DASH

I dozedon the bus ride to the Tulum ruins. It was Keir’s fault. He’d sucked the life out of me when we went back to the room. And when he started reading the history of Tulum to me on the bus, I was out like a light.

“John Lloyd Stephens and Frederick Catherwood wrote the first detailed description of the ruins in 1843.” That voice was not my husband’s. It was nasal and annoying as hell.

“You don’t say? Are you an expert on the history of the Mayan Empire?” That was my Keir’s voice. Hearing it was like sinking into a warm bath.

“Oh, nothing like that. I’m a librarian.”

I sat up in the seat, taking my head off Keir’s shoulder. When I opened my eyes, I saw the last thing I wanted sitting in the seat in front of ours. Thane fucking Nyxon.

“Really? You work in a library in Baltimore?” Keir was trying to be nice, but I wanted to shove my tongue down his throat to shut him up—or my cock, as I’d done earlier. That had been phenomenal.

“At the library in Baltimore. I’m the manager of the central branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library on Cathedral Street downtown.”

The arrogant fuck sounded like we should know where or what  the Enoch Pratt Free Library was and bow at his feet in awe. We lived in fucking California, and I’ve never been to the East Coast, much less to Maryland. I hated pompous assholes.

Why Keir tolerates me is truly a mystery.

“Are we there yet?” We’d just pulled into the parking area at the visitor’s center of the Tulum Archaeological Site. The property was huge and right on the water, which made for a gorgeous view.

We filed off the bus with fourteen others and stood in a group to listen to the tour guide. I studied Nyxon in his cargo shorts and Escape beach Resort T-shirt he’d obviously bought at the gift shop. He still wore those suede shoes.

Once we finished hearing the spiel, we began following the guide around the large property. It was pretty cool, but I wasn’t really a fan of historical crap. Keir, however, loved it, which was why I’d booked it in the first place, so I followed him and nodded through most of it. I also kept an eye on Zippy Nyxon. I didn’t trust the guy because I’d seen the black aura, though it seemed to flash to pale gray in an instant.

I’d snapped my fingers to slow things down a couple of times, but it hadn’t worked, which was worrisome. Was my gift on the fritz, or was it because I was at the ancient site? Could it be that I was away from Dearly & Son and my gift only worked there?

“Thane and I are headed to the restroom. Do you need to go?”

I turned to my husband, unsure what he’d asked because I hadn’t been paying attention. “What?”

Keir rolled his eyes. “We’re going to the restroom.” He waggled his thumb between Nyxon and himself. “Do you need to go?”

“Yeah, you’re not leaving my sight.”

Nyxon hissed at me under his breath. I didn’t like that, but before I could say something to Keir, his thoughts popped into my head. “I get that something’s not right, but I’m not convinced he’s a demon. Please just give us a chance to figure it out. I love you.”

I side-eyed Keir, and he nodded, knowing I’d heard him. “Fine. Listen to your gut, please.”

Thane Nyxon wasn’t someone I trusted as far as I could throw the fucker, though I could probably throw him pretty far. At least Keir and I were on the same page—something wasn’t right with the guy.

“I’ll havea vodka tonic with a lime, a bucket of Coronas, and an appletini.” How the fuck I’d been elected as our server, I’d never know, but there I was, at the beach bar getting the three of us drinks. Thane had followed us around the ruins, yammering the entire time, and I needed a minute away from him where I couldn’t hear his voice.

One of the barbacks helped me carry the drinks to the table where Keir was explaining to Nyxon what we both did in Reardon. “Yes, it’s a family business. My mother retired a couple of years ago, so I run it now, but I have lots of good help.” Keir glanced up and winked at me.

“How interesting. I’ve always wondered about people who work with the dead. Do you try to figure out their stories? I have my historical fiction to learn about Thomas Jefferson’s life, but I’ve often wondered if the undertaker who prepared him for burial thought about the obscure facts.”

I chuckled because Nyxon didn’t know Keir got their stories direct from the source. And now I was lucky enough to learn them too.

I set my bucket of beer on the table with a thunk to get Nyxon’s eyes off my husband. The hungry look in them was enough to get him dragged into the water and held under until he stopped flopping around. Keir seemed to enjoy their conversation, so I put my pit bull tendencies aside and sat down with them.

Keir answered his question. “It is interesting to be curious about people’s lives though. Were they happy when they died? With folks who’ve endured a long illness or a tragic death, it’s obvious they might not have been happy. When I get someone in their senior years who had family and friends around them when they passed, I do wonder about their experiences over the span of their life.” Keir took my hand and squeezed it.

Oh, we’d learned many times over that things weren’t always as they appeared. Nancy Plum was a great example. I’d only been with Keir for about two years, and some of the stuff I’d witnessed was mind-boggling.

“I’m sure. Well, gentlemen, thank you for humoring a bachelor on vacation. I’m sure I’ll see you around. Have a great rest of your day.” Nyxon stood, downed his cocktail, and walked away, giving us a little wave.

Once he disappeared into one of the large buildings that housed the guest rooms, I turned to Keir. “Dearly, baby, what the fuck was up with that guy?”

“I don’t know, and if it were any other time except our honeymoon, I’d say let’s find out, but no. We’re off duty. We’re not going to worry about it. Let’s get something to eat and then go back to the room.”

I had a better idea. “Let’s go back to the room and go out for a nice dinner later. We’ve got chips in the mini bar to tide us over.”

Keir smiled and finished his drink before taking my hand and bucket of beer and leading me back to the room. I was about to get lucky...

I slidthe clear silicone dildo inside Keir after licking his hole until it was soft, loving the sounds he made. I wouldn’t lie. His fucking book about three guys who had decided to make a life together had scared me, and I was determined to give him the experience of double penetration without some other fucker coming between us. “How’s that feel, Dearly?”

“Good, but I want you.”

Keir was on his back with his legs pulled up to his chest, and he’d never looked better to me. The man was so fucking sexy, and I knew I was lucky as hell to have him as mine.

“You’ll get me, baby.”

Once the dildo was halfway in his entrance, I aligned the head of my cock with his hole and pushed inside, holding the toy so I didn’t push it in too far. Keir was always tight, but with the other dildo inside, it was like a vice.

“Fuck, Dearly. Tell me you’re okay. I don’t want to hurt you, baby.”

“Just move, Dash.” I glanced down to see his handsome face. He was biting his lip, his eyes hooded and cheeks flushed.

“God, I’m glad you married me.” I slowly pushed in, stopping when both pricks were seated. I reached for the button on the dildo, and I turned it on, giving both of us a feeling that would test my control.

“Fuck! I’m so full. That buzzing is going to make me come too fast, Dash.”

“Come. I’ll make you do it again.” I started moving.

That fucking dildo was worth its weight in gold when Keir began whimpering as I thrust into him. The toy was against his prostate, and with the buzzing, it was driving me nuts too.

After a few thrusts, Keir gasped. “Take it out, please.” I froze.

I pulled the toy and my cock out, feeling the moisture between our stomachs. Apparently, he’d already lost his fight, and I was at the end of my control, too, but if I hurt him, I’d never forgive myself.

“Please tell me you’re okay. What can I do?” Panic started filling me. What had I been thinking shoving two cocks inside him?

Keir grabbed my left flank. “Not you. That damn dildo. Get your dick back in there and finish the job, Dash. I’ve already had one orgasm, but I bet you can get another one out of me.”

Challenge accepted.

I dropped the dildo on the nightstand and added more lube to my fingers to slick my dick before slowly sliding inside him again. It still felt like velvet as his channel engulfed me. I slowed down a little so we could both build back up, and I rolled us so I was on my back.

I put my palms on Keir’s handsome face and kissed him as my cock began to regain life again. “We’ll have to look into tantric sex sometime,” I whispered against his lips, “but not right now. Ride me, babe.”

His cock was hard again, and I grabbed the lube and put a dollop on my palm before I stroked his dick in time with his movement on me.

“Just like that. Feels so fucking good.”

Keir leaned forward and kissed me as his ass continued to move on me in time with my fist on his shaft. It was the best thing in the world.

I exploded inside Keir, and though he had nothing left to give, his cock jerked in my grip as he called my name before collapsing on top of me. My spent dick slid out of him, both of us too boneless to move.

After a few minutes of rubbing my lube-free hand over his back, Keir sat up, resting his ass on my flaccid cock and his hands on my chest. “How about we order room service and relax tonight? I want to keep you all to myself.” That was the best idea I’d heard all day.
