hearts, and the idea of Christmas magic seemed like a fairy tale. But when Jakob crashes into him—quite literally—and somehow jingles his way into Reeds home and heart, it feels like maybe Jakob is right about being wrecked for the holidays.
