"Slow down," I told Shane, putting the phone on speaker. "What happened?"

"That crazy bitch is alive, and they have Sarra."

"What? When did this happen?"

"Just now. I was on the phone with Sarra when they took her. The woman said the baby belonged to her. She's going to kill Sarra and take the baby. I need you to find out where they live. I have a couple of leads. Cooper and Logan are here now. Beau is in California; he has some help from an assistant there who's digging up everything she can find on them."

I looked over at Reaper. He had his third surgery last week. "Get this fucking bandage off my head. We have to save her. I'm going to kill that bitch and those men." He jumped up and stumbled over the table in front of him. "Take these fucking bandages off. I need to see if that last surgery worked. It's my fault I made her go home. It's my fucking fault. Damn it!"

"Come and sit down. I'll take your bandages off," Rebel said. He started unwrapping Reaper's bandage, and we all held our breath.

"Stop, the light is too strong. Shut the blinds," Reaper shouted.

"What are you doing?" Allison demanded as she walked into the room.

"He's taking my bandage off," I said, turning my head to where Ghost's wife's voice came from. "They have Sarra and are going to take the baby and kill Sarra. I have to save them."

"Why don't you let all these others save her this time? You're supposed to leave these on your eyes."

"It's my fault they've been taken by those fucking killers. This woman killed Sarra's parents, and now she wants to kill Sarra. Allison, please help me with these bandages."

"Okay, let's go to the baby's room. It's the darkest room here."

As we waited for the bandage to be removed, I called Beau. "Hey, what's the plan?"

"Kat says they are somewhere in the Bayou. We're on our way there right now," Beau explained.

"I guess we'll meet you there."

"What about Reaper? I thought he was blind?"

"He's taking his bandage off now. We don't know if he can see. He had his third surgery last week. He's supposed to keep the bandages on but won't listen to anyone. So hopefully, he can see something."

"We have to find her, Beau. Shane thinks she's going to kill Sarra after she takes the baby. This might cause her labor to start earlier than expected."

"Why do you think that?"

"I called a few doctors to get their opinions. I'll see you at home. We're all meeting there."

"Yeah, I'll see you there."
