Chapter Seven

Felix woke up with the Prince’s arms around him and his even breathing against his neck. If the next six months were like this, he was definitely okay with that. Nobody had ever washed him, made sure he was dry, rubbed cream all over his body, and cuddled with him under the blanket to sleep for the whole night.

He could get used to this.

He managed to roll over to face the Prince without waking him. Asleep, the strain lines he had around his eyes were smoothed out. Felix wondered why he had those. Perhaps being a Prince was more stressful than he thought.

He let his hands wander a bit to feel the man he’d be spending six months with. He’d only been with a couple this skinny, and it hadn’t bothered him. Bodies were bodies, and it’d be boring if everyone had the same exact type.

He traced a feather tattoo that was slowly drifting over Rainier’s bony hip, and he ran his fingers along the Prince’s side. His ribs made little ridges, and Felix wondered if he tried to gain weight or didn’t care to. He reached behind him to stroke his back. It was smooth except for where his spine was which was bumpy, and he found a lock of hair to start playing with.

Rainier shifted and hugged him closer. “My little Kitten’s antsy. Are you ready to be up?"

“Yeah.”

Rainier stretched a little. “A servant will bring your breakfast soon, so get dressed, okay?”

The Prince said to wear whatever he wanted, and Felix picked a linen shirt and basic trousers. He didn’t want to wear a vest and coat like Rainier did. Like he said, a servant left a tray in the antechamber, and Rainier told Felix he could eat on the couch as long as he was neat.

Rainier sat with him to hold Inky and pet him.

“Aren’t you going to eat?” asked Felix.

“I don’t feel like having breakfast.”

Felix certainly felt like having his. He gnawed his way through the sausages while Inky stared at him.

“What do you have to do today?” Felix asked before he got started on the eggs.

Rainier shrugged. “Lunch and dinner with my family. I suppose I’ll have to go riding with them in the afternoon. Mum never takes petitioners when we have them over. I told Mum you’re here, and she’s not happy, but she’ll get over it.”

Felix paused with a forkful of eggs. “You told her?”

“I can’t keep you a secret forever, and I’m certainly not keeping you in my rooms for six months with no sunlight. If you happen to cross paths, she’d wonder why there’s a stranger about.”

“Oh. But she won’t do anything, right?”

“No. We’re fine.”

When he finished eating, Rainier told him he could put the tray in the antechamber. Felix cleaned his teeth and came to sit on Rainier’s lap.

“Cuddle me some more.”

Rainier chuckled as he wrapped his arms around his pet. “You’re such a sweet Kitten.”

Felix rested his head against Rainier’s chest to listen to his heart. He had been a little leery yesterday after what happened with Lance, but the Prince had been so nice to him. It was Lance that had been the whole problem, and he had no reason to fear the Prince.

Felix lifted his head, snaked a hand behind Rainier’s, and drew him a little closer for a kiss. As soon as their lips met, Rainier’s arms tightened around him, and one hand wandered down to squeeze his ass.

“Fuck,” mumbled Felix.

Rainier took that opportunity to slip his tongue in. Felix started to shift, although he kept his mouth against the Prince’s, and he managed to not break the kiss as he straddled Rainier’s lap. The Prince’s stiffening cock nudged his own as it thickened.

It was even better when the Prince reached under his shirt to play with his nipples, and he gently tugged on little balls on either side. Little darts of pleasure shot through him, and he ground his cock against Rainier’s.

“Please…”

“Does my little Kitten feel good?”

“Hell, yes.” Felix grinded on him some more. “Can we fuck now?”

Rainier kissed along his jaw. “No.”

“No? But I’m asking now.”

“I know, but we can wait until tonight, and you can practice being a good little Kitten for me this afternoon if you’d like.”

Actually, practice sounded good since Felix was so new at it. “But I want your cock in me now. I can still practice later.”

Rainier took his chin. “Haven’t you ever just kissed without sex?”

“When I was a teenager,” replied Felix. Back when he’d been a virgin, he’d thought kissing the cute guy his age up the street was the best thing ever.

“I guess you don’t have relationships outside of the whorehouse?”

“No. Not like that.”

“Sometimes it’s nice to just kiss and feel.” Rainier fiddled with a nipple piercing. “It can be like a teaser for later, and it doesn’t always have to lead to sex right away.”

“I know how other people do stuff in relationships, but I’m used to it leading to the main event pretty soon. Or kinky stuff and then the sex.” Nobody came to a whorehouse and paid for only a few smooches.

“I know, but we’re going to wait. I want to take you into the garden, and I can’t do that if you’re on my cock.”

“Unless you want to carry me in a really awkward position.”

Rainier busted out laughing, and Felix chuckled as he pictured it in his head. “I’d rather not. I’d like for you to practice being a Kitten this afternoon on your own for a bit, and then we can play tonight.”

“Okay.”

“Give me a few more kisses before we go outside.”

Felix couldn’t pretend he knew the layout of the Castle, but he was pretty sure they were using back halls and staircases to get down when they later left. Rainier had made him put on a coat even though Felix thought it was too fancy for someone like him.

“This thing probably costs more than any outfit I own back at Pierced Pretties,” said Felix. “And that’s a high-class house.”

“So?”

“Let’s be honest. I’m basically your whore, and I don’t think most whore’s get to wear a Prince’s clothes.”

Rainier sighed and took his hand as they went down another staircase. “You’re not just a whore.”

“Whore’s are more respected here in some ways compared to back home…but you went there to get someone to fulfill a kink. That’s me. If I hadn’t been there, you would have picked someone else.”

“True, but we can also be companions,” said Rainier. “No matter how cute of a Kitten you make or how tight your ass is, I can’t fuck all day either. Part of me pampering you can be sharing my things or my time. We can do other things besides sex. If I saw you as just a whore and had absolutely no interest in anything else, I wouldn’t want to take you outside for a walk so you can see the gardens. In fact, I’d probably stick you in your own room and not have you in mine.”

A couple of customers had said they wanted to marry Felix. They’d also had about six glasses of wine beforehand. A couple had also said they loved him, but they’d been balls-deep in his ass and cumming. He’d always disregarded such comments because a man who’s drunk or in the middle of an orgasm might say plenty of things he doesn’t mean.

Nobody ever asked to do something with him beyond sex, offered to go somewhere, or hinted that they wanted more than their sexual fantasies made true. The other whores didn’t count because they were work buddies, and they often went in pairs or trios if they had to buy something or simply wanted to get out and do something. They were company to each other, and they weren’t fucking on the side. Or at least most weren’t.

Rainier paused them in a hall. “I can go anywhere and pay for sex. Plenty would be willing to fuck the future King of Glasswood, and many people are fine with piercings, but I’d like someone that I can be more at ease around-someone that I can get to know a little better, and they can get to know me too. I don’t really have friends anymore.”

“Why not?”

“Most of the guards are older than me, and the few closer in age have babies or small children at home. When their shift is done, they’re in a hurry to leave, and I don’t blame them. I did have more friends because for a few years after-when I was seventeen, Mum decided we’d have a court. I liked it, but she grew tired of it after a few years, and she sent them away. Life gets in the way, people stop writing, and they have families to look after. It happens.”

That seemed rather dull to Felix. He was rattling around in this big old Castle with his Mum. Felix often couldn’t be alone at the whorehouse unless he went to his room. Rainier didn’t even have his sister anymore since she’d died of a rare stomach illness.

“I thought Lance was my friend to an extent,” said Rainier. “Clearly, he wasn’t.”

No wonder he wanted someone for six months and decided to take the risk to bring Felix here besides making him feel safe. “Are your Aunty and cousin mad too?

“No,” Rainier said as they continued walking. “Betty and Natalie don’t care what I do, and they stay out of my business like they should. If they heard I was having orgies with half of the city, they wouldn’t care.”

“Ew. That’s something I won’t do.”

Rainier chuckled. “Don’t worry. I have no interest in orgies.”

“Thank God.”

When they stepped outside, Rainier squinted at him. “What does ‘hell yes’ mean? You said that earlier.”

“It’s like saying you want something very much,” said Felix. “Or like, fuck yes! You’re excited and agreeing with something.”

“Why hell?”

“It’s just a way to curse for humans.”

“Ah. In Asgard, Hel is a place for the dead to go.”

Felix nodded. “I’ve heard a bit about that, but hell yes is something I grew up with, and it hasn’t gone away for me.”

Despite twelve years in the fairy realm, he never got tired of the plants and trees in Glasswood, and the name of this Kingdom made perfect sense. They had normal plants too, but glass and crystal flowers and trees would always be his favorite kind.

When he’d first arrived here, he thought the whole fairy realm was covered in such plants, but he learned it wasn’t. Then he’d been afraid for a while that the glass tree by Mother’s house would fall over, crush the roof, and they’d all die a horrible, splintery death with glass bits stuck in them.

Despite being glass, a few roses on a bush were looking a bit droopy, and their green leaves were black at the edges. The gardener’s would have to prune that since glass plants grew and wilted just like anything else. A few leaves blew off a tree and tinkled down, and a couple landed on his head, but they didn’t cut because they weren’t sharp like that. He picked one up to look at the veins running through the red glass.

“This never gets old,” he told Rainier. “The plants still fascinate me.”

“It’s still beautiful to me too even though I was born here.”

Felix took his leaf with him as they walked down the paths paved with pale stones. The garden was pretty vast, and an arch of bushes led to a different area. More normal plants grew, and they also had many gold and silver flowers and vines, which were Felix’s second favorite plants.

A fountain held curious little, two-headed fish that gaped their mouths at the pair when they leaned over. All were yellow and had more fins than Felix would have thought normal twelve years ago.

“What are those?” he asked.

“They’re doublers.”

Felix touched his finger to the water, and one came up to nibble which tickled. Not finding anything edible, the doubler quickly swam away as if annoyed.

“It figures my Kitten likes the fish.”

“They’re cute."

Rainier nuzzled his neck. “You seem more and more like a Kitten to me.”

“I like milk too.”

“Ahhh. Maybe I’ll get you a saucer of milk to lap at.”

“I like it with sweetened cacao too, even though that’s not something kitties should have.”

“But you can.”

Felix leaned his arms on the fountain. “Why do you like kitty play?”

“It’s the domination and care aspect,” said Rainier. “You do as I say, you be your sweet self, and the more cat-like you act when we play, the more it’ll arouse me. Pups are usually more rambunctious, and plenty like to wear fake snouts or masks. It’s not the same to me. Some cats are more bratty, but I prefer obedient ones. I also like the sight of a collared man, and the paws restrict your hands. With those on, you’re pretty dependent on me even if I don’t restrain you further. I also love the way a gagged man looks.”

“But we’re not doing that bit,” said Felix.

“No, we’re not. The paws, ears, tail, and collar also look so cute when a man’s kneeling at my feet for attention and being sweet, or if he’s under me while I fuck him. There’s nothing quite like a man submitting and acting like a Kitten, and I love caring for one.”

“And you want me to practice it?”

“Yes. If you don’t fully get into the mindset, don’t worry.”

“Tab said his pleasure slave would really settle into the mindset of being a pony, but I don’t fully understand that.”

“Hmm, some people truly feel like a cat in their head to an extent. All of their daily worries in life are gone, and it becomes more than an act. If you don’t, stopping the act and being Felix the human again might be fine and simple. For others, the transition can be a little harder, and if they’re not taken care of properly, it can be quite jarring. Truly settling into the act like that in your head isn’t something I expect, and not everyone can do it anyway. Someone that doesn’t can still be a good Kitten.”

“Okay.”

Rainier cupped one side of his face. “Also, don’t forget that you always have your safety word and signals, and I will never ignore them.”
