I know I said I would do anything for my patients, because being a hospice nurse is my life. It's not easy, but it is the most rewarding thing I've ever done, and I wouldn't change any of it.

The woman who I've been caring for over the past three years, has one dying request, and that is to find her son, deliver a letter to him, and talk him into seeing her one last time. That doesn't fall under my job description, but how could I say no, when she has no one else to help her?

Packing my bags, I fly halfway around the world to a country I've never heard of before. At least there won't be anyone there to distract me for accomplishing this mission and then heading back home. How hard can it be to talk someone into reading a letter from their mother?

As soon as I crossed paths with her son Mayson, I realized it wasn't going to as easy as I thought. He was resistant to any conversation about family. That meant I needed to get closer to him before I could move forward. The problem was, he was gorgeous, funny, and as attracted to me as I was to him. Staying focused on the reason why I was there was getting much more difficult and were doing a lot more than talking before we knew it.

I've gained his trust, and so much more. But once he realizes the why I'm really in Tabiq, he won't ever forgive me. What do I do? Honor her wishes and bring their family back together before it's too late? Of for once in my life, I think of myself first, and chase my happily ever after? No matter what I choose, someone loses.
