Chapter 17

Chapter Seventeen

Christmas Day dawned bright and cheerful, waking Taylor from the exhausted slumber she’d fallen into the night before after her Daddy had so thoroughly used his ‘Christmas Eve present’.

If she had it her way, that was definitely a tradition they would be continuing.

But now it was Christmas! Eyes popping open, she threw back the covers and hopped out of bed with an excited squeal. “Daddy, Daddy! It’s time to wake up! Santa came!”

Rolling onto his back with a groan, her Daddy pried one eye open. “What time is it, baby?”

“I don’t know, but the sun is awake so we should be awake!”

“I suppose that’s fair,” he said with a rumbling laugh. “Give me a few minutes to wake up and we can go downstairs to see what Santa brought you.”

“It’s okay, I can go by myself!”

The sound of her name froze her in place before she had a chance to take more than two steps toward the bedroom door. “Taylor Grace, if you step one foot out of this bedroom before I tell you to, you will be unwrapping presents with a red-hot bottom.”

Starting Christmas Day with a spanking was definitely not on her Christmas list, so she sighed and turned back around. “Yes, Daddy. But can you please, please, please hurry up? I might die if we don’t get downstairs soon.”

“You will not die. What you are going to do, is use the potty before we go downstairs.”

Now she was the one groaning as she dragged herself to the bathroom. “You’re so bossy today.”

Leaning against the doorframe of the bathroom with his arms crossed, watching her as she peeled her pajama bottoms down, Daddy grinned. “I suppose that’s your fault for reminding me how much I love being your Daddy.”

“Oh.” Well, she couldn’t complain about that, could she? Not when her heart was fluttering happily at his words.

After what felt like forever, they’d both used the bathroom and washed their hands, and Daddy finally said they could go downstairs. But he insisted on holding her hand the whole way down so she wouldn’t “get too excited and fall” according to him.

And again, she couldn’t complain. Being her Daddy’s Baby was quickly becoming one of her favorite things.

“Daddy, look!” Bouncing excitedly beside him, she pointed to the tree, where a stack of presents had appeared overnight. “Santa came! Santa came!”

“So he did. Do you want to see what he brought you?”

“Yes!”

“Go on, baby.”

The moment he let go of her hand, she raced to the tree, all but diving into the stack of presents. One by one, she inspected the tags, handing Daddy all of his gifts and making a stack for herself beside the tree. When all the presents had been handed out, she grabbed the top gift from her pile and ripped open the wrapping paper.

“New mermaids!” she squealed, holding them to her chest. “Can I take a bath before we go to dinner so I can play with them, Daddy, please?”

“If we have time, baby.”

“Thank you, Daddy!”

Together, they opened their gifts, taking turns fussing over what ‘Santa’ had brought them. In the logical, grown-up part of her mind, she knew they’d bought the gifts for each other. But her Little was delighted by the magic of it all and didn’t care what Big Taylor thought of it.

She had marked a few of the presents ‘From Your Tayter Tot’ however, because they were special. Like the leather computer bag she’d bought him that looked old and antique even though it was brand new. It even had his initials stamped into the leather, and Daddy’s eyes were suspiciously wet as he ran his hand lovingly over the leather.

“This is beautiful, baby. Thank you. I can’t wait to use it when the new semester starts.”

“You’re welcome, Daddy.”

Her own pile included a new Lego set based on one of her favorite movies, the video game she’d been begging him to buy her for months , and a stack of toys for her Little.

She was just reaching for her new Lego set when Daddy cleared his throat. “I think you missed a gift, baby. Behind the tree.”

“Huh?” Rising up on her knees, she peered around the tree. Sure enough, there was a small box hidden way back behind the branches where she could barely see it.

It took her a moment to wiggle it out from behind the tree, and when she inspected the tag, her heart beat a tiny bit faster.

For my good girl. Love, Daddy

“Go ahead, baby. Open it.”

More carefully than she had any of the other gifts, she peeled back the wrapping paper to reveal a large black box. If it had been smaller, she would have thought it was jewelry. But she had no clue what could possibly be in a box this size.

Until she lifted off the lid, and found herself staring down at three silver butt plugs, each one larger than the last.

“Read the bases.”

Face flaming hot, she picked up the first plug and turned it over. The base was a hot pink, and in black letters it said Good Girl.

Returning the first plug to the satin casing, she picked up the second, which had the same hot pink on the bottom only this one said Naughty Girl .

And then, finally, the third. Which read Very Good Girl .

“The smallest is just for fun,” Daddy explained. “Middle is for when you’ve been naughty and need to be reminded of your place. And the largest, well, that’s to get you ready for Daddy’s cock in your pretty little bottom.”

“Really?”

“Yes, baby. I ordered those weeks ago, just for you. I’ve been planning on making you mine, in every possible way, for a long time now. Just had to get out of my own head, first.”

“Oh, thank you, Daddy! This is the best Christmas present ever !”

“I’m glad you think so,” he said with a chuckle. “Because you’re going to wear the small plug all day long today. And when we get home, Daddy’s going to put the big plug in so tonight you can finally take Daddy’s cock in your bottom like the good little girl you are.”

“You want me to wear a plug while we… With your… Oh my god.”

“Yes, I want you to wear that plug while you eat dinner with my family. And while you open presents. All day, Taylor Grace. If I find out you’ve removed it without permission, you’ll take Daddy’s cock in your ass without being allowed to come.”

“But what if I need to potty? Like, um, more than just pee?”

“Then you can find Daddy and ask me to remove it for you. Nobody is going to blink an eye at us disappearing together for a few minutes.”

“That’s so embarrassing. ” And it was, though her pussy couldn’t seem to tell the difference between ‘humiliating’ and ‘hot as hell’.

“I’m sure it is. But you’re going to do as I ask, aren’t you? Because you’re my good girl and you want to make Daddy happy.”

Dammit, he had her there. “Yes, Daddy.”

“Good girl. Now, if you want to play with your new bath toys we need to get a move on. And Daddy needs to get that bottom nice and clean for your plug.”

This was going to be a long Christmas Day.

The only thing more adorable than watching Taylor squirm in her seat after a spanking was watching her squirm because she had a plug in her bottom and couldn’t seem to find a comfortable position in the car.

“Daddy, do I really need to wear this all day?” she whined as she shifted positions again.

“Yes. And if you ask again, I’ll swap it out for the naughty plug.”

“Wait. Did you bring that with you?”

“I did.”

“Oh my god.” Face as red as Rudolph’s nose, she slid down in the seat. “I changed my mind. I want my soft, cuddly Daddy back.”

For just a moment, guilt stabbed at him. But then he remembered the conversation they’d had the night before and how she’d confessed to deliberately baiting him so he would punish her. With that in mind, he looked over, raising an eyebrow in the stern ‘Daddy look’ he knew made her tummy flutter in all the best ways. “What happens to liars in our house, Taylor Grace?”

“They get soap,” she grumbled, a pout forming on her lips.

“Mmhmm. So unless you want to get your mouth washed out at Mama’s house, I suggest you stop telling fibs.”

“Yes, Daddy.” The response was delivered with a dramatic sigh and it was all he could do not to burst into laughter.

Luckily for his babygirl, they turned onto his parents’ street a few minutes later. Dom’s SUV was already in the driveway, which meant they were the last to arrive. He parked on the street and took his time walking around to the passenger side to help Taylor out. A move that did not go unnoticed by his Little girl, if the glare she shot him was anything to judge by.

Carrying the squash casserole he’d been instructed to bring under one arm, he took Taylor’s hand with the other as they made their way into the house.

“There you are!” His mom’s face, flushed with the heat from the kitchen she’d no doubt been occupying since before the sun rose, lit with joy when they stepped inside. “I was beginning to think you’d gotten lost.”

It was a rebuke, albeit a mild one, and he bit back a sigh as he leaned down to brush a kiss across her cheek. “We were having a bit of a lazy morning, Mama. But we’re here now. Do you need help with anything?”

“Lazy morning, huh?” His mom’s eyes glittered with excitement. “Is Taylor feeling alright?”

“I’m fine, Mama. No morning sickness here,” Taylor said with a dry amusement that had Ian coughing to cover up a laugh.

“Ah, well, a mother can still dream. Here, let me take that casserole and you two can go join Dom and Noelle out on the back deck.”

“Thanks, Mama.”

“You’re welcome. Now go. Get out of my kitchen.”

Laughing, he dragged Taylor out back where Dom and Noelle had claimed a set of Adirondack chairs.

“Hey lazy bums,” Noelle said, flashing them a wide grin. “What took you so long?”

As soon as the question left her mouth, Noelle’s eyes went wide. A quick glance to his right revealed Taylor’s bright red face, and this time Ian couldn’t hold back his laughter.

“Oh, ewwww. It’s Christmas, you pervs!”

“Noelle.” Despite the warning in his tone, Dom’s eyes danced with amusement. “Leave them alone.”

“I didn’t do anything!”

Leaning over, Dom whispered something in Noelle’s ear that had her face turning just as red as Taylor’s and Ian had to bite his tongue to keep from groaning.

“Merry Christmas, brat,” he said instead, bending down to brush a kiss across her cheek.

“Merry Christmas. Now, if you’ll excuse us, Taylor and I need to go compare notes on what Santa brought us.”

Popping up from her chair, Noelle grabbed Taylor’s hand and dragged her into the house. Leaving Ian alone with the man who was going to be his brother-in-law.

It was still weird, thinking of Noelle as a whole person instead of just his baby sister. A whole person who was grown enough to have a job and a fiancé at that.

But since she was, and since Dom was going to be part of the family, Ian lowered himself into the chair Noelle had just vacated. “Having a good Christmas so far?”

“Can’t complain.” Dom’s smile turned sheepish. “I might have spoiled Noelle a bit. It’s our first real Christmas together and I may have gone a bit overboard.”

“If Taylor comes out here asking for a pony or something, I’m holding you personally responsible.”

Tossing his head back, Dom let out a loud laugh. “Nothing as drastic as that, I promise. It’s just hard to say no to her, you know?”

“I get that.”

As his laughter faded, Dom tilted his head to the side, studying Ian with eyes that seemed to see far more than Ian was comfortable with. “You and Taylor seem more… settled today. Everything back to normal?”

“Yes and no.” It was weird, discussing his personal life with Noelle’s fiancé, but he only had so many sources. “We talked about the punishments and stuff. But we also, ah, talked about her being more… Little.”

“More Little?” Brows furrowing, Dom frowned. “Like more often? Or younger?”

“Both, I think. We’ve been playing around with her being my Baby and it feels right. For both of us.”

“I love that for you.” Dom tapped his fingers on the arm of the chair, as though he was carefully considering his next words. “You know it’s okay if you want to be softer for her, right? I know Matt and Edie were giving you a hard time yesterday but if you’re not comfortable being as strict when she’s in that younger headspace, it’s okay. You don’t owe any of us an explanation for how your dynamic operates.”

“I appreciate that. But it was never really about me not wanting to be strict with her. It was more about the guilt I’d been feeling around it lately. Like, I’d punish her and it felt so good and then I’d start to question myself. And then I’d start comparing myself to you and?—”

“To me?”

Shit. He hadn’t actually meant to tell him that, but the proverbial cat was out of the bag now. “Yeah. You keep Noelle in line without being over the top with the rules and stuff, and I just started to wonder if I should be more like you, I guess.”

“Dude. The worst thing you can do in any relationship, but especially one like ours, is compare yourself to others. You gotta find what works for you and Taylor, and that’s going to look completely different from what works for me and Noelle. Or even Matt and Carly.”

“I did finally come to that realization myself last night. Thanks in part to a certain Little girl telling me in no uncertain terms how much she loves it when I’m strict with her. And how much of a dumbass I was for second-guessing myself.”

“Good. I’m not saying it’ll be smooth sailing from here on out, because relationships like ours require constant attention and adjustments to make things work. But I’m glad you two talked it out and you’re focusing on what works best for you, not what works best for everyone else.”

Taylor and Noelle chose that moment to step back onto the back porch. Head tossed back, Taylor let out a long peal of laughter that had Ian’s chest swelling with love and pride.

“I know exactly what works for me. I always have.”
