Update: He's definitely drunk. He's listing to one side and has repeated the same sentence three times

Could be, but I'm sitting in the front row and he smells like he took a bath in bourbon

Update #2: He's started sweating profusely. Keeps mopping his brow with a handkerchief that looks like it began its existence in the seventies

Ope. He rubbed his face too vigorously and now his mustache is askew
