I don’t often write second-chance romances. They’re completely different from second romances. The hero and heroine didn’t manage to get together the first time, and now they’ve been given a second chance. How many of us have looked back and wondered, if we’d only done that differently, or known even a little bit more of what we know now, or…

However, a mentor once told me, never be kind to your characters, especially not your heroes and heroines.

This story came about because of the prior one. I figured if a spaceship could get a second shot at true love, perhaps a human could too.
