P rimal instincts warned Kisano's dragon that Sephen couldn't use magic to form a bond the same way Kitsuki and Auslin would be able to. He kissed Sephen's left hand before using his claw to slice across the human's palm. Sephen's gasp and the scent of his blood called to Kisano's dragon.
