Fairy or Not, Here I Come (Inn or Out Book 1)Fantasy · Donna McDonald
Selene is a 13th-generation witch and not one to back down from a fight. When she curses a fellow witch for wronging her, she feels justified in her actions. After all, Ethan, the man she was dating, is a slimy creep who more than deserves what he got. His mother can hate Selene all she wants, but shes never admitting she was wrong.
Lady Meagans hatred doesnt bother her, but when the rest of the Council of Witches takes Ethans side over hers, Selenes pride is sorely wounded. Now, shes stuck in a rundown inn, forced to work there, and dealing with the inns centuries-old ghost. The only bright part is Selene finds herself attracted to a charming and intelligent bear shifter.
What if the ghost is right and this is her true destiny?

40 Ways to Alibi: A Paranormal Women's Fiction and Fantasy Novel (Tales of a Midlife Witch Book 5)Fantasy · Donna McDonald
I either need a new job or a new life…
I'm not a woman who worries about the wrinkles on her face or how she looks in her clothes. I don't care whether or not men find me attractive. I worry about bigger problems like do I still have what it takes to learn something new at my age? My magick is rusty after wasting seven years in prison.
So what if Mulan's parents start whispering every time our paths cross? Should it matter to me if the normally brave Wu Shaman won't translate what her parents are saying about me?
I have a female guardian to reform, a guardian boyfriend trying to make up with me, and a far darrig friend who needs to crash at my house until his stuffy, book-cooking parents get over themselves.
See? I have enough drama in my life.

40 Ways to Watch Me Die (Tales of a Midlife Witch Book 6)Fantasy · Donna McDonald
Everyone knows phones and I do not get along
Who has time to read phone messages? I barely have time to read stop signs or brownie instructions. Spontaneity is what gets my blood going. But not when I have to chase down a talking gorilla. Dylan is thrilled to be finally helping my team of troublemakers. Tracking down humanitys sentient ancestors is not something I ever listed among my job skills.
And now Ben has gone missing. Again. He called me the day I thawed out the fairy and fixed the jiangshi that is thankfully gone for good. Since he writes my paychecks, I tried calling him back, but his phone went directly to voicemail.
I dont know whats happening with Ben or the gorilla, but I guess its my job to find out both. When this is over, though, the Shadow Breakers will owe me some comp time. Im supposed to be on vacation. These new problems have totally screwed up the first date Ive had in months.
And I dont like the way the female guardian keeps smiling at me. The look in Zaras eyes makes me regret ever saving her. Thoughts of separating her head from the rest of her occur to me daily.
