Opening my own design firm in Lilac Harbor was hard, but things are finally starting to break my way.

Then, I meet my new neighbor and the bane of my existence.

Hes a grumpy jerk. Hes also my partner for a big remodel that Ive been hired for.

Working with Wade will be difficult, but nothing that I cant handle.

Except, the more time that I spend with him, the more that I start to like him.

Who knows, maybe by the end of this project, we can even be friends.

Now were working together, and I know that this is my chance to finally win my girl over.

She wants to be friends and bury any hatchets, which is a good start, but I want more.
