15. FALLON

I was used to sleeping alone, so it came as a surprise to me that I found sleeping in the bed beside Sterling really easily. It was nice to have his warm body squished against mine, holding me. I didn't want it to end, but I also slept through most of it, so I didn't even give it the proper time it needed to be appreciated.

His alarm went off early the following morning.

I didn't want to get up at all, and I definitely didn't want to spend my day walking, but all of those thoughts seeped away once Sterling kissed my body as a wake up call.

"Do you have to get up now?" I grumbled, not turning around to him. I didn't want him smelling my morning breath.

"Yeah," he said, tickling his mustache against my skin with his kisses. "We've got a big day."

"Will you show with me then?"

"I thought you'd never ask."

"What else do you need to do?" I asked him, reaching behind and stroking his arm to pull it back over me.

Apparently, Sterling had a lot of things he needed to do, but before any of those things, he was required to shower with me. In the silky resort robe, and him in his boxers, we went to the bathroom, I grabbed my toothbrush to finally be able to kiss Sterling, and he pulled out a disposable toothbrush from the cupboard. Neither me nor Henry had noticed before. "When did that get there?" I asked.

"I made sure when housekeeping came in to change your sheets, they added a couple toothbrushes," he said. "I figured I'd be here. But we should've brushed them last night."

"That's your fault, you're Daddy, you're supposed to be in charge of making sure my teeth are brushed," I grumbled, trying to be all cute.

"I forgot, and you did use the bathroom," he said. "If you remember, you were leaking ."

Heat flushed my face. I knew we didn't have the time for him to tease me like that, but we were about to shower, and that meant our naked bodies were going to be against each other.

"The best thing about this bathroom is knowing Henry won't come in," he said. "Unless he doesn't use his ensuite."

"Oh, he does. I wish they were both ensuites." Although this bathroom was a little smaller than Henry's, I loved the idea of a joining bathroom. In my eyes, that was peak luxury.

With clean, minty, fresh breath, we could finally kiss.

"We're behind schedule," he said, pressing his cold lips to my forehead. "Let me get you out of this."

Sterling, in his best Daddy, took me into the shower and washed me with his body like he was a human loofah. His hairy chest, covered in soapy suds brushing against me was nice, even if it did get my cock hard. Unfortunately, neither of us could get too carried away.

The alarm on his phone sounded again, forcing us to change course from getting soapy to rinsing off. The alarm continued to go off until we were out of the shower. And from the sound of the door opening, it had woke Henry too.

"I'm gonna need to get dressed quick," he said, putting his boxers back on without fully drying. "Spending the night with you was worth it." He wrapped a thick, fluffy towel around me. "We need to meet at in the lobby at eight-fifteen." He took me back into the bedroom with him. "Remember, shoes that are fit for walking in, and also clothes."

"Clothes?" I giggled, sitting on the bed and unwrapping the towel to dry myself with.

"Obviously, I don't want you going out there naked." He kissed my forehead. "Put some long socks on, not those little ankle ones. And also you'll want a long sleeve shirt in case it gets cold."

I nodded obediently. "Anything else I need?"

"Nope, just yourself," he said, putting on the clothes he wore yesterday.

He was a whirlwind, leaving me in the bedroom overwhelmed. I knew he had to go back to his room and get changed, but I didn't want him to go. I still wasn't even fully dry yet. I needed a Daddy to tell me if I was doing a good job.

Henry knocked at my bedroom door once Sterling was gone. "Are you ready?" he called out.

"No, not yet," I answered.

"Jealous you got to spent the night with him," he said. "My date went home after we fucked." He let out a groan. "Summer flings suck."

"Mine doesn't," I said.

"That might be because you can speak with each other," he said from behind the muffle of the door. "I'm getting by with some basic Spanish and whatever I can translate online."

"But you're getting laid, so you can't complain," I called back. "Are you ready?"

"Almost," he said. "I just wanted to ask how your night went."

"It was amazing," I shouted. "I need to finish getting dressed. Are Charlotte and Nina ready?"

"Let me get my phone and I'll check."

As he did that, I finished getting dressed, remembering what Daddy had told me. I had tube socks, recommended because someone had told me my ankles might get bitten otherwise, but since they hadn't, I'd been keeping my ankle socks on, at least when I wasn't in my slides.

I was still processing how I was doing all of this on a budget. We still had half our trip left, so I'd definitely run out of money soon.

Before leaving the villa, I tucked my teddies into bed. They were keeping it warm for me.

Charlotte and Nina were waiting alongside another couple, they were an older couple, man and woman. All four of them had small pink bags on their shoulders. And I hadn't noticed at first, but Sterling was among them. He was in a pink polo shirt with the resort logo and held two more of the backpacks.

The urge to run to him and wrap my arms around him was strong, but I knew not to with so many people around. We were only a vacationship after all.

"Ok, we have a full house," Sterling said. "We're just waiting on Ximena, our tour guide, and the driver of the mini bus. It's going to be a three-hour drive, so please make sure you use the restrooms while you can. Also, in the bags, we have bottles of water and hats, as well as cheese and ham bread rolls, fresh from the kitchen this morning."

I needed a nervous pee, even though I didn't need to go, the idea of three hours without stopping was scary.

Sterling came up behind me. "Go on," he whispered behind me. "You look antsy. And put the hat on, you'll look cute in it."

Not many people were awake. I went to the bathroom beside the restaurant and in there, I used the mirror to try on the hat from the bag. Pink wasn't my color usually, but it made the tan I'd caught on the ridge of my nose stand out a little more from the brightness. The ridge was perfectly shaped to the sunglasses I'd been wearing.

Everyone had been told or at least convinced to wear the hat. There was a new person with the group, which they introduced to me as our guide. She was young, also in the pink polo shirt Sterling wore, and already giving fun facts about Chichen Itza.

"Chichen Itza is the name of the ancient city, the actual temple we're going to be visiting is namedKukulkan, you can't actually climb the stairs of the temple, so I want you all to be aware of that," she said. "There is so much more to see than just the temple, and I hope you're all ready to take the tour with me."

Immediately, I wanted to get on my phone and search for things, but I knew I shouldn't. I didn't want to spoil myself with any stories she was planning to tell.

The minibus pulled up outside the resort and it was just enough for all of us to fit inside. A total of nine. I sat on the front row, between Henry and Sterling. Henry took the window seat, which I would've usually taken but because I preferred to sit beside Sterling.

Ximena was in the front beside the driver, speaking Spanish with him. They spoke fast, I didn't understand anything.

Sterling had his hand on my knee. "What are you looking forward to seeing?"

"You?" I giggled quietly.

"Ew." Henry joked.

"I'm looking forward to taking pictures," I said. "I need to show everyone what I did this summer."

"You want me to take a picture of you and our rep?" Henry said.

I looked at Sterling. I didn't want to force it. Our tongues had been all over each other's bodies, but somehow taking a picture together seemed more intimate.

"Yeah," he said. "Can you take one on my phone too?"

He wrapped an arm around me in the seat. We both turned to face Henry and he snapped pictures. Nobody was paying any attention to us. The couple behind us were talking to themselves, and Charlotte and Nina were at the back of the minibus eye masks on and travel pillows around their necks. They were well prepared. I yawned, jealous I hadn't thought of it.

"If you want, you can nap on my shoulder," Sterling said. "I feel bad keeping you up all last night."

"I kept you up," I said, trying to keep the conversation between the two of us. "You should take a nap."

"I can't, I'm working, well, I'm representing the resort," he said. "Which means you'll both need to leave great online reviews after your stay is over. I want to be named as doing everything you asked."

"And more."

Henry peered into the conversation. "I didn't get special treatment."

Sterling glanced behind at the couple, they were still speaking to each other, doing puzzles in their little travel books. "I think I've given him all my special treatment," he said, gipping my knee and squeezing.

Every slight touch on me was another one begging my body to become a messy puddle.

The rest of the drive there wasn't so physically intense. Henry turned to the window, mentioning everything he saw. Sterling surprised me with the a small pad of paper and a pen with four different colors. It wasn't my crayons and coloring pages, but it would do.

I was a chaotic scribbler when I had a pen in hand, letting my mind wonder as I created anything on the page. It was a little bit like cloud gazing, they were just clouds, but if you tilted your head and sometimes squinted, you could make shapes out of them. That was my approach to scribbles. They could be anything, and often times, I created masterpieces that should've been put in galleries and museums.

It was around eleven when we arrived at the ancient city of Chichen Itza. There were other tour groups around, but we wouldn't be mixing, or getting lost. We were all in our bright pink hats, and that made sure we stood out.

Ximena took us from the bus on a walking tour. "The Mayan people had many different beliefs than we have today," she said, holding her pink flag on a pole. We walked through a little woodland area where we could just about make out the temple. "Explorers and adventurers who've been inside the temple of Kukulkan found blood, they said blood represented life, and the flow of it was a show of strength as well as prosperity, which is why the held human sacrifices."

"They killed people?" I asked.

Ximena nodded. "All civilizations around the world killed people in the name of something," she said. "It is a sad truth, but it no longer happens now. You will be glad to know. And the reason people aren't allowed inside the temple or on the steps now is to protect the integrity of the place."

As we got closer. I only imagined this is what it looked like to be close to a pyramid in Egypt. It grew in size the closer we got, to the point I didn't think it would ever stop growing. We got as close as we could and the stairs while on an incline almost seemed vertical. It would give me vertigo.

"Another fun fact about Kukulkan is that it was built over a hidden cenote. A cenote is a natural pit of water, and it is said to contain the human bones of so many people, which are believed to be those of their sacrifices. Many people believe this place to hold much power, and I believe it. There's an energy to this place, it's almost magic. If you believe in that stuff," she winked.

I wouldn't have said I believed in magic, but the way she said it. I was mesmerized. I didn't want to imagine an ancient civilization carrying a body up all of those steps, but to know they did, and to know they must've done it a lot sent a massive chill through me.

Sterling placed an arm around my shoulder. "I was overwhelmed the first time I came here," he said.

There were people, not from our group that shed tears as they got closer. I understood why they called this place one of the wonders of the world.

"Ok," Ximena said. "Let me take a picture of you all in front of it. We might need to come back a bit to get Kukulkan in full view with us."

It was a magical place, and I couldn't think of anyone better to see it with than my best friend, Henry, and the Daddy my heart had been craving a lifetime for, Sterling.

After the picture was taken, I understood his comments about being overwhelmed, because there was a warmth in the back of my eyes that forced tears out of me. That could've also had something to do with the fact that I knew we were nearly halfway through our vacation, and it would soon be over.
