Ally

M y heart was beating so fast that I swore I was going to have a heart attack. King and Boogie stood before me; I thought I would never see them again. I didn’t know how the hell they had found me, but I knew this wasn’t good. The towns didn’t mix and if we did there were consequences.

“My name is Ally, and I wasn’t sent to spy on you,” I took a deep breath. “I went out of my own volition as an avid Halloween lover, and I just found out who you were that night.”

King walked up to me, and I wanted to cower away. He was menacing. I knew he wasn’t lying when he said he would kill me. Boogie and King were known for their hits and what they were told to do by the Mayor. They even killed the person who ran St. Patrick’s town. They did what no one could.

He squatted in front of me, so we were eye to eye. A pounding on the door startled me and I quickly got up.

“I’m coming! Jay left the batteries in the wrong place again!” I yelled, opening the door, but didn’t open it all the way.

The door locked on its own and I was the only one who had a key.

“Here take this, I gotta find the rest,” I said, pushing batteries to one of the other elves who worked the picture station.

“He’s getting irritated,” she said.

“Thanks,” I said, closing the door.

“I expect answers, Doll,” King snarled at me.

“If they find you here, they will kill you,” I said, getting the other batteries. “Look, I’ll try and get away.”

“Like last time? You promised you would come back.” Boogie walked up to me, and I realized he wasn’t wearing a full mask, just a medical mask.

The room was dark, but I could see his eyes were light. Maybe blue? He was blond, a rogue strand peeked out of the hoodie. I don’t know what I expected, but blond hair and light eyes was not it.

“I sought you out because you made me feel something that I hadn’t felt in a long time,” I said, grimacing at the words. “I was stupid enough to come back, but… God I wanted to feel something because I’m slowly dying here.”

They didn’t say anything, and I knew they probably wouldn’t believe me.

“I wouldn’t betray you because I despise Kris, he’s the reason I’m here along with the women I try to protect,” I said. “I’ll try to find you later, but if not, I’ll find a way to leave and see you in town.”

“If you hate this place, why the hell did you come back?” He stepped forward.

“If I didn’t return, he would have killed the girls, and I can’t have that on my conscience,” I said, opening the door.

Boogie grabbed my arm before I could leave, staying on the side, so no one would see him. We stared at each other, I expected for him to say something, but he nodded and let me go.

I quickly walked back to the photo area, putting away batteries and getting back to my job. One of the men came and checked on me, wondering what had taken so long. Perry questioned me, his hand tightened around my upper arm, making me wince at the pain. For a moment I feared they knew that Boogie and King were here. Why would they risk coming here and how the hell did they know I was here?

It was the slowest day of my life. Anytime I saw black, my heart raced thinking it was one of them. I stopped looking when the late afternoon hit, and Santa photos stopped. We closed the area but the Town would stay open for a few more hours. I was more than ready to head back to my room and rest, but I still had other duties to attend to.

Christmas town was the front part of the compound, and the back had a huge building that housed some of the employees, me, the girls and Kris with beds for his crew to stay at. It used to be a decent building, but Kris had neglected it and it was starting to look like shit.

I showered and dressed in leggings and a sweatshirt. Before dinner I needed to check on the girls, check on packaging and make sure we were going to have a shipment coming in.

Christmas town was a front for the drug lord, Kris. He was one of the six who worked under the Mayor. Each town had their own person who ran it. King was the one who ran Halloween town, and I had heard of Madame Red, who ran Valentine Town.

Kris loathed her, but he was also a sexist egotistical pig that didn’t think a woman was fit to run a town. He was also a fucking douchebag and I hated him with every fiber of my being, but he owned me and he liked to remind me of it every chance he got.

I walked through the rooms that our packaging crew occupied, which was a bunch of half-naked women, cutting drugs and bagging them up, putting a Santa label on the bag. Most of the drugs stayed here, but the Mayor had a connection where he was able to ship it overseas and we were only getting busier.

Once I took inventory to make sure we were running on schedule, I let the girls go and paid them in cash. There was no delivery today and I headed to the four girls who I would have given everything up for.

Kris had gotten greedy and in the last ten years he’d been taking girls and selling them on the black market. My girls were next to be sold, and I had done everything I could to keep them out of harm's way, including fucking up the last buys.

I would do everything I could to keep these girls safe because I had failed the last two sets of girls and the previous ones, I had almost gotten them out. Guilt weighed heavily every day, but as long as I managed to keep these girls alive and safe, that's all I could ask for.

When everything was done it was almost ten o’clock. I was dead on my feet, but I was starving. I passed the kitchen on the way to my bedroom. A few men were there, and I did not want to be there since they had been drinking. I guess I would try and eat tomorrow.

I walked into my bedroom, closed the door and flipped the lock. The last thing I needed was one of the guys from the kitchen to come into my room and have his way with me.

The sound of the floor creaking made me turn around. A bag was quickly thrown over my head. I struggled against them, pushing away from them, when I lost my footing and hit my head against something. They lifted me up, tied my hands behind my back as my brain tried to make sense of the situation.

“No, please, not tonight,” I slurred, as someone threw me over their shoulder. “I was good today.”

My mind was confused as I was thrown. I wanted to scream, my brain knew I was on the second floor, but my body wasn’t reacting. The fall seemed to last forever until I landed in someone's arms.

They grunted when they caught me, running with me in their arms. Was someone kidnapping me or was this a sick game Kris was playing. Was this it? The day he finally killed me?

They ran for what felt like hours—it was probably ten, fifteen minutes max—tossing me between them a few times like we were going over fences. My senses came back to me slowly, my mind was trying to figure out where they were taking me, until I was sitting on a smooth surface. The bag was quickly taken off and something else was put over my head.

A helmet?

That's when I noticed it was King strapping the helmet on and I was on a bike. My wrists were untied, and Boogie sat in front of me tying my hands together.

“What’s going on?” I squeaked. I looked around, seeing a body off to the side. “Is that Perry?!”

His neck was at an awkward angle, his vacant eyes looking at me and I had to look away.

“He touched you.” Boogie shrugged like that explained everything. “No one lays a hand on you.”

I looked at King who also shrugged.

“Can you please tell me what the fuck is going on?” I snapped.

They didn’t say anything.

“Answer me.” I growled.

“We are taking back what's ours,” King finally said. “I don’t think you need to be taking that tone with us either. Did you forget who we are?”

“No, I can’t leave.” I shivered, pulling against the restraints. “Please don’t take me.”

“Settle down or you’ll make us fall while we drive,” Boogie snapped.

“I can’t fucking leave,” I said, trying to get up, my panic was going nuclear. “Please, I have to go back, or they will die, and I can’t let them die again. Please.”

I sobbed, my entire body shook from crying. They started to argue until my hands were released. I didn’t give them a chance to decide that they needed to tie me up again. Swinging my leg over the bike, I ran towards where I thought Christmas town was at.

The helmet was obnoxious, but I didn’t know how to take it off and I ran with it on. I pushed myself harder, wondering why the hell I was running back to the place I hated the most. It was the girls, I couldn’t leave them, it wasn’t fair to them. I had failed all the ones before them.

“Little One, get your ass back here,” Boogie snarled.

He was annoyed and that pushed me even harder, weaving in and out of the trees. If they caught me they’d hog tie me and make sure I never left.

“Doll! I’m going tie you up and spank you until you apologize for this shit,” King yelled.

There was a short chain-link fence, I climbed slower than I would have liked, falling when I didn’t get my foot over high enough. I rolled on the floor getting up quickly, seeing Boogie so close I ran again.

The town came into view, and I decided to break into the back, hoping they hadn’t replaced the loose lock I used to get out last time. Glancing behind me they were walking like the fucking psychos they were, stalking me like prey as if they knew they would catch. It wasn’t a matter of if but when . A thrill shot threw me and I was insane for getting aroused.

The door handle jiggled, loosened with each jerk, finally popped open. I walked into our storage unit of all of our old Christmas decor, pulling the door shut about to slip the dead bolt when one of them yanked on the door. This was bad, I shouldn’t have led them here, if we got caught, we would all be killed.

“Little One,” Boogie growled, pushing the door open.

I let it go, running through the storage room that resembled a maze. It hadn’t been organized in years so there were things everywhere, the helmet on my head made navigating things on the floor more difficult.

“Fucking pain in my ass.” I was yanked backwards, dropping a few Santa Clauses to the floor.

We stilled, waiting for someone to hear us. I didn’t wait; I took off, hearing them cursing behind me. This is when I felt alive, and it had been so long since I had felt anything other than anxiety and dread here at Christmas Town. I wished they could keep me, I wanted to go with them, I needed to go with them.

“Come on, Doll,” King snarled right before I was tackled. “You’re such a fucking brat and you are going to get us killed.”

“You’re the one who tried to kidnap me,” I whispered, as we landed in white cloth we used as snow, flinching from the bruises Kris left me last night.

We struggled or I should say, I struggled. He unclipped the helmet, pulling it off, and I groaned from feeling free. It only lasted a second before I tried to move as he pinned my hands above my head.

“We are trying to save you,” he growled.

“I can’t be saved,” I whispered.

“Fuck that, Doll.” King kissed me, sliding his tongue between my lips and I went completely feral for it.

It was weird to say I missed them, but I did. We kissed like we had been apart for years instead of days. It was frantic, sloppy and we knocked teeth several times, but I fucking loved it.

“King,” I gasped, as he kissed down my neck, still tender from his earlier tantrum.

He ground his hips against mine, his hard cock teasing at my pussy. It was a bad idea, the worst ever, but I was at the point that I didn’t care. I was ready to die when King had choked me earlier, if we died now, I was just delaying the inevitable. This place was always eventually going to kill me, and I was so tired of trying to survive.
