A family emergency brings me back to Christmas Falls after running away from the loss of my mother six years ago. Not much has changed, and I dont know if thats a good thing or bad, especially when it seems my high school enemy hasnt gotten over his habit of circling around me.

Jett is everything Im not, so full of confidence like hes never done a single thing wrong in his life. He vibrates life, and I have to admit his presence distracts me from being back in Christmas Falls. What I didnt expect is for him to take all my attention.

Hed gotten under my skin back then and hes only dug in deeper since, and I cant let anyone find out how much I love that fact. Now if only hed stop stealing my heart with his crookedly perfect smiles
