WES
We're eight weeks away from December first and though the fear is real, the excitement is, as well. Maybe this is the way to go. Not learning about the baby until she was well into her pregnancy gave us no time to freak out.
Don't get me wrong. I did freak out. The day she told me, I went home and freaked the fuck out. I called Maverick and Jay and told them. They congratulated me then tore me up. They told me it was time to grow the fuck up and do the right thing by Hazel. I've wasted enough time and now I need to do something about it.
It's everything I've been telling myself all along, but she never pushed for more, which allowed me to sit idle and complacent with our relationship.
Hazel sure as fuck doesn't deserve complacent.
So, it's one more thing I needed to fix in myself and then give to her.
Moving her into my house feels right. I thought it would change things between us, but nothing felt more right. Since we've been playing house for years anyway, having her under my roof now, knowing when I come home, she's there, feels good. I like the idea of going to work, working hard for my woman and then having her happy at home when I get there.
"Are you ready, Wes?" Hazel asks as she enters the living room and my heart skips a beat. She's got on leggings and a fitted t-shirt that shows off her sexy baby bump. I know she's feeling self-conscious but my god, she's amazing. Her breasts are larger than before and my dick twitches in my pants. It's been too long since I've last been with her. And her telling me we're allowed to sleep together has me craving her that much more.
I jump up and rush to her side, rubbing small circles on her belly. She looks up at me with adoration as she encircles my neck with her arms. "I love when you do that." The purr in her voice has my dick at full attention, and when she presses against me, she feels it. "Looks like you love it, too." Her cheeky response only excites me more.
"I told you, once we get the okay from the doctor I'm making up for lost time."
"And I told you I already know it's fine, Wes," she huffs sullenly.
"I want to see our baby on the screen. I want to hear everything is fine. And then I'll take care of you."
She leans on her toes, kissing me lightly, her breasts pressed against my chest, her belly on mine. "I always knew this guy was inside you."
I squeeze her ass. "Thank you for waiting around for him to show up."
She chuckles and I back away from her reluctantly. "Come on, if we don't leave now, I may not be able to control myself. I don't want us to be late."
She winks and swings her hips as she walks to the door. "If you need to jerk off, I'll watch."
I growl at her and grab my keys from the counter, adjusting myself as I follow her out the door. "Woman, watch your mouth."

Hazel is laid out on the table, her shirt tucked under her breasts, her pants pulled low and her belly on full display. The nurse is rubbing gel on her and with a large wand in hand, begins to play around with the monitor.
"We're going to get a perfect picture of your baby today." She holds the wand right over her belly and asks, "Ready for the heartbeat?"
Hazel looks at me and reaches for my hand. I take it and step closer bending down to give her a quick kiss. "Let's hear it."
A soft whooshing sound fills the room and an outline appears on the screen. The nurse points to a fluttering part on the screen. "Right here is the baby's heart. It sounds nice and strong."
I'm immediately overwhelmed with emotion, surprised to realize that none of this emotion is fear. I just feel the need to be the best guy I can be for both my loves. I look at Hazel and see tears falling from her eyes. "Don't cry, baby! What's wrong?"
"I just love her already!"
"Her?" I ask anxiously.
The nurse laughs. "I never said it was a girl. But we are able to see today if you'd like to know?" She continues circling around Hazel's belly while making adjustments on the keypad.
Hazel looks at me. "Do you want to know or be surprised?"
"I don't know. I haven't thought about it. What do you want to do?" I volley the question back to her.
"I think I want to know."
"Then let's find out, Momma." I kiss her again and with the way she's looking at me, I never want to disappoint her. She's my world and I want to give her everything I possibly can.
"Okay, let's take a peek," the nurse says. She moves the wand around and zooms in on the screen. Pointing she shows us the nose outline, a cute little upturned nose and both arms, both legs. "What a good baby already, giving me a perfect angle to see." She pauses for dramatics. "Congratulations, it's a girl!"
"Oh! A girl!" Hazel laughs and more tears follow and my heart races. "You're going to be the perfect girl dad, Wes."
"Never in my life did I think I'd hear that sentence."
"Believe it, Dad. You're going to be great. Two amazing women in your life, who's luckier than you?" the nurse speaks up.
A smile spreads across my face. "No one."
The nurse wipes the gel off Hazel's belly and I help her to a sitting position. She prints a few pictures and hands them to us, across the top it reads, "Baby Girl Parker".
"Hazel, make an appointment for four weeks from now. There are still no restrictions on activity or food. Enjoy these next few weeks guys." She leaves the room and Hazel and I are left staring at each other.
"You're going to be wrapped around her little finger," Hazel sing-songs as she moves from the table to the floor.
"Hm. Kind of like how you have me?" I pull her close, cupping her breasts. "No restrictions on activity. Did you tell her to say that?"
She shrugs mischievously. "I may have told her that you were nervous about hurting the baby. She assured me you can't."
"Well then, I think we need to get home so I can make up for lost time."
