Imperfect Bonds: Kolton's Story (Hellhound Collar Book 5)Romance · Lisa Oliver
“Someone has opened my box?” His voice was barely a whisper. “While I wasn’t there?”
Hellhound Kolton was having a rough couple of months. After the person he thought was his mate died in hospital, Kolton didnt know which way was up, or what he was meant to do next. So finding out from Lord Hades that his collar box, the one mate indicator that hellhounds could rely on, had been opened in his absence, was a huge shock. While he was inclined to just zap his box back to its hiding place and worry about it later, Lord Hades was adamant it was up to him to track down the person who would be his mate forever.
Is my mate a thief, or does he just have really expensive tastes?
Doctor Simon Teeg had been going through hell for the past month, watching the man he knew was his mate care for another terminally ill patient. When the young man dies, and the mate disappears from the hospital, all Simon is left with is a box with a fancy and very big collar inside. It certainly wasnt a situation Simon could ever claim to have been in before.
“Your mate should be the one you turn to when times get tough. They will want to help you. That’s what mates do
The situation wasnt ideal from the start, but Kolton and Simon did their best to make things work. Kolton worried that his bonds with Simon would never be like the ones he saw among his pack mates because Simon didnt need protecting or saving from anyone and yet protecting was the core of who he was. Meanwhile Simon was hiding a huge secret that had serious ramifications about the core of who he was as well. Would they ever be on the same page? And what do eggs have to do with anything?
This mpreg MM Paranormal Fated Mates story can be read as standalone. It features a hellhound flying, cameo appearances from Lord Hades and Consort Ali (from The Gods Made Me Do It series), and enough wine bottles to sink a gargoyle. As always this story is intended for adults. Please store your ebooks responsibly.

Controller's Obsession (Obsessions Book 2)Romance · JP Sayle, Lisa Oliver
A demon who punishes evildoers. A fastidious goat. What could they possibly have in common? Well, duh—nothing. Except Fate has other ideas.
When his friend Dakata needs help, Merihem—the ‘controller’ for the demon and human realm—charges in headfirst without thinking about the consequences. For his trouble, he’s cast up to the human realm and forced to take over Dakata’s business and his home, all the while figuring out how to get back into the good graces of the king.
When he meets a small excitable goat—his ‘blissful one’—life really gets interesting.
Peni left his home and got himself a cleaning job, where his only sanctuary is in the basement. Until a very large, naked demon invades his place of work, claiming he and Peni are ‘blissful ones’. Yeah right. Except now, his goat half is acting up, the real housekeeper is angry with him, and he’s clueless how to make his giant invader understand that when one of them is tiny, size really does matter.
And then there’s the trifling inconvenience of someone trying to hurt them.
If they can survive all that, then maybe—just maybe—the universe got it right after all.
Controller’s Obsession is book two in the Obsession series, proving that meeting a blissful one can change even a ‘love ’em and leave ’em’ demon.

Ness's Wait (Arrowtown Book 9)Romance · Lisa Oliver
There are times when being a legendary shifter is a plain pain in the butt, and this is one of those times
Farness Duncan, more commonly known as Ness or Nessie, had lived his life quite happily for more than three thousand years. An extremely rare kind of shifter, he lives simply, helping others through his funding foundation and traveling the world whenever he needed too. But at his heart, he called Arrowtown home. However in recent months Ness had been getting increasingly restless and even Doc couldnt help, although it was him who suggested Nesss beastie was getting ready to mate. The problem was, to who?
This has to be the most ridiculous version of winging it I’ve ever done.
Cyrus Marinus, gangster and great white shark shifter knew who Ness was to him the moment he saw him striding through the airport in Las Vegas. Fueled by his shark, he hunts the man down in Scotland, witnessing the most amazing transformation hed ever seen. But while the claiming part was easy, once Ness got over his shock, settling down and building a life together wasnt without its problems, especially when Ness learns early on the type of life Cyrus was used to living.
Everyone can change if they have the right incentive.
While Cyrus and Ness are happy with each other, other family members are not as pleased with their mating. There was also the little issue that Nesss beastie was aching for something more, but if Ness and Cryus gave into their instincts, then one of them was going to end up pregnant. For two accomplished businessmen with world wide interests, was that really the best idea?
Silly question, lol. Cyrus and Nesss story involves some unusual stains on the carpet, more than a few references to killing someone, family drama, mpreg, and an HEA because with a Lisa Oliver story, thats guaranteed.

A Marriage of Necessity: Two Princes this time (Another Arranged Marriage Series Book 5)LGBT+ · Lisa Oliver
A Marriage of Necessity – Jasper and Avalon
I owe my mother everything.
Jasper, the youngest Prince from Lowenthorp, had one driving need – to get away from the castle. After being abducted, abused, and having lost an eye, Jasper believed his only chance of keeping his Mother safe was to be as far away from her as possible. Which was why, when his Mother suggested a Marriage Contract, Jasper agreed. He didn't care who he married, so long as he could keep his Mother safe.
I can't believe I've just agreed to marry a man I haven't met. Maybe there was something in those mushrooms.
Avalon, Crown Prince of Cijan, never wanted to marry. He'd lost his fiancé many years before and determined a life filled with duty and travel was enough for him. Until he heard Jasper's story. Deciding he could be a friend to the young prince, if nothing else, marrying Jasper would at least put a stop to the endless Marriage Contract suggestions his father had been dealing with.
A marriage of necessity could work for them both…
Magic, whales, and ships that pass in the night. Somehow Avalon and Jasper are drawn together and when Jasper jumps overboard… The heart knows what the heart wants.
As an author I rarely include trigger warnings basically because I rarely write stories that include anything triggering. However for readers sensitive to discussions of abuse, Jasper's past includes abuse and there are two paragraphs in the book where this is alluded to in dialogue. While I promise this story has a very sweet and happy ending, if this is a possible trigger for you, then this might not be the story for you.

Not A Typical Meet-Cute: Quirk of Fates Short Book 3LGBT+ · Lisa Oliver
Welcome to the small town of Appleton where if it's meant to happen, it will.
Locryn, a Fae with a love of rain and puddles, has been working as a hair stylist in the friendly town for the past five years. He enjoys his life, full of friends who might not know the truth about him, but they care about him all the same. Which is why, when a new man moved to town, the ladies who frequented Locryn's salon were quick to tell him about the tattooed stranger.
“That's why we're in Appleton. No paranormals. No covens. No wolf packs and no weird mages running around in their fancy robes trying to summon me every five minutes…”
Demon Zac moved to Appleton for the peace and quiet. He was tired of getting himself into trouble, just trying to fit in. In Appleton he could be himself, ply his business as a well-respected tattoo artist, and… and… well, a few hobbies were mentioned, but for now Zac was focusing on his business and getting to know the locals.
“If it's funny business you're after, then close the door and ensure the blinds are drawn. No point in giving the locals out for their evening meal a free show.”
The Fates are canny ladies who know when to give a subtle push when it comes to bringing unlikely couples together. Although, to be fair, this time the fault could lie with Locryn's interfering father. But when Locryn and Zac do meet face to face for the first time, Zac is shocked to learn that sex and a bite aren't enough to be considered a couple in the quaint town. There's a courting ritual to go through as well… and couch buying?
This very short (22,800 words) story is a standalone that I was compelled to write – I wanted sweetness, and fun, with just a tiny bit of angst. I think this one hit the spot. This is a complete story and can definitely be read as standalone.

Benedict and Bear: What's Done is Done (Benedict and Bear Trilogy Book 2)Romance · Lisa Oliver
“They seek to strip me of everything, to emotionally reduce me to a shell of a man so they can use my magic. Clearly they won't stop at anything to get what they want.”
Necromancer Benedict Dule is on his way to England to face a past hes avoided for ten long years ever since his entire family were wiped out one night by a mysterious house explosion. Now the Magical Council is calling him home, demanding he summon his dead family members to ascertain the truth of what really happened that night.
“I don't have words,” he said softly. “I can't fathom, when those people should've supported you and they…” he couldn't even say it, yet Benedict had lived with it.
Bear shifter, Dixon Cottle still has a lot to learn about magic users, although that is not surprising. Hes barely been mated to Benedict a month and most of that time was spent dealing with the issues surrounding his sisters untimely death. But when Benedict is being threatened by the Magical Council in England, Dixon has no hesitation in getting on his mates plane, and flying out with him, even if hes really not sure whats going on.
This situation stinks beyond the obvious. I can't stop wondering why all this is happening now.
The air around them is so thick with lies its difficult to see who is telling them. With Benedicts lawyer, Langley, and a friendly shifter called Terrence, Benedict and Dixon navigate magical attacks, nefarious council members, and spirits who just wont come when they called. Leaving the mated pair to wonder has everything Benedict believed for ten years been a lie or is something more going on behind the scenes.
This book is NOT a standalone. It is a continuation of book one, Benedict and Bear. This story was written on the assumption that readers will be familiar with the characters and back story before they start this story. Thank you to my wonderful Patreon members who have cheered me along as this one was being written.

Sweet Things For A Crocodile (Assassin's Alley Book 2)LGBT+ · Lisa Oliver
Focus. You're sharing a room with a brooding hulk who hasn't said anything in over an hour. He's just sharpening that damn machete and muttering to himself.
Pax, a cute little pixie (his words), is having a bad day. It started off nice enough, but finding himself chained to a floor watching a bear shifter sharpening a machete wasnt how he preferred to spend his afternoon. When his own silver tongue didnt seem to be working and that machete started swinging, Pax needed a hero fast.
“Hold that thought, sweetie.”
Storm, crocodile shifter, assassin, and lover of Italian shoes didnt consider himself a hero, but he was really glad Cyrus had given him the job of saving the sweet magic user from a manic bear shifter. Now if he could only just save the man without being stabbed
Evil shifters who chain up cute magic users don't get mates, sweetie. But it seems like sexy crocodile shifters who save chained up magic users do. Let's have a look at those cuffs.”
It takes a bit of adjustment, but Storm and Pax start working on their lives together. Or at least, they would, if family members on both sides didnt start coming out of the woodwork causing trouble. Through it all, one thing is clear. Donuts can solve almost anything.
This book is the second book in the Assassins Alley series. It can be read as a standalone, but some readers might like to learn more about the secondary characters by reading book one, Not that Kind of Demon.
