After a bad break-up left her confidence in tatters, Rose is struggling to paint anything new. But when her best friend needs help and asks Rose to use her artistic abilities to get her out of a stressful work situation, she agrees. While Rose has never designed a set before, she is willing to do anything for her closest friend, even though it means facing her fears.

Hoping this new medium will help her reconnect with her creativity Rose is cautiously optimistic about the new project, until she finds out who her partner is. Mortified to realise she'll be stuck working with the handsome stranger she had an unfortunate run-in with only a couple of nights before, Rose feels even more pressure to make sure the project is a success.

Phillip is looking forward to the opportunity to put his skills to use on a new kind of project—building a set. He's shocked to realise the set designer is the woman from the other night, but determined to make her see he's not the man she thought he was.
