Chapter 10

CHAPTER TEN

Rule Number 3 - A contract between feeder and client should be well discussed and agreed upon before initiation of the client/feeder dynamic, unless in an emergency. This is for the protection of both parties.

Avery woke up feeling like he’d had the best nap of his life. His body was relaxed and there was zero tension in his muscles. It took a few moments to remember why. He felt his face flush, the memories of the encounter with his boss both thrilling him and embarrassing him at the same time. Never in his life had he ever felt so wanton. Ozen barely had to do any work to get Avery to come like a fountain. And then he had to go ahead and fall asleep before they’d even had a conversation. Avery pulled the blankets over his head, wanting to hide away for the rest of his life.

Unfortunately, his work day wasn’t done. Mr. Hawksley hadn’t even taken his lunch break yet. Incubi still needed regular food, as well as sex.

Ozen… It still felt wrong to use his boss’s first name, but in the throes of passion, the wrongness disappeared. He was Ozen, and he played Avery’s body like a fiddle.

Avery felt his cock swell and sighed heavily. That wouldn’t do. He needed to get back to work, and if Ozen could tell Avery was a virgin, he was probably able to tell when Avery was aroused. He needed to reign it in and maintain professionalism while they were in the office.

“Stop thinking about it,” Avery whispered to himself. “You’ve got work to do.”

Once he was fully in control of himself, he threw the covers back and got to his feet. He’d expected a twinge or some discomfort since things got a lot rougher than the first time, but there was nothing besides a bounce to his step that hadn’t been there that morning. No wonder people were so eager for sex. It put him in a fabulous mood. He found his clothes hung up neatly on a rack near the door, all evidence of his first release gone. Even his underwear was clean. Avery had been prepared to go commando the rest of the day, but the freshness of his clothes was a welcome surprise. He pulled them on, the murmur of Ozen’s voice leaking into the room through the crack in the door. Avery needed a mirror to do his tie right, so he left the room to head to his desk before he fixed it.

“I’ll call you back,” Ozen said, hanging up the phone a moment later. “Avery? Do you have a moment?”

Spinning around, Avery fought to keep his face neutral. It was a lot more difficult looking at his boss after he made him come so hard him thought he’d gone blind. Avery wasn’t sure how he was supposed to act now. Where was the line between professional and too aloof? He didn’t want to make it seem like he regretted it, because he didn’t in the slightest. That didn’t mean he wasn’t a little embarrassed. His boss had his fingers up Avery’s ass earlier. The reminder made him blush deeply.

“Y-Yes, of course. I was just going to grab a mirror from my desk. I can’t fix my tie without it.”

Ozen stood, coming around his desk to stand in front of him. “May I?”

Avery’s head bobbed in agreement, and he held his breath as Ozen readjusted the tie and started to knot it carefully. Standing this close, Avery could study every detail of his face. The red in his eyes had returned to normal and there were no fangs peeking out from between his lips. There was a hint of tension above his eyebrow, but that wasn’t unusual for his boss. Usually, when Avery noticed that tension, he brought Ozen more coffee. It seemed to help.

“Would you like some coffee?”

Ozen hummed, his focus on the tie as he adjusted it closer to Avery’s neck. “Perhaps, in a moment. I’d like to talk to you first. Please, have a seat.”

Avery sat in the chair Ozen gestured to, fidgeting nervously as his boss sat across from him. A dozen things flashed through his mind on what this could be about. Was he angry with Avery for offering himself? Did he overstep? Was Avery going to lose his job? Or–

“I can tell you’re overthinking this, so I’m going to be blunt, if you don’t mind. I’d like to discuss a contract between us.”

Blinking, Avery’s brows drew together. “A contract?”

Ozen nodded once. “Twice now you’ve offered to feed me. You enjoy yourself when you do?”

He said it like a question and waited for Avery’s reply, even though he was well aware of Avery’s pleasure each time. Avery didn’t want to leave him hanging, though, so he agreed with a sharp nod.

“That’s good. Then I was wondering if you’d be interested in becoming my feeder. The compensation is agreeable, there are benefits involved, such as dental coverage and medical. The hours aren’t very demanding, and there are no penalties for a conflict in schedule. Unless you ignore me for weeks,” he added, a hint of exasperation over what happened with his previous feeder in his tone. “All couplings will be with your pleasure in mind, as that’s what feeds me best, and your comfort levels are the priority at all times.”

While Avery had daydreams since the first time he fed Ozen about becoming his feeder, he never actually thought he’d get a chance. His first instinct was to leap at the opportunity, but his analytical side was more cautious.

“I, uh… I have some questions, if that’s alright.”

Ozen’s smile made Avery breathe a little easier. “I encourage any and all questions. I find openness and honesty are key in incubi/feeder contracts.”

Avery took a deep breath, letting it out slowly as he organized his mind. He started with the easiest question.

“Would this affect the job I already have?”

Ozen tipped his head, considering it. “Your current contract? No. Having you nearby would only benefit me. Once Collette returns, I might suggest having your temp work be made strictly for my company. Unless you’d prefer to join the secretary pool?”

Avery shook his head quickly. “No, that’s okay. I like the variety. I’ve never heard of a temp being contracted out to one company, but I can call my supervisor and ask her about it. We send a lot of temps here, so it might cut out some back and forth. Does my, uh, lack of experience pose an issue?”

“None whatsoever. And I’m happy to explore any and all of your interests during our feedings. If you’d prefer to keep it to what we’ve been doing, that would be fine too. It’s all about what you’re comfortable with.”

That was encouraging. Avery hadn’t been lying when he said he liked the idea of his first time being with Ozen. He felt safe to explore with him without fear of bodily harm.

“I appreciate that. And I don’t think I’d limit myself to just…” He made a vague gesture with his hand. “That.”

Ozen’s lips twitched like he was fighting a smile, which made Avery blush. He wasn’t comfortable yet talking about sex, but with Ozen being so accommodating, maybe Avery could request that he lead during exploration. It’d take some of the pressure off.

“One last question…” Avery paused, fidgeting in his seat. “Why me?”

“For a few reasons, actually,” Ozen replied. “First, as you’ve allowed me to feed from you before, I know we’re compatible. Just because I’m an incubus doesn’t guarantee compatibility. Also, after the first time, you maintained professionalism, despite the intimate act we shared. I value that. As I said before, feeders often perceive more than there is to what amounts to a business relationship. I feel like I can trust you to stay professional.”

True. While Avery really enjoyed the feedings, orgasms didn’t equal relationships, and Avery wasn’t under the illusion that more would come from the contract. It was a safe place to explore his newfound sexuality, not a romantic relationship.

“I’d also like a partnership with you because I trust you. When I was struggling, you didn’t fear me, didn’t panic or get upset. You took action to make things better, and when another option didn't present itself, you offered yourself instead. I haven’t had a feeder that calm and thoughtful in a long while.”

Avery wanted to ask about that feeder, Ozen had mentioned him before, but that felt too personal. Ozen just said he preferred professionalism in regards to his feeders, and if Avery accepted, that didn’t give him access to Ozen’s personal life.

“Feel free to take the afternoon to decide. After two weeks without feeding, I might need more feedings than usual to return to normal, so more than a day and I’ll have to seek nourishment elsewhere.”

That made Avery’s head whip up. He’d been staring at the desk, thinking it through, and he hadn’t realized he stopped giving eye contact.

“Wait. Are you still hungry? Do you need to feed again?”

Ozen’s smile warmed and he put up his hand to stop Avery’s nervous ramble. “Relax. I’m okay. Yes, I’m still hungry, but not overwhelmingly so. I can wait another day.”

“But you shouldn’t have to,” Avery argued. “You were starved. You need to take care of yourself. I can–”

“No.” Ozen’s firm tone made Avery’s mouth snap shut. He studied his boss, who was firm but patient when he said, “Even if you agreed to the contract today, I will not risk feeding from you again. Not today. You need more rest. Your health is just as important as mine. I am not starving anymore. I can wait.”

The thought of leaving him hungry made Avery’s insides squirm uncomfortably. He didn't fully understand the need to wait, but he assumed that would be explained to him if he agreed. Oh, who was he kidding?

“Yes.”

Ozen frowned, tipping his head. “Yes?”

“Yes, I’ll be your feeder. I still have more questions, but they’re mostly logistical in nature. I’ll need to contact my supervisor about your idea for being a temp here exclusively, but it won’t actually change my decision. I’ll just make sure to meet you before or after a job if I’m not in this building specifically.”

Ozen seemed surprised, and he didn’t agree right away with Avery’s decision. “You don’t want to take more time to think about it?”

Avery’s cheeks flushed as he admitted, “I would’ve offered after the first time if your new feeder hadn’t shown up right after we’d finished. I enjoyed feeding you, both physically and emotionally. I like feeling needed and helping others. It ticks all my boxes.”

Ozen stared for a moment before he huffed out a laugh. “I’ll admit, I thought it would be harder to convince you. I thought you’d need more time. I can have a contract drawn up before you leave today. I am going to insist that you read it through carefully tonight and give me your final decision in the morning. It’s not a demanding job, but it is an intimate one. You should be fully aware of what you’re agreeing to.”

“I can agree to that,” Avery said with a sharp nod. “Is there anything else you’d like to discuss? I believe we both skipped lunch, so I was going to offer to run to grab something. And I’ve been told you’re a bear when you haven’t eaten,” he teased, easing the tension from their encounter earlier. Avery had been worried for Ozen, but now that he knew how to take care of the incubus better, he wasn’t distressed by the interaction.

Ozen chuckled, raising an eyebrow at Avery. “You’re going to be insufferable, aren’t you?”

“Only when it comes to making sure you’ve eaten. Otherwise, I’m a joy to work with. Everyone says so,” Avery responded cheekily.

“Everyone would be correct. That’s all for now, Avery. Collette left you the company card for meals, correct?”

“Yes, sir.”

That made Ozen pause for a moment, and Avery could’ve sworn he saw him shiver, but it was too quick for Avery to be sure.

“Then I agree that lunch is an excellent idea. Pick something you enjoy. I like trying new things.”

So did Avery. And with Ozen, he’d be trying lots and lots and lots of new things.
