Once we were safely at my house, I managed to soothe Garret somewhat. It was difficult because I too still had a lot of lingering adrenaline pumping through my veins. Neither one of us felt like going back to sleep. We would pay for it later, but we wanted to celebrate together over the fact that we were still alive.
We began to slowly and passionately strip off each other's clothes in my bedroom, with the door locked. Garret was paranoid the whole ride to my place, and even once we were tucked away in the seclusion of my apartment with all the shades drawn, he still behaved as if someone were following him.
"No one is watching you," I assured him. "It's over. You already told Nelson you would agree to his terms and his negotiations. The contract is probably being drafted as we speak. Relax," I encouraged in a comforting tone.
I lightly brushed my fingers through his hair. His eyes fluttered closed and he sighed with contentment. His body relaxed and he allowed himself to soften to my tender touch.
His breath was hot on my cheek. He peppered my neck and collar bone with kisses that made me feel like I was melting with ecstasy on the inside.
"Does that feel good?" he whispered in a sexy purr into my ear before nibbling on it.
I returned his deviant grin and wrapped my arms around his neck, pressing my body up against his, wanting to feel his heart pounding against my chest.
He yielded to my kisses. We didn't use ropes, chains, whips or blindfolds. In fact, we didn't use any sex toys at all. The magic between us was tender and delicate. We both needed the gentleness of each other's touch, to feel the passion of our bond, how deep the roots of our love ran.
When he stared deep into my eyes, all the suffering we had been through disappeared. The entire world drifted away until all that was left was us, naked and intertwined.
He placed his hands around my waist and bit my bottom lip, teasing me. Garret groaned as our cocks rubbed up against each other. He was lying on top of me, making me sizzle.
Our kisses brimmed with urgency. Garret's eyes swam with desperation as if he couldn't hold out for one more second. I knew he was eager to get inside me. My hole tingled with anticipation, already expecting what was coming. I was prepared to open myself up to his girth as he filled me, both physically and emotionally.
Garret's movements were hungry and passionate. He gently rolled me onto my stomach. "Get on all fours," he instructed.
I did as he commanded and gripped the sheets in my fists. I was fully prepared to take in his swollen cock. Garret reached into the bedside table and pulled out a condom. He opened the little pouch with his mouth and sheathed the condom on his rock-hard cock.
My hole was pulsing and glistening, purely throbbing for him. I couldn't wait another second. Garret entered me with a whine of ecstasy. I groaned and succumbed to the pleasure. Garret held each side of my waist for support as he pushed his cock deeper inside me. Once it was fully buried inside, he began to grind into me with vigor and purpose.
He reached around my waist and began stroking my cock, which was pulsing and hard as a rock. I groaned in response, experiencing the best pleasure from both worlds. He continued to ram into me, stretching my hole.
Garret hadn't needed lube this time. He pushed right in with ease. That was how ready I was for him. Arousal pumped through my veins. Every way he touched me scorched me with desire. His seductive glances shot me to the moon with pleasure.
Garret's balls slammed into my backside. He was whimpering now, but it was with ecstasy. He rubbed my back, dragging his nails up and down my torso as he continued to plow into me from behind.
Each thrust made a slapping sound against my bare bottom. I continued to dig my fingers into the mattress, groaning as the pleasure flooded me with euphoria.
"It feels so good," Garret panted. "I think I'm going to come soon. I can't hold it much longer." His voice sounded desperate.
"Me either," I said, breathing hard.
Garret's body tensed and he began to lightly quiver. I wanted to come with him. I was so close. He was hitting all the right targets.
He let out a guttural cry. As I felt the flood of his hot semen bursting inside me, I let go of my own dam of pleasure.
With a groan, my eyes rolled back in my head and I came, almost violently. My load sprayed across the sheets.
Garret was still inside me. His hands were on my hips and he was still trying to recover from his climax. There was a delighted grin on his lips and his cheeks were flushed, glowing in the aftermath of sex. It wasn't just random sex anymore. We were in love, and the chemistry and connection enhanced the intensity of both our orgasms.
He kissed my shoulder and finally slid out of me, tossing the condom into the trash can beside the bed.
He ran a hand through his sleek and sexy hair and grabbed a towel from the bathroom. Garret cleaned off his cock, and then took care of mine, rubbing it down to remove the stickiness. Then he moved on to the sheets and patted them dry.
He playfully chucked the towel at me. "You get to sleep in the wet spot tonight."
"Hey," I laughed and threw it back at him. "That's not fair."
We were bantering as if nothing had happened, and for that, I was grateful. If even for a moment we could forget the fire, forget Nelson, and simply enjoy each other's company, I would take that as a blessing. Besides, it felt like an enormous weight had lifted off my shoulders when Garret had finally accepted Nelson's offer, and I knew he felt the same way.
I could see it in his demeanor. He had a new twinkle in his eye. I hoped he was ready to move on and trust me as his life partner in this new adventure.

A few days later, I took Garret on a personal tour of the plot of land that I thought would work wonderfully as the site to build his—no— our new club. I was going to have to get used to that joint partner thing, but it had a nice ring to it and made my stomach do a somersault of excitement every time I thought about the new endeavor.
We were riding along the bumpy fields at the edge of the property line. I kept glancing at Garret, making sure he didn't have a displeased look on his face. For the most part, he seemed generally excited and ambitious about the new challenge ahead.
I stopped and put the car in park. "Here," I said, pointing to the landscape of empty fields in front of us. "It's a blank canvas, ready and waiting for us to paint the picture of our future on it together."
Garret gave me a skeptical grin. "If you say so."
I bumped my shoulder against his. "I know this is a fantastic place to build the representation of our future together. Just think about all the potential out here, waiting for us to scoop it up and turn it into something beautiful and creative."
Garret nodded in acknowledgment as if my coaxing was helping him open up his mind and imagination to the endless possibilities.
"You're right." He cast me a dreamy look. "I can see it. I can envision the club right here, smack dab in the middle of this field, cropped in perfectly."
I grinned and patted his back affectionately. "See? That wasn't so hard, was it?"
Garret chuckled. "Well…"
"Don't answer that," I teased.
Garret rolled his eyes. "It seems like a lot of expense…"
"You'll have the money from Nelson plus the insurance money from the fire, and besides, I'm going to help you," I said.
Garret gave me a cautious look. "I can't expect you to just give me your land without any strings attached."
"That's not what's happening at all," I countered. "People who are in love don't have to expect something in return, other than love, that is."
Garret frowned as if the idea of taking my offer for the plot of land was still a foreign concept in his mind.
"Garret," I said gently, cupping my hand over his. I stared at him until he had no choice but to look me in the eye. "My uncle left me well-off, even more than you were aware of."
Garret's eyes widened and he swallowed hard. "Exactly how well-off did he leave you?"
"Well-off enough that you wouldn't need to take on any other investors besides me," I said. "You won't have to worry about any of that."
"What about Nelson?" Garret asked in a sour tone. "He's still a bully who is getting away with his crimes. We have to do something about that, you know. We can't simply pretend that he didn't burn down the Tiger's Eye or Saul's restaurant."
"We will deal with that," I promised. "But for now, you have to accept that you are making the right choice to sell the land that the burnt club stood on. You would have to rebuild anyway, so why not do it in a location that you know Nelson won't try to tamper with or sabotage? You would open a whole new pandora's box of uncertainty if you rebuilt on the same land. As long as nobody is stopping him, Nelson is going to try and continue his schemes against you. Your construction site would never be safe from his meddling."
Garret's expression was accepting, and I knew that I had gotten through to him. He was quiet for a moment.
"I'm just worried about you covering all the costs. I feel like I'll never be able to repay you," Garret said with an anxious frown.
"You don't need to stress about repaying me," I explained. "We're doing this together, building something together. This club is going to be for both of us, plus all the people in the community who need a private place to go for a secure and discretionary outlet."
"You really thought this through, huh?" Garret gave me a sideways grin. His eyes sparkled, the way they always did when he was turned on.
"Yes," I said with a humble chuckle. "There isn't even a single sliver of a doubt in my mind about sharing my inheritance. I just want to make one thing clear to you, Garret." I paused for effect and gazed deeply into his eyes.
"What?" he asked, glancing my direction.
"I know you aren't using me for my money, because up until recently, you didn't even know how much I had."
Garret lightheartedly chuckled. "I still don't. Well, I know you have a lot more than I originally thought."
I smiled. "That's why everything feels right in my gut. I know this is the perfect investment opportunity for both of us. I want our creative ideas to take flight, and we have so many supporters who are willing to help us in the process."
Garret nodded. His mood seemed uplifted by my convincing. He looked at me with complete and unconditional adoration. "I love you so much. None of this would have ever been possible without you."
"I love you too." I reached out and cradled his chin in my hands. I pressed my lips to his and delighted in the warming sensation his touch brought to my senses. "We're in this together, forever. I never want you to forget that."
Garret smiled, and for the first time, I saw the truth of complete acceptance and optimism shining from his spirit. "Together forever, through the storms, we will find our channel to happiness."
