King

B oogie and I broke in through the back again. This time we were prepared with tactical gear, a few guns and knives. Skull gaiters covered the bottom half of our face to hide our identity just in case. Boogie insisted we bring a machine gun that he and Mars had outfitted to a truck gatling style, but I said hell no. We needed to stay under the radar and we weren’t supposed to kill any people, except Kris.

The Mayor gave us specific instructions to capture his crew, and if we had to, kill Kris. They strongly suggested we didn’t because we needed information about Nic, but I’m sure he had a second who could give us the same information.

It was too quiet as we moved through the building. We checked Doll’s room first, it was empty and when we looked at the girls’ rooms theirs were empty too.

Mars had eyes on the place, and it was open today. He spotted her working the Santa photoshop, but we had no idea what went on behind closed doors.

Boogie and I went looking through each room until we heard voices. There were several entrances into the large room that had all the girls and our doll who had just kicked Kris’ balls. When another man punched her, I didn’t care about the carefully laid plan Boogie and I had made. My finger pulled the trigger, hitting the men closest to the girls she wanted to save.

The men started shooting blindly, almost hitting the girls. I took out a few more while Boogie was taking out the majority of them. The girls ran out of the room.

“Mars, the young women are heading out,” Boogie said, in between shots.

Mars was outside as back up with Roman, another guy we trusted.

“Gotcha,” Mars said.

Boogie was the better marksman until Kris dragged our Doll in front of him.

“Keep shooting and she dies!” Kris yelled, wrapping a forearm around her neck and putting the gun against her temple.

“Let her go,” I said, frustrated that I didn’t have a clear shot at him.

“I’ll let her go if you come out,” he said, looking around frantically.

“Last chance, asshole,” I growled.

“Say goodbye, King, I’m sure your whore is going to hell.” Kris laughed, and the sound of a gunshot rang through the air.

Kris and Ally flew back, the other men starting shooting again. Fucking Boogie had taken the shot. I slid into the room, firing at one guy using him as a shield as I shot at another. Kris and Ally were on the floor fighting for a knife. Boogie was on top of one man shooting him in the head before tackling the fucker who had punched her.

I shot one more guy before the last two ran away.

“We have two runners,” I said into the mic, running to our Doll.

“We’ll look out for them,” Mars said quickly.

I had my gun out ready to shoot, but they were too close together. Boogie had the man who punched her in a chokehold, and I walked up to them to kill him with my bare hands until she stabbed him with the knife. He looked at her in shock.

“I hope you rot in hell, fucker,” she said, pulling the knife out before stabbing him again and again.

We watched her take out her frustration, growling and yelling until she was all cried out, throwing the knife and climbing off of him. Boogie caught her when her legs gave out.

“He fucking killed her,” she cried.

I looked over to the young woman who was on the floor. If I remembered correctly, she was the youngest of them at twelve.

“Mars, did you find the girls and the runners?” I talked into the mic looking around at all the men down.

“The men are dead and the girls…,” he said, screaming in the background, one of the girls was telling him to back off or she would gut them. “They don't trust us.”

“I’m trying to fucking help you!” Roman yelled in the background.

I shook my head, walking over to my little Doll.

“Hey, Doll,” I said, admiring her covered in blood.

Boogie was saying things to her that I couldn’t quite make out.

She looked up at me, looking like Carrie on prom night and it made my dick hard. My doll looked fucking beautiful like this.

“I need you to reassure the girls that our guys won’t hurt them,” I said, handing the mic and earpiece to her.

“You promise you won’t hurt them.” She glared at me and fuck, I think I fell in love with her.

“I promise,” I said.

“I wouldn’t allow them to be hurt,” Boogie said at the same time.

She looked at each of us.

“If I hear your guys touched them or did anything to them, I swear to fucking god, I will gut you in your sleep, and shove your dick down your throat,” she growled.

“Don’t threaten me with a good time, Little One.” Boogie nuzzled her cheek, getting blood on his mask and face.

Yeah, we were hooked and even threatening me made me want to fuck her in the blood of her captor.

“They won’t hurt them if they want to live,” I said, helping her put the earpiece on. “Push the button when you want to talk.

She grabbed the mic. “Hello? Girls?”

The girl on the radio was so loud I could hear her screaming from where I stood.

“They are safe, I promise,” she said, leaning her head on Boogie’s shoulder. “I know, I know.”

Tears fell down her cheeks again.

“It’s ok. No, I'm sorry. I’m so fucking sorry,” she whimpered. “We will get you home.”

Boogie and I looked at each other. I think we had the same thought.

Would she stay with us now that she had her freedom?

“Oh, ok,” Ally looked up at me. “He wants to talk to you.”

She gave me the mic and earpiece.

“Yeah,” I said.

“The Mayor is here,” Mars said.

I stilled. This could either go bad or kinda good, meaning they wouldn’t kill us.

“Bring the girls back inside,” I said, grabbing my gun just in case, checking the clip.

I wasn’t above killing the Mayor if I had to. My life would be a lot easier if I was free running Halloween Town, but if they threatened Boogie or our Doll. I couldn’t make any promises though.

Mars brought the girls back into the room with Roman following them in. Ally pulled herself away from Boogie running to them. They hugged each other, crying or at least two of the girls were, while Ally checked on them.

The sound of footsteps brought my attention to the door furthest away from us.

I nodded at Mars. “Be prepared for anything.”

Boogie and I planted ourselves in front of the girls while I knew Roman and Mars had their backs. A petite woman with green eyes and dark hair walked with twins who had the same eye color and hair. The Mayor wasn’t just one person, but a family who owned us all. No one knew a thing about them except you didn’t fuck with them.

The woman was dressed in a suit that showed off her ample breasts because she didn’t wear a shirt under the jacket. The twins and three more men outfitted in tactical gear like us walked in with them. The brothers didn't have a gun on them while the three men did.

I knew without a doubt we had to be worried about the twins. Glancing at Boogie, he looked over at them and we were on the same page. The twins weren’t big guys, but there was just a feeling that they exuded power. The way they moved screamed predator, and if I wasn’t mistaken I swore I saw fangs.

“I thought we said no casualties other than Kris,” the woman said authoritatively, barely speaking above a whisper as she looked at all the bodies on the floor.

“They had guns pointed at the girls and they killed one of them,” I said, showing them the body of the girl who had died and the ones behind me.

The twins walked to the girl on the floor, squatting next to her as if they were inspecting her.

“What happened?” one of them asked, looking up at us with vibrant green eyes.

“When we?—”

“Not you, one of the girls,” he interrupted me.

I clenched my jaw from reacting badly, ready to also intervene if Boogie was dumb enough to retaliate.

“After my shift in Christmas Town, I came back to find the girls missing,” Ally said, stepping forward. “Then I was dragged down here where he proceeded to threaten me with their lives. He killed Sera and then he threatened to kill me.”

The woman walked up to us. “Move,” she said.

Boogie and I glanced at each other. I nodded at him, stepping aside but he took a moment longer before doing the same.

“I presume you are the one they told me about.” She studied Ally. “The one they wanted from this place, the girl who was taken.”

My skin itched to protect Ally, the woman was also someone we had to be wary of. I had guessed they were siblings and killers at that, even if the woman didn’t look like she knew how to fight, except we knew better than to judge anyone by their looks. We didn’t trust anyone outside of our circle.

“Yes,” she said, standing her ground.

“Who took you?” The woman asked.

“I don’t know specifically, but Kris was the first person I saw,” Ally said.

“How old were you?” The woman walked around Ally.

“I think I was twelve, they kept me in a room with no light, and didn’t feed me quite often,” she said.

“How many girls had he taken before them?” The woman asked.

“They are the fourth set of girls he has taken but maybe ten years ago he used to take random girls, but they never stayed here for more than a few weeks,” Ally said, staying calm.

The woman nodded her head studying the girls behind Ally.

“It seems you were able to get your revenge,” the woman said.

“I was, he deserved that and so much more,” she said confidently.

“And where is Nic?” One of the twins asked.

“I’ve heard of him, but I have never seen him,” Ally said.

“I saved that asshole.” Boogie pointed at the man who he had knocked out. “He was Kris’ right hand.”

“Let's take him,” the woman said. “Come on girls, let’s get you back to your families.”

“Please don’t hurt them,” Ally said. “They have suffered enough.”

The woman studied Ally so long that I thought she might kill her.

“We might run a crime syndicate, but I can assure you we don’t sell or trade women or children,” she said. “They will get home.”

The girls looked at Ally and she nodded at them. They hugged each other before the girls walked to the woman.

“Wait,” Boogie said. “Can we give you our number and if you can, call her and tell her you're ok?”

He was already scribbling on a notepad and giving it to the girls.

“Are you staying?” One of the twins asked Ally. “It might take us a few days but I’m sure we could reunite you with your family.”

This is what I had been dreading. I didn’t look at her, I didn’t want to influence her decision because if she wanted to go home, we would let her.

“I… I don’t know if I could go back to the life I had before,” she said. “I’m different and I don’t think I would be able to survive in a normal life. If it's alright with you, I’d like to stay with Boogie and King.”

I turned around, giving her the biggest smile. She chose us.

“We could give you their information, if you ever got curious,” the other twin said.

“Can I think about it? Or is this a choose now situation?”

“Take your time, the boys know how to get a hold of us,” the woman said. “Would it be possible to have you run Christmas town while I figure out what to do and find out what happened to Nic. Just the front end.”

“I could run the front and the back end,” Ally said. “Kris had me running a lot of both in the last year. I watched the women packaged the product, who we distributed to and when our shipments came in.”

The woman gave Ally a small smile.

“Run it and I’ll be back in a week,” she said, looking at Boogie and I. “I expect you to be back to running your own town.”

“Are we ordered to stay away?” I asked, knowing no matter what she said I wasn’t going to stay away.

The twins snorted and one of them said, “Even if we said to stay away, no one would believe you would.”

“Keep business separate and for the love of god, please don’t go into the other towns,” the woman said. “I don’t want to kill you, it would be a sad waste of talent.”

“We have everything we need here,” Boogie said.

“Good, I’ll see you in a week Ally,” she said before leaving. “Come on Sor and Gray.”

“You got this Ally and don’t take shit from these two,” a twin said, picking up the dead girl before the other twin lifted up Kris’ right hand like he weighed nothing.

Something was odd about the woman and the twins.

Boogie and I turned to Ally.

“You’re free,” we said together.

“I am.” She smiled, stepping close to us. “I don’t have anywhere to be.”

She looked like my wet dream or our wet dream.

“I don’t think you should get used to it,” Boogie said, bringing down his mask below his chin.

“Nope, I’ve won it and there's nothing you can do about it,” she said with a glint in her eyes.

“Oh, Doll, there's so much we can do about it,” I said.

“Ten, nine, eight,” Boogie counted down.

“Run, Doll,” I said. “Seven, six, five.”

Her eyes widened before she smirked, running away.

“Run, little one!” Boogie yelled, taking off his vest. “Four, three, two!”

“Keep the mask on!” she yelled.

Boogie put his mask back up as I took off my vest, keeping a gun on me just in case.

“One. Zero.” I growled.
