Body Type: Average omega height. Plus size figure, with large breasts and wide hips. She has several scars, including a long one on the right side of her face, that runs from her temple to her jawline. This feature might make her hard to place.

Intake Overview: Admitted to the program at 20 years old, after an altercation with her mate. The legal proceedings that followed delayed the mating reversal procedures. After the conclusion of the trial, her previous mate, Preston Hyde , rejected her which added to her medical issues.

Initial Assessment: At the time of admittance into Havenfield, Carys was drastically underweight, suffering from anorexia as well as body dysmorphia, depression, Chronic Omega Distress Disorder (CODD), and Rejected Mate Psychosis (RMP). Her ongoing conditions include anxiety and PTSD.

Education: Graduate of Clarendon Omega Academy with full honors.

Placement Requirements: Daily medication and weekly therapy is recommended. Carys will need a patient pack that doesn’t use physical punishments for discipline — spanking, birching, swatting, etc.

Doctor’s Notes: Carys suffered multiple physical/mental injuries, and has been undergoing a Mating Reversal to purge her former pack’s bond from her body. Surprisingly, even though the pack that claimed her had three alphas, Carys was only marked (i.e. bitten) by the Pack Alpha, Preston Hyde , making the process a bit easier compared to other previously mated omegas.

Carys has expressed her desire to be claimed by a new pack, and to have children. I believe she will be a good candidate for placement once she completes her treatments.

Dr. Kofi Blackwell has put in a preliminary claim on her once she’s placed in the dating pool.

Additional notes: Dr. Blackwell was Carys's former physician. She was transferred once his interest in the omega was submitted in writing. So far, he has adhered to all policies, not interacting with the omega outside of approved phone calls.
