Epilogue

The Next Day

Patrick

" G rab your coffee and then come sit with me out on the back deck." I said to Allan as he toweled himself off from his shower. We had fallen asleep after a couple of wild hours of hot and sweaty fun, only to wake up with both of us raring to go again. The resulting matted fur and sticky spots didn't seem to end. A good lathering on both of us was desperately needed.

I had elected to shower first and alone to ensure that the focus on the activity would be getting clean. Not getting dirty…again.

With his towel tied around his waist, Allan came out onto the sun-dappled deck, stopped when he stood beside my chaise, took a sip from his coffee, and sighed.

"Hey, this isn't very witchy." I tugged at his towel until it fell off.

Allan's paler skin gleamed in the early autumn sun. The light dusting of blond hair, highlighted by the early morning's light, made his body hair golden and the cooler temperatures created patches of gooseflesh and very erect nipples.

"It's a bit chilly, don't you think?" Allan asked.

"Not as cold as it will get." I laughed.

"True. What do you do then?"

"I stay inside, light the fire, and lounge, drinking coffee and reading."

"Naked, I hope." Allan cocked an eyebrow, suggesting more fun.

"Absolutely. You'll have to stick around to find out."

"So, about that." Allan sat on the end of my sun chair. We would have to get another one. "Can I stay? I mean, at this point I have so much to teach you." He smirked. "Well, that and I'm supposed to be missing, and someone had said something about not being able to go back to my past life. And truth be told, I have nowhere else to go." He cast his glance downward.

"Allan, do you remember what I said to you the moment before you went off with Sheq'wa-nay?"

"I sure do. You big L love me. But that was then, before I disappeared into an unknown future." He was fishing, and I knew it. But it was okay. I was more than willing to make him feel needed and wanted.

I took his mug and placed it on the deck, then pulled him into the biggest bear hug I could muster. We snuggled close together. With my arms wrapped around his chest I held him tight as I whispered into his ear, "I still big L love you, and I want you to stay. I want you to feel like this is your home as much as it's mine. Besides if you left now, I think Kaos would never forgive me. She loves you as much as I do, despite the fact you ruined her feathers." I snickered, teasing Allan. "You know Argus looked for you after you left?

"You've become part of our lives. You've embedded yourself into my heart and my home. I want us all to make magic together." I let my hands slide down to his thickening cock and grabbed it, giving it a few tugs. "Besides, I want to flip fuck every night from now on. Think you can handle that?"

"Can I ever."

"Ahem, ah, boys." The voice startled us both.

I glanced up to see Sheriff Stanley standing at the edge of my porch.

"Sorry, Patrick, didn't think you'd have company." The sheriff glanced away.

"Sheriff Stanley! It's actually a good thing you've stopped by," I said.

"I'm not so sure about that." He cleared his throat again, having turned as red as a beet and looked anywhere but at Allan and me.

I laughed.

But even Allan appeared uncomfortable.

"Allan, why don't you run inside, grab our housecoats, and a black cup of coffee for the sheriff?"

"Yup, can do." Allan squirmed out from my grasp and disappeared, only to return shortly with the items in tow.

"Grab a seat, Sheriff." I gestured to some of the white plastic chairs I had stacked into a tower and pushed against the side of the cabin.

He grabbed the top one, placed it on the deck, and had a seat while Allan and I donned our robes.

"Stanley, you two haven't officially met, yet, but this is Allan. Allan, this is the man who found you face down in the mud on the island. This is the man who fetched me when he suspected some magic was afoot. Sheriff Stanley is one of the few humans who know, and he is okay with some witchery."

"Well, let's not get too crazy, Patrick. That hoodoo shit still makes me nervous."

We all laughed.

"It's not hoodoo; that's a completely different branch from our elemental powers." Allan spouted off, and I couldn't have been more impressed, or prouder. He had really turned out to be an amazing student.

Stanley stared at Allan, not really knowing what to make of him.

"Well, regardless, nice to meet you, Allan. Looks like you've recovered from your…accident? Incident?" Stanley asked. "Whatever happened on the island?"

"I have. Thank you. I was put into very good hands." Allan glanced at me and smiled with love in his eyes.

I blushed.

"So, Stanley, to what do we owe the honour of your visit?" I asked.

"Ah, yeah. About that. Well, remember your instructions? If I come across anything that might smell of magic I should come get you?"

"Yeeesss," I said, drawn out and hesitant. "What is going on now?"

"Well, you remember Alice Hinkley?" Stanley inquired.

"I do. She owns the souvenir gift shop in town."

"That's right." The sheriff nodded, took a sip of his coffee, then continued. "I had a call come in that she had attacked one of her customers. Apparently, right out of the blue. They got away but were bloodied in the process, and now they want to press charges. So, we got the tourist some medical attention, and then I went down to the store to see what had really happened. I mean, Alice?"

"She is on the small side. Can't picture her attacking anyone," I said.

Allan had leaned forward, his eyes wide. "Did her eyes glow? Reddish? Like, not the whites, her pupils?" Allan asked.

Stanley pulled back, furrowed his brows, and shook his head, "How could you possibly know that?"

"Oh no." Allan glanced at me.

"What's wrong, Allan?"

"You know why Sheq'wa-nay needed me, right?" he asked.

"Yes, you've told me all about it."

"Sheq'wa-nay also said that the destruction of their lands wouldn't stop there. That the demons would find other realms to go to. I think one found its way across the portal."

"Oh, shit." I put my coffee cup down. My stomach churned as the rushing thoughts of possibilities swam through my head.

"Patrick, what's going on? I don't like that look. Are we in trouble?" Stanley asked.

"We might be. Nothing Allan and I can't handle though," I said to Stanley, more to assuage his fears than anything else. If the demon invasion had leaked over from the Fae lands to our human realm, we would be in for a world of trouble. "Whaddya say, Allan? Think we can team up and figure this out?"

Allan's mouth quirked up and mischief danced in the sparkles of his purple eyes. "I think that sounds like a fun date night. Don't you?"

"Definitely." I grinned. "No worries, Sheriff Stanley. We'll wander over to the strip mall in town and go visit Alice. If there's anything to be concerned about, we'll let you know. Otherwise, we'll do that hoodoo we do so well, and you'll not have to think another thing about it."

"You boys are the best! Thank you, kindly!" Stanley finished his coffee in a gulp, stood, winked at me, shook Allan's hand, and then took his leave.

"You up for another adventure?" I asked Allan.

"Absolutely."

"We should go soon, huh?" I asked. After all, I'd never had contact with demons. Allan was the only one I know who had.

"Probably, but before we were so rudely interrupted, I do believe you were telling me I could stay here, and we could have regular playtime." Allan undid his robe, exposing himself and his goods, which was chubbed up. "I think Alice could probably wait for a couple of hours, don't you?"

"I mean, if it's only one demon? But you're the expert."

Allan settled onto my lap, leaned forward, and kissed me.

"They move pretty fast, but if it's locked up in a shop, how far could it go? As soon as you do that thing you did to me last night, and then I learn how to do it on you, we should make our way into town. It might be dangerous, but I can't think of anyone else I'd rather do it with." Allan beamed at me, then waggled his eyebrows, which stirred desire within me. "How did you make your tongue do that?"

I chuckled. "You have to curl it like this." I stuck my tongue out and folded it to show him. "Then you flick it." I said awkwardly with my tongue still half hanging out.

"That has to be a stupid human trick. No one I know can make their tongue into that shape let alone wriggle it like that? You're a freak. But you're my freak."

I grinned. "Just means you have to practice." I cocked an eyebrow.

My adventures with Allan were only just beginning.
