Ive spent the last ten years working as a doctor in refugee camps around the world. My last assignment in Afghanistan has taken everything out of me, so I return to Sunrise Bay hoping to find peace and solitude in the home I rarely visit.

But when I meet Andrew, the quiet life I imagined disappears. In its place is an emotional roller coaster that makes me reevaluate whats really important.

Andrew is sweet, kind, and has an amazing sense of humor. Hes built a new life for himself in this sleepy Colorado town that gives him everything he needs.
