Chapter 26
26
Sofia
I hum around Rhett's cock as he moans. It gives me a sense of power when I can make him lose control. Heck, I'm so wet right now just thinking about him fucking me. Apparently, my hormones have spiked because I can't get enough of him.
My husband, wow… my husband, grips my hair away from my face so he can watch me as I take him deep. Ever since the morning sickness stopped, I have given him lots of blow jobs, not that he's complaining.
"Fuck, I love your mouth," he groans. I grip him by the base and let him almost all the way out, letting the head rest against my lips. "That's enough, wife."
I squeal as he flips us so I'm on my back and he's between my legs. I'll never tire of the feeling of him entering me. He's mindful of my belly as he begins to slowly fuck me.
Why does this time feel different? Maybe because we're now man and wife. All I know is I love every second of it. He begins to pick up the pace, holding his upper body off me, our bodies slapping together with each thrust.
"You are so hot and wet," he groans.
Rhett's words send a thrill through me as he continues to thrust deeply. I wrap my legs around his waist, pulling him even closer.
"Only for you," I moan. "God, I love you."
"I love you too, baby," Rhett pants. "So much."
He shifts his angle slightly, hitting that perfect spot inside me. I cry out in pleasure as the tension builds. Rhett's movements become more urgent as we both chase our release.
"Come for me, Sofia," he groans. "I want to feel you come around me."
His words push me over the edge and I shatter, calling out Rhett's name as waves of ecstasy wash over me. The feeling of my walls clenching around him sends Rhett tumbling after me with a loud groan.
We lie tangled together afterward, both of us breathing heavily. Rhett rolls to the side, pulling me with him so we're facing each other. His hand moves to rest gently on my rounded belly.
"I can't believe we're married," I say softly, still in awe of everything that's happened.
Rhett smiles, his eyes shining with love. "Believe it, Mrs. Ferguson. You're stuck with me now."
I lean in to kiss him softly. "Good, because I don't ever want to be without you."
We snuggle close, basking in our newlywed bliss. As I start to drift off to sleep in my husband's arms, I feel completely content and at peace. Whatever challenges come our way. I know we can face them together.
The next morning, I wake to the feeling of Rhett's hand caressing my baby bump. I blink my eyes open to find him propped up on one elbow, gazing at me with a soft smile.
"Good morning, wife," he says, leaning down to kiss me.
I smile against his lips. "Good morning, husband."
As we pull apart, Rhett's hand continues its gentle exploration of my growing belly. "I still can't believe we're having a little girl," he says in wonder. "I keep picturing what she'll look like."
I place my hand over his. "I bet she'll have your dimples and my eyes."
"As long as she has your beautiful heart," Rhett compliments me, pressing a kiss to my forehead.
We lie here for a while longer, talking softly about our daughter and our future together. It feels surreal that just yesterday we got married. Everything has happened so fast, but it all feels so right.
Eventually, we drag ourselves out of bed to get ready for the day. We're meeting our families for brunch before everyone heads back home. As I'm getting dressed, I catch sight of my reflection in the mirror. My small baby bump is more noticeable now, and I can't help but smile as I run a hand over it.
Rhett comes up behind me, wrapping his arms around me and resting his hands on my belly. "You look beautiful," he murmurs, pressing a kiss to my neck.
I lean back against him, soaking in this moment of peace before we rejoin our families. "Thank you for making me so happy," I say softly.
He turns me in his arms to face him. "Thank you for giving me everything I never knew I wanted," Rhett replies, his eyes shining with emotion.
As we head down to meet our families for brunch, I feel a sense of contentment wash over me. This may not be how I imagined my life going, but I wouldn't change a thing. With Rhett by my side and our daughter on the way, I know we can face whatever the future holds.
My kiddos hustle and bustle around me as we get ready for the holiday concert their doing for their parents and families. Our room is decorated with a Christmas tree, paper stars hanging from the ceiling, and twinkle lights.
The kids are all dressed up in Christmas gear. I'm wearing black maternity leggings, a red cardigan, with a green T-shirt under it. I'm also wearing a Santa hat. Even Jodi and Daniel got into the spirit.
Jodi had been invited to our wedding, but she declined because she needed to stay back to take care of our kiddos. She bought us beautiful towels that were so fluffy soft I wanted to lie on them. Daniel got us some gift cards to Target, which I appreciated greatly.
As I help the kids line up for their performance, I can't help but smile thinking about how much has changed in the past few months. I'm married now, with a baby girl on the way. It still feels surreal sometimes.
"Miss Sofia, I'm nervous," little Mia shares, tugging on my cardigan.
I kneel down as best I can with my growing belly. "You're going to do great, sweetheart. Just remember to smile and have fun."
Mia nods, looking a bit more confident. I give her a quick hug before standing back up.
"All right kiddos, it's showtime!" I announce cheerfully. "Let's go show your families how amazing you all are."
As we file into the main room where the parents are waiting, I scan the crowd for Rhett. My heart swells when I spot him sitting next to my mom. Things have been better between us lately, and I'm so grateful she's here today.
The kids begin their performance, singing holiday songs and doing adorable little dance moves. I beam with pride watching them, my hand resting on my belly. In a few years, our daughter will be up there singing and dancing too.
After the show, parents mingle and chat as they collect their children. Rhett makes his way over to me, pulling me into a hug.
"That was great, baby," he says, kissing my cheek. "The kids were so cute."
I lean into him, savoring his warmth. "Thanks for coming. I know you had to switch shifts to be here."
"I wouldn't have missed it," Rhett assures me.
My mom joins us, smiling warmly. "Sofia, the children were wonderful. You've done such a great job with them."
"Thanks, Mom," I say, feeling a rush of emotion at her praise.
As we chat, I notice Rhett watching me with a soft expression. When Mom excuses herself to use the restroom, he pulls me close again.
"What?" I ask, noticing his intense gaze.
Rhett shakes his head slightly. "Nothing. I just love seeing you like this—in your element with the kids. You're going to be an amazing mom to our little girl."
I feel tears prick my eyes at his words. Damn pregnancy hormones. "And you're going to be the best dad," I tell him, leaning up for a kiss.
As the room slowly empties, Rhett helps me clean up a bit before we head home. I'm exhausted but happy. While I gather my things, he chats with Daniel and Jodi. Yawning widely, I head toward them and then we head out.
He drove me today in my car, so he helps me inside. "Why don't we order out and you can lie down when we get home?"
I smile and nod. "That sounds good. This whole week has worn me out, but it went so well. They were all so great."
Grabbing my hand, he kisses the back of it. "It won't be long until our little girl is singing with her class."
"I know, right?"
We're in a comfortable silence the rest of the way home, and then I get to take my nap.
