Chapter 40

Right after weexchanged our vows, we flew to Baja for a quick honeymoon before the holidays. I still don't know when he's going to introduce me to his family, or if I'm going to be part of his traditions. I shouldn't be concerned about any of that. I promised him I would forget about everyone and everything until we're back in Seattle.

And so I'm enjoying today, our last day. Naked at night in front of the ocean. The salty air carries the scent of the beach, mingling with the sound of waves crashing onto the shore.
