Falling for her wasn’t my plan, but I didn’t exactly have much choice. This love was written into my very essence, and there was no escaping it. In actuality I didn’t really try all that hard to break the bond between us, not that I had it in me to begin with. Her blood flows through my veins, filling my body with life, pumping desire through every vessel, and flooding my heart.

Leaving for college and putting several hundred miles between us did nothing to ease the hunger I felt every day. Distance only made my heart grow fonder, and the hunger grew into something even more untamed. I made some half-hearted attempts to satisfy the need within, but they did little more than take the edge off.
