Easton Island is the continuing saga of one woman's journey from incredible loss to finding a past she knew nothing about, including a family who both embraces and fears her and a charming island that draws her in.

Easton Holdings Company has been presented with an opportunity to partner with a resort owner on Mackinac Island. The property needs significant and extensive renovations after a fire destroyed the main structure and a few of the smaller unattached units.

Morgan and her brother, Brett believe the project will allow their company to get their “foot in the door” of Mackinac Island's competitive tourist market. Grandmother Elizabeth is not on board. In fact, she decides she wants nothing to do with Wynn Harbor Inn, claiming the reason behind the suspicious fire was never determined and sees the project as a setup for another, possibly similar catastrophe.

Morgan, who has already met the owner, David Wynn, feels the exact opposite, that Wynn would be the perfect partner. The decision is not all hers and she agrees perhaps the project isn't a good fit for Easton Holdings Company, but it might be the perfect investment for the million dollars she recently received.

While Morgan begins the process of moving forward, she discovers a troubling dynamic is now involved. Despite some serious issues, she's determined to step up and take the road best traveled.
