Flashback
Cassie was furious. I knew my eyes were blazing from what I was seeing. Rain snarled, “Kill her right now.”
Cora was naked in the bed I shared with Cayden. Alexander was sending me concern. Cora was lucky my brother was on a mission, or he’d be here in a second. He’d explode her head so fast. EJ was in a meeting, but I knew he’d come later. There would be no stopping that.
Cayden was with Alexander, and both were pinging with worry to me. My mom was sending me her love and basically letting me know to let her know if I wanted to talk or that she should come to me. She was also ready to kick some ass at the drop of hat. She’d probably even like that saying. Her feelings just told me she was ready to fight for me. She was the best mom.
My dad was furious because I was, and I had to smile about that. He didn’t even care why because I was his Princess. He was already fully on my side and ready to kill. Rain snarled, “Like I said, kill her.”
I just might this time.
Cora smirked, “Sorry but…”
I shot her with my sunlight interrupting her. I screamed, “YOU CAME INTO OUR FUCKING HOUSE!”
She stammered, “I was invited.”
I growled, “LIAR!”
She taunted, “Look, C is coming back, and he wants me not you. It’s time you had an off period.”
I saw red .
I grabbed her as Rain raged in my head and slammed her against the doorframe. I asked, “What the actual hell are you doing in MY house naked in MY bed that I share with MY mate?! We both know he didn’t ask you to be here.”
I looked into her eyes and made her tell the truth.
She answered, “I wanted you to get so mad and hurt that you’d cheat on Cayden too.”
I yelled, “TOO?! He’s not cheating on me! I also possess the ability to TALK to him. I can feel him you dumb bitch. I’d know if he cheated.”
Because I would on the ground screaming in pain from the wolf mate bond. That made Rain whimper from the mere thought. That made me even angrier. No one hurt my wolf.
She frowned explaining, “I wanted you to think that. You haven’t given him a child yet and I’m more than willing to.”
I shifted part way and dragged my claws down her stomach. I shouted, “Cayden and I haven’t had children because that IS OUR CHOICE!”
Cora shot back, “Everyone knows it’s you that doesn’t want kids. He’s Hackura. He’d have had kids the second you found each other.”
I hit her again. I said, “I’m Hackura too, you stupid bitch! THIS IS OUR HOME! No off periods enter ANY mates’ homes! As you pointed out, Cayden’s Hackura. He’d know that.”
She screamed, “He’s supposed to be mine!”
I lost it and beat her within an inch of her life. Rain was ready to kill her. I stopped myself just short of the killing blow and popped her to her brother. He yelled, “Cora?! Oh my god, what happened?”
I told him, “When she wakes up you tell her to keep her trash ass AWAY from MY HOUSE AND MY BED!”
He gaped at me before I popped away.
I popped home and stripped the sheets off my bed and took them outside our bedroom into the living area. I used my sunlight hands on them until they disintegrated. I knew someone had come inside, and I knew it wasn’t anyone I shared a bond with.
I was too pissed to get the scent, but my wolf wasn’t. Rain growled, “It’s Milana.”
She wasn’t mad at our friend, just mad in general and hurt. There was need pounding in my veins, but I didn’t know what it was.
Milana asked, “What did the sheets do to you?”
I turned around and she jolted back in surprise. She gasped, “Holy golden eyes. What happened?”
I gritted my teeth, “I’ll tell you if it stays between us.”
She agreed, “Of course.”
I growled, “Cora was in our bed. NAKED! BECAUSE SHE IS AN EVIL BITCH!”
Milana shouted, “She did not! Is she dead? I can see a lot of blood from the open door of your bedroom.”
Rain growled linking me, “I wish. Your plan is good though, Cassie.”
I knew it was hard for her. She wanted Cora dead and had for years now. Every single part of me wanted her dead now.
I answered, “Her brother has her and she might die. Probably not though. I pulled back so I could kick her ass publicly in my tournament. I deal with all her rumor starting bullshit and trying to have coffee with my mate. WHO DOES NOT DRINK COFFEE!”
Milana bit her lip but I knew she agreed with me.
I continued, “Then she comes into OUR home and tries to take my peace and sanctuary that I have in this house?! Fuck her and fuck this!”
I waved the remnants of the sheets around. Rain linked me, “I will RIP her to pieces. Let me out!”
I reasoned, “We are going to handle her in our tournament.”
Rain huffed, “She might not sign up after this since we kicked her ass.”
That was a valid point. I told her, “If she doesn’t sign up voluntarily, we will make sure to get her on the list. Even if I have to put her name up myself. She couldn’t back down if Grammy Veronica signed it.”
She would too.
Grammy Veronica could copy anyone’s handwriting. Rain agreed, “Fine. I want to run though.”
Need was probably the more appropriate word. I still felt pissed and another emotion I still didn’t know how to name.
Milana touched my shoulder, “You need to tell Cayden what happened. He won’t stand for this. This isn’t something petty he could brush off as a mean girl issue. If he knew about those rumors she’d tried to start he’d kill her. I don’t think hiding this is working. Showing up in your bed, naked, is a direct insult and mocks your bond together. No off period would ever do this. Hendrix has had a few. Hell, I like them and wave to them on the street. None of them would dare disrespect me, Hendrix, or our mate bond by being naked in our bed. ”
I shook my head, “He doesn’t see her. I’m going to make the entire realm see her for who she is at my tournament. If she doesn’t back off after that, I’ll kill her.”
Milana clearly disagreed but said, “Ok.”
I told her, “I need to run.”
She assured me, “I’ll clean the house.”
I snapped my fingers, “All clean. I appreciate the offer though. It means a lot to me.”
She hugged me, “I love you, Cassie. You’re one of my best friends.”
I nudged her, “Right back at you.”
She promised, “I’ll always have your six.”
I replied in kind, “Likewise.”
I pulled back from her and went outside.
I went back to the pond where Cayden had chairs for us. I inhaled several times because this place had always been a calming place for me in this realm. Rain told me, “I need out.”
I shifted into Rain and took off.
I noticed that my father in law was keeping pace somewhere behind me. I linked Tory and Gia, “Cora is BEYOND dead.”
Gia snorted, “She has been for a while now.”
I snarled, “SHE SHOWED UP NAKED IN MY BED?!”
Tory growled, “NO!”
Gia said, “I’m going to JERK HER BALD!”
I said, “Cone of silence here girls. I need to run out my anger.”
Tory said, Sharpening the knives around here. Run it out, if you can.” Wouldn’t that be the trick.
I ran over ten miles before I calmed down. EJ popped to me and raised an eyebrow. I was practically immune to that move by now. My dad and brothers all did it. I shifted back and he snapped clothes on me.
He asked, “What the fuck happened?!”
I rolled my eyes, “People piss me off.”
EJ growled, “Cass, that’s not the real answer. You were so much more than mad. You were hurt, furious, pissed…”
He trailed off when we heard another pop.
I smiled greeting, “Aiylee!”
Now that I lived here, she always had an invitation to come. She used it a lot so we still had a lot of fun together. She was very sweet to check on me multiple times if Cayden was out on a mission.
Another pop sounded and Beagan smiled at me. I hugged her then Aiylee. EJ grumbled, “I didn’t get a hug.”
I popped to him and gave him one. He told me, “Alexander is blowing up my phone. I ended my meeting as soon as I could. What’s going on?”
I replied, “You guys are too sweet.”
He linked me, “You are aware evasions don’t work on me.”
I stuck my tongue out at him.
Aiylee chimed in, “Well, Bea and I were sent by Aunt Haley for drinks. So, have your sibling moment later.”
EJ argued, “Her sorrow reaches out to me too, cousin. She’s my little sister and I am more than capable of taking care of her.”
Aiylee smirked, “Of course you are. This is clearly when my cousin needs her girls around her. We will have drinks and sorrow will be shared.”
EJ reasoned, “I can do all that with her too.”
Aiylee rolled her eyes, “Of course you could, but first we need girl time. You’re such a man’s man it’s insane. I’ve got her, I promise.”
Beagan raised her hand, “Me too.”
EJ frowned, “Cass?”
I told him, “I’ll be fine. I can handle it.”
He hugged me again and linked, “You never have to handle anything alone. Alexander wouldn’t let you get away with this if he wasn’t on a mission with your mate. I’ll respect your boundaries for now since Aiylee and Bea are here to help.”
I replied, “I love you, big brother.”
He kissed the top of my head saying, “I love you too, Cass.”
He popped away.
Aiylee asked, “Are you going to talk to your hunky father in law?”
She winked at me. I groaned, “Aiylee!”
Beagan tapped her chin, “She’s not wrong. He’s not my type but he’s hunky.”
Aaron rolled his eyes at them both.
I huffed at her. Aiylee laughed, “What? He’s a silver fox. I clearly go for older men. I’m very happy with Exsis so I won’t go for your father in law. I’m not blind though. The man is steaming hot.”
I rolled my eyes, “I’ll go talk to him.”
She clapped, “Yes, then drinks!”
She and Beagan high fived.
I sighed and headed to talk to Aaron. His eyes were blazing and his arms were crossed. This was going to be a chat and a half. He asked, “What the hell happened?”
I evaded, “What do you know?”
He ground his teeth. He answered, “I saw you at the pond. I was coming to check on you because Cayden sent me all the need he had to do so in the bond. ”
I pointed out, “You do that all the time when he’s gone.”
He replied, “And he rarely sends me his emotions that he needs to know you’re ok. So, I repeat what happened?”
I told him, “I handled it and plan to keep handling it.”
He groaned, “Aesir above, Cassie. I’ll kill for you. You know that, right?”
I nodded, “I knew that before I was your daughter in law.”
His eyes softened and his gaze narrowed on my itching my wrist. I felt something was off. It was that pesky emotion I couldn’t name maybe I needed to share my sorrow now. Maybe that would stop this.
He glanced past me, “This conversation is not over, but you should go see your cousins. We can talk later once your Fairy side has calmed down. I know their step is important to you feeling better. I’ll let Cayden know I’m on it. I won’t invade your privacy by listening to whatever conversation you women are going to have, but I WILL be around. We will talk later.”
I nodded my agreement.
I popped back over to my cousins. Aiylee asked, “Are we riding Rain back to your house or popping? Because my ass, despite your Uncle Bjourn’s insistence, does not run for miles on end. It’s just not happening.”
I laughed. Rain told me, “I would like to run again.”
I shifted and they both popped onto Rain.
I ran us all back to my house, where Aiylee conjured an entire freaking bar. I looked at her with a confused face.
There were a lot of bars we could go to. She grinned, “I know that look and have answers to your unspoken question. Yes, I know there are bars here. I’m all for shutting a whole bar down in this realm, but they are such tattletales here. The bartender would run to their King about whatever happened.”
Beagan agreed, “They would. Especially since you’re this mad. You’re the stealthy one so they’d just jump to action because they know you’re not going to tell them.”
I groaned, “I hate when you have a point.”
They both laughed.
Aiylee snaped me a drink. I grinned asking, “A Galaxy cocktail?”
She blew me a kiss, “It’s your favorite.”
It definitely had gotten up there after I lived in Faerie. Beagan squeezed my hand, “What happened, cousin?”
I gulped down my drink, so Aiylee snapped me another.
I said, “This goes into our three amigos secret box.”
They looked at each other worriedly. Aiylee said, “The only thing in there was what we researched when you lived in Faerie.”
I nodded. Both looked at each other again then agreed. “Ok.”
I launched into it and explained everything that had happened. Aiylee shouted, “THAT BITCH!”
I chuckled, “I love hearing you cuss. You do it more than any Fairy.”
She waved, “Yeah, well I lived in the human realm for a time, and most didn’t. Well, except that group that lived in Ireland.”
She didn’t like to talk about when she lived in the earthly realm, and I understood why.
She began to rant, “I could set her on fire, but that feels too nice.”
Beagan bit her lip. Rain agreed, “It is too nice.”
Beagan threw out, “We could go more subtle.”
Aiylee clapped, “YES! Subtle. Dad makes things hard for people without making it obvious. I just like being obvious with a clear enemy.”
She conjured us all new drinks but I still felt unsettled.
We were all giggling with our plots and plans we were putting in a document in Aiylee’s computer when a knock came on the door. I could smell who it was, and the bond told me who was close enough. I squealed, “DADDY!”
He opened the door and came in.
I threw myself into his arms and inhaled his calming scent. He hugged me, “Hey, Princess.”
It helped settle me, but something was still there lurking inside me. I felt ready to snap but I didn’t know why.
Aiylee and Beagan yelled, “Hi, Uncle Eric!”
He nodded, “Hello two of my favorite nieces.”
Beagan rolled her eyes, “You call us all your favorite nieces.”
My dad winked, “And it’s true.”
They both laughed. Rain was purring in my head. She was probably talking to Thor.
My dad said, “I won’t take Cass away for too long. I just want to walk to the pond with her.”
They both nodded and kept typing on Aiylee’s computer. My dad chuckled, “Let me know if I need to prepare to protect you girls with whatever you’re doing.”
They glanced at him as did I.
He raised an eyebrow explaining, “You all are always declaring psychological and charm warfare when you’re hovered over a laptop like that. There was the Werewolf that broke up with Bea that got it. Then there was the Demon, followed by the Angel. For Aiylee it was… ”
Aiylee groaned, “Ugh, Fine Uncle Eric. We get it. I doubt you’ll want to do anything other than clap about our plans.”
He replied, “I always want to clap. I also had my own fun after you girls were done. No one hurts my nieces and gets away with it without hearing from me.”
They both beamed at him.
Beagan’s eyes teared up and she popped in front of him. She threw her arms around his neck speaking to him in rapid Fealish which he replied to. When she pulled back, she popped back to Aiylee and waved to us.
My dad guided me outside. He asked, “So, whose face needs rearranging? I’m not above torturing, maiming, or even killing whoever it is. Thor and I lean towards killing though. It’s the rational conclusion we came to earlier.”
I laughed as we made our way to the Adirondack chairs outs here.
I told him, “I always know you’ll do that.”
He sighed, “Yet no one ever asks me to do it.”
I pointed out, “You do it anyway.”
He grinned, “But sometimes, it’s nice to be asked.”
Rain muttered, “Let’s keep that in mind.” I would.
I told him, “I already rearranged said face. Where’s mom?”
He replied, “She’s at the castle, waiting for me to come back.”
I asked, “Why did you come?”
He answered, “Because my little girl felt furious, disrespected, hurt, and ready to kill. See, I’ve felt this from your mom. I don’t care for it coming from her and I find I dislike in a deeply strange way I am not used to coming from you. I know that there was a desperate need to defend your mate bond in there too.”
I agreed, “There definitely was.”
We sat in silence. I asked, “Why isn’t mom here then?”
He answered, “She said that you’re an adult who knows we are there for you. She also said something about if you wanted to call you know full well your mom would answer. Plus, she called you and left a message.”
I admitted, “I don’t have my phone on me.”
He nodded, “I saw that. Your mom knew she wasn’t talking me out of coming. Not that she even tried. She just brought us here when we were free.”
My heart warmed because my parents were the best.
I asked, “Does it get easier?”
He volleyed back, “What?”
I answered, “People trying to hurt you and the bond you share with mom? I didn’t catch it all as a pup but looking back I see when people struck at your two. Now, I see it a lot.”
He looked out at the pond.
He answered, “I want to tell you it does, but it would a lie. It’s different the longer your bond is established, but betrayal always hurts. I always feel the need to intensely defend your mom and our bond. The itch under your skin and the need to prove you’re theirs and they are yours drives you.”
He knew this feeling? Rain perked up wanting an answer.
He looked, “That feeling you feel, unsettled; even though you’ve shared your sorrow is the need to be with Cayden. You need to reaffirm he’s yours needs to quell that feeling deep inside you.”
I winced, “He’s on a mission.”
I couldn’t believe my dad was actually telling me to go have sex.
He snorted, “Yeah, neither can I.”
I gasped, “I didn’t say that out loud.”
He winked, “The bond told me your feelings and mine match them. You need to do it though. The Alpha in you cannot be denied and I wasn’t going to sit at home knowing that him being busy would be your thoughts on denying your instincts. You need to go to Cayden. Finish plotting the demise of a certain ex of his slowly through charms then go and calm your wolf side down.”
I blinked asking my dad, “You know about Cora?”
He replied, “I know about every single threat to my pups. I may not live here, but I’m still with you in spirit. Always.”
I winced, “I thought I’d dealt with everything quietly.”
He replied, “You have, but you’re my daughter. I may not be the main man in your life anymore, but I’m still your dad. I won’t let anyone hurt you if I can prevent it. I vowed that to myself when you were just a pup. I also feel bad for Cayden because I have been blind to things and people hurting your mom. I hate that I can’t fix this for you. I see the problem and I desperately want to solve it.”
I replied, “I’m handling it.”
He nodded, “And you’re an adult now. I may want to fight all your battles for you and shield you from the all the realms and the shitty people that plague us all, but I can’t. Or so your mom says.”
I snickered and he grinned at me.
He continued, “I’ll always be in the shadows until you want me to step into the daylight. You’re carving your own path in life and doing a damn good job of it. There is not a day that goes by that I’m not so insanely proud of you I can barely stand it. What you’re doing with Cora has to be hard for all sides of you. She’s been picking at you and attacking your bond since you were seventeen. I know you’re waiting for your tournament, and I respect that.”
I sighed in relief.
He warned, “My patience ends abruptly after you kick her ass in said tournament. I will let you pups live your lives, but I’m not perfect. I can’t just let people hurt my pups. It’s grating to do it this long.”
I teased, “You should focus on Alexander then.”
He replied, “No one is directly hurting Alexander. He’d kill them if they were.”
He shot me a pointed look. We sat there for several minutes before he kissed my head and left me sitting out there.
I linked, “Mom?”
She popped to me and sat down. I heard my dad chuckle. She must have too because she yelled, “SHE LINKED ME! See what waiting gets you, you impatient insanely amazing and hot man who is the best dad?”
Now I laughed along with my dad. She sat down. She put a hand on my knee and squeezed.
She said, “I’ll kill whoever it was.”
Something told me she might know, but I couldn’t be sure. She had her blocks up and her face was blank. Rain mused, “She is very smart.”
She was but she didn’t live here. Neither did dad though and he’d found out.
I asked, “Is it my Hackura or Fairy side that feels this ache in my chest?”
She answered, “I’d say both. Mostly your Fairy side. I know your dad talked to you about your wolf side…”
I interrupted, “I can’t believe dad told me to go have sex.”
My mom cackled, “Are you fucking serious?”
I nodded. She asked, “Did he say those exact words?”
I admitted, “No.”
She laughed harder.
She gathered herself, “As a Fae, you are more in touch with the earth and emotions. Especially considering you can project a little bit of calm into some situations.”
I frowned, “Not like TJ can.”
She agreed, “No, but you’re not an empath like he is. The part of you that brings calm is upset that balance is upset inside you. So, I’ll say directly what your dad didn’t.”
This would be good.
She instructed, “Go wrap up your plans to charm the fuck out of some bitch with your cousins. Or have them keep doing whatever the fuck they doing, and it better be good, and go claim the shit out of your mate.”
I frowned, “But he’s…”
She cut me off, “With your brother that you can link. I know. You can also link Cayden. It’s ok to need him, even if he’s busy. You’re not clinging to his side every second. You’re going in an emergency situation to calm your supernatural sides.”
She continued, “To not go and hurt yourself will distract him. He won’t understand what’s going on and why you’re hurting. Go, talk to him and fuck him to kingdom come as the pack girls say. They say it’s metaphorically dying which is fine. There is not actual dying. Then see what chaos your cousins have gotten up to.”
She handed me a Fairy charm.
I stared at her in surprise. She shrugged, “You always have to be prepared. If you don’t want to ask your brother where he is, you probably shouldn’t look like you popping in.”
I palmed it sending my feelings to Alexander that I was coming and needed Cayden. He sent back relief and the feeling it was about damn time. There was caution there too. Which told me I needed the charm.
I grinned at my mom saying, “The are sussing out information around a dominatrix type crowd. Can you snap me a drop dead gorgeously sexy creation from your mind?”
She grinned, “Of course I can.”
She snapped me into a black body suit with a deep V and cross that pushed my boobs up. I had on long black lace up boots and lace up black gloves that nearly went to my elbow. To finish it off I had a sexy black trench coat type coat, but not as thick with ties all over it and a crop on one side and a sword on the other.
I asked, “A sword?”
She replied, “Sometimes bitches need to know you’re fucking serious. Plus, role playing is fun.”
She winked at me, and I grinned. Rain purred, “Mate will love it.”
I hugged her, “Thanks, mom.”
She told me, “You’re welcome.”
She cupped my face adding, “People may not understand this isn’t about you doubting your bond and love with your mate but it’s not. I can feel you don’t doubt him or his love. I need you to know that I would’ve never let you put your heart on the line for someone who would not protect it fiercely. You are beautiful inside and out. Bitches coming for your mate and bond grate our insides and that’s normal.”
She kissed my head, “What those bitches never understand is that their efforts result in a fortified bond. A deeper connection and understanding between you two. Because just as much as your need pours into the bond for him to be yours, he sends back that he is. ”
She acknowledged, “They can put a chink in our armor. Hell, sometimes they fucking pierce right through it. Then we shock the shit out of them when we get back up. Then we show them that we may have gotten knocked down, or gone to a knee; however, they will be the ones suffering the defeating blow at our hands.”
I pulled her into a hug. I asked, “How do you always know what to say?”
She answered, “I have a great mom.”
She meant Grammy Veronica. I agreed, “You do.”
I hugged her again and popped to my cousins.
Aiylee squealed, “GIRLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL! WHAT?! You look so sexy. I need that outfit.”
She conjured it on herself, but it was ombre style looking like fire. Beagan grinned and snapped hers her favorite color, lime green.
Aiylee tapped her chin, “Are we tormenting our men with pictures? Or pausing this takedown of a bitch?”
Beagan snorted, “If I send JP a picture, he will try to break Cassie’s door down and carry me out of here.”
Aiylee grinned, “How deliciously exciting!”
I told them, “You guys can do what you want. You’re more than welcome to stay and we can plan when I get back. I just need to see Cayden.”
Aiylee agreed, “Looking like that? Hell yeah you do cousin!”
I put the charm on, and they clapped.
I asked, “What do I look like?”
Beagan answered, “You still have red hair, but much darker. Your eyeliner is to DIE for, and your lips are not quite crimson but definitely red. You look like you but not at the same time.”
Aiylee asked, “Are we talking about her boobs yet? Because BOOBS!”
Beagan had Aiylee take her picture and she typed away on her phone. She commented, “I was going to say more about her ass.”
I took the picture for Aiylee. She giggled, “Exsis can’t even do anything because he can’t get in here. That’s so fun.”
A banging sounded on my door. JP yelled, “BEA, YOU HAVE THREE SECONDS TO POP YOUR ASS TO THIS DOOR!”
She grinned, “Did I call that or what?”
I called the wind to open the door. JP came in and pointed, “Did I not say to pop?”
Beagan winked, “I love when he goes all dominant Hackura male on me.”
I laughed, “I know.”
He picked her up and carried her outside. People were cheering and I heard her pop away from him. Now, he was chasing her. That was definitely going to result in an orgy.
Aiylee said, “I can wait and let Exsis stew if you need me here.”
I winked, “But it would be more fun to pop to him, have your fun, then pop away when I text you that I’m back.”
She hugged me, “That does sound quite fun.”
She pulled back, “She’s a bitch and she will suffer until someone offs her. Whether it’s me, you, your parents, family, your Beta, Gamma, or just someone else she pisses off it’s happening. If it’s the latter. I WILL be irate. One of us deserves to get her.”
I agreed, “We do.”
She nodded then popped away.
I popped near Cayden and felt his anticipation rise. I walked into the Dominatrix Dungeon bar they were frequenting. I spotted them easily. Cayden linked me, “What is happening? What is that outfit?”
I teased, “What? This? It’s new.”
He practically growled, “I know it’s new and that it’s you in said outfit. You look quite similar to yourself with subtle differences.”
Score probably one thousand for mom.
Alexander linked, “I’m happy to see you. I’m NOT happy about all the emotions you’ve been having.”
I replied, “I’m going to settle those. There are a lot of women practically drooling over you.”
He replied, “I’m not interested.”
I asked, “Why not? They are beautiful.”
He answered, “I’m just not.”
Uh huh. He didn’t confide in me about his crush though. Damn. Rain giggled, “Oden’s very growly.”
Of course he was they wanted Melanie McAlister and he wouldn’t just say that.
I began to stride over to their table. One woman gently grabbed my wrist. She whispered, “We’ve been trying to get with them for weeks. They turn everyone down.”
I shrugged, “I’m going to try anyway.”
She nodded, “I’ll order you a drink at the bar. Just don’t take it personally if they say no. I’ll toast you if one says yes though.”
I replied, “You’re really nice.”
She blushed and went to the bar.
I spotted Silas in the back. He’d move to sit by Alexander when I left with Cayden. I took the whip out and hit my mate’s thigh. I felt his lust spike in the bond. I said, “You are leaving with me, now.”
He glanced at Alexander .
I spanked his thigh again and trailed it up grazing his hard length up his chest to his chin. I asked, “Did I stutter?”
He grinned, “No.”
I corrected, “No, Mistress.”
He practically threw his lust at me, and I nearly buckled and begged him to have sex with me right here which he knew. I stood tall though.
The whole place was practically not breathing waiting for his response. He stood, “Yes, Mistress.”
I heard a lot of gasps. Alexander linked, “If someone here dies for repeatedly hitting me with a crop and telling me to come with them that’s on you.”
I laughed back in our link. He was teasing and we both knew it.
Cayden followed me out of the bar, putting his hands around my waist, and I smacked his hand with the crop. He sent me that I was in for it.
I went to where I’d popped in. He opened a portal and threw me through it. He pulled the charm off my finger and slammed his lips onto mine.
He said, “God, I missed you. What happened? Are you ok?”
I told him, “No talking.”
His eyes searched mine. He sent me we were talking later, but for now he was putting aside. I was going to claim the hell out of him.
