30. Kit
My foot tapped anxiouslyas I sipped on my beer, standing next to my brother in Zoe’s living room. Well, temporary living room. Technically, her job was over here, and she was going to quit anyway. This house would go back on the rental market.
Was it too forward if I wanted her to stay with one of us for now? Maybe it was. Honestly, the pacing of our “relationship” was a bit unconventional, but that was why we were going to talk tonight. We had to figure this out before things got confusing and feelings got hurt.
Because there were a lot of feelings involved, and that made things more complicated. If things didn’t work out, so much was on the line. Our relationship with her. Her relationship with each of us. Our relationship with each other.
We were facing a complex web of emotions. Things could fall apart and unravel us all. Or we could be brought even closer.
I just hoped this wouldn’t shatter us. I wasn’t sure if I could handle that.
Zoe returned from the kitchen and stood in the middle of the living room as everyone else either stood on the outskirts or occupied her couch.
“Thanks for coming here. I just… we need to talk about what’s going on between us,” she expressed as she slowly did a turn to look at everyone. “I… uh… well, I thought I knew where to start.”
The corner of my mouth curled up as I watched her get a little flustered. She cared. We all did. Now, we had to organize all those feelings. At least, that was the best way for me to look at this. Emotional vulnerability wasn’t exactly my strong suit or my brother’s, but this was Zoe.
She made everything different.
“How do you feel? About us?” Matty asked from the couch where he sat next to Angus and Tobin.
Zoe took a deep breath and joined her hands in front of her, trying to stop fidgeting.
“I… well… I care about you all a lot. You’ve supported me. Taken my mind off things. Cared for me,” she expressed. “That means the world to me.”
“We’ll always care about you. No matter what,” Kieran assured her.
I nodded in agreement. We had been friends for years. Even if things didn’t work out past that, I would always care for her. She had been part of my life forever.
“Obviously, we’ve all engaged in… non-platonic activities,” Zoe continued with a small, sly smile on her face. Her expression then became serious as she took a deep breath before speaking again. “Which I don’t want to stop. Because I don’t just see you guys as friends. I want more than that, and I’ve been too scared to ask for that until now.”
“A romantic relationship?” Cohen asked, helping her thoughts along as she pieced them together.
“Do you really feel that way about all of us? Is that really possible?” Garrett spoke up with an unsure look on his face.
Zoe nodded.
“What I feel for you guys… all of you guys… it’s deeper than anything I’ve ever felt before. It feels crazy and nerve wracking and like I don’t even deserve it,” she expressed. “But I want all of you. Maybe that’s selfish and greedy, but I have feelings for all of you.”
“And you would want something with all of us? That wouldn’t overwhelm you?” Angus questioned her.
“I have a different connection with each of you, and I’ve never felt neglected or forgotten by any of you. I’m more scared of losing any one of you than getting overwhelmed by so much affection,” Zoe assured him with a loose smile. “I like the thought of being a little smothered by people who care about me.”
“We’ll spoil you. Not smother you,” I told her with a warm look on my face. I never wanted to scare her off, and I could tell by everyone else’s small smiles and subtle motions of anticipation that they wanted to cherish her too.
All of us. Together.
“I think it’s safe to say that we all see you that way too,” Paolo spoke up, coaxing nods from everyone else.
“But would you all feel comfortable sharing me? I don’t want to destroy the brotherhood you guys have,” Zoe fretted. “I want all of us to be happy together, but only if you all are on the same page with each other first.”
I glanced around at the other guys, seeing nods and hearing murmurs of agreement.
“You’re right. We do have a brotherhood,” Jae spoke up. “That means me trust each other. We rely on each other. Hell, we’d run through fire for each other.”
“We wouldn’t destroy what we have over a relationship,” Kieran added. “I think we’re so on board with this because you’ve brought us even closer together.”
Zoe’s face softened.
“Really?” she asked.
The guys and I nodded. It truly felt like that. We were ready to go to war for her as a unit, and our care for her made us realize how similar we all were. How we wanted the same things. Love and family and loyalty.
“There are two options that I see as being viable,” I said, making her turn toward me. “We either stop all the sex and flirting and remain good friends. Or we could try a poly relationship with clear boundaries and good communication. We can’t slack on that.”
“If we did a poly relationship, we also all have to be honest with each other,” Garrett commented.
“There are boundaries, right? What does that kind of relationship realistically look like?” Angus questioned us as he glanced around the room.
“Our case is going to be different from anything else you’ve probably ever heard, but our relationship is still contained to everyone in this room. No one else. We’re faithful to Zoe, and she’s faithful to us,” I explained. “The day-to-day things are something we have to discuss and figure out along the way, but we just have to keep each other in mind and communicate.”
“I guess I’m just worried about people feeling left out,” Angus spoke up.
“I don’t want that. Ever,” Zoe assured us with a worried glint in her eyes. “I want to spend as much time with all of you as possible.”
“We have crazy work schedules. It may throw some things off,” Gabe pointed out as he rubbed the back of his neck.
“Our lives are pretty crazy,” Kieran agreed with a stressed sigh.
“We should plan things out then. There will be times when we all hang out together, times when just the guys hang out, and times when we hang out with Zoe one-on-one,” I suggested. “We’ll rotate dates or something.”
“So, a lot of organization,” Tobin said, sounding a bit intimidated.
“If we want this to work, we have to be organized and communicative,” Paolo replied. “But at a point, it’ll feel like second nature. We’ll fall into the swing of things just like how we have with our crazy schedules.”
“That’s true. We’re still pretty much in sync with each other,” Cohen added. “We’re adding a very special person to the mix. We’ll work out something that works for all of us.”
“But the relationship won’t take up our whole lives. It’s a big responsibility like any relationship, but we’re our own people,” Matty reminded everyone before looking at Zoe. “There will be a lot of work ahead, but I think it’ll be more natural than we realize after smoothing out the wrinkles.”
Zoe nodded in understanding.
“So, we just… date? But with extra rules and lots of conversations?” she asked.
We all chuckled. I supposed part of it was as simple as that.
“Yeah, we can go on dates. You can come by the fire station anytime and visit,” Gabe said, his excitement evident in his voice.
“And we’ll establish said boundaries,” Jae spoke up. “We’ll respect each other.”
Zoe smiled as she looked around at everyone.
“So, we’re together,” she stated, her hands pressing against her heart.
“Together,” I agreed, sharing a warm look with her. Holy shit. Maybe things truly were that simple when everyone was on the same page. I didn’t have to rip my heart out of my chest telling her my feelings because she already had my heart.
She had it from the start.
“Today has been amazing,” Zoe sighed in bliss before mischief glinted in her eyes. “You know, we should probably consummate our relationship now.”
“What did you have in mind?” Paolo asked her as the mood shifted. Darkening. Heating up. Intensifying. Everyone knew what she was thinking, but we wanted to hear her.
Zoe hummed under her breath in a teasing manner before walking over to me since I was closest. She ran her hands up my chest, making my breath hitch. Damn it, she was so effortlessly sexy.
“Hot sex, of course,” Zoe quipped, drawing a chuckle from me. She then leaned up on her toes. “Starting with this.”
I nearly groaned in pleasure when her lips met mine. She tasted warm and sweet like usual, and I gladly parted her lips with my tongue to taste her even more.
Zoe cupped my face as our kiss deepened.
I could tell that she yearned for more as she fisted my shirt, but I wanted all of us to have a hell of a night. This relationship meant we all shared her, and there wasn’t a better group of guys than the ones in this room.
“Why don’t you show Kieran some love?” I murmured near her ear before spinning her and giving her a light nudge toward my brother.
Zoe strode over to him, wrapping her arms around his neck as he held her waist. She rose up, crashing her lips against his.
I caught my breath, training my eyes on her as she moved around the room. She was endlessly captivating, each kissing deepening as she moved from firefighter to firefighter. Each kiss was full of passion and need, and everyone soon grew restless.
We all wanted more. We wanted her.
“You’re so bad,” Tobin murmured as he brushed his fingers through her hair while she perched on his lap. “Do you have any idea what we want to do to you?”
“I’m hoping you’ll all show me,” Zoe hoped as she peered around at everyone. “My bedroom is just down the hallway.”
“We’re going to start now,” I said as I moved behind her, tilting her head back to press my lips against hers.
Zoe moaned into my mouth, her hands fisting Tobin’s shirt. When I released her, she brushed her hair to the side, letting me unzip her dark blue dress so that I could pull it off. She was left in a strapless bra and black panties.
“Aren’t you sexy?” Matty murmured in awe as he reached over to move his hand up her side. “Take off her bra. I want to see all of her.”
I gladly unclasped her bra and tossed it behind me before kissing her exposed neck.
“I want you to sit on my face,” I whispered near her ear, making her shiver. “Why don’t you show them how good it feels?”
Zoe nodded eagerly.
Everyone moved off the couch and started stripping off clothes. Tobin, Matty, Angus, and I maneuvered her, making her kneel on the edge of the couch over my face as I sat on the floor with my back against the front of the couch. Tobin sat on the back of the couch, tearing his shirt off and freeing his cock from his dark jeans.
Matty and Angus stood on the couch on either side of her, offering their erections to her while everyone else watched. If anyone was going to put on a hell of a show, it was her.
I leaned up and lapped at her folds, feeling her grow wetter and wetter with each lick. My eyes shifted upward, admiring her breasts and how they moved as she did.
Zoe slid her lips over the head of Tobin’s cock, taking him as deep as she could on her first pass. She stroked Matty and Angus’s cocks at the same rhythm, taking moments to turn her head and suck them off too. Everyone’s pleasure fed into each other, creating a cycle of bliss.
I reached down and stroked myself, groaning against her center and eating her out with fervor. She tasted incredible. Addicting. My tongue dove inside of her, fucking her steadily and readying her for what was next.
“So good,” Tobin praised as he watched her take in more inches of his erection. “Take me all the way, baby.”
Zoe moaned around his cock, her hands working overtime on Matty and Angus. She was determined to make them feel as good as I was making her feel.
I squeezed the base of my cock, already feeling myself threaten to pulse. Hearing her moans and feeling her grind against my face shuttled me toward an intense orgasm, but I focused on working a finger inside of her. My tongue flicked against her clit repeatedly, hitting a pace that almost had her bucking against me.
Matty thrusted into her grip.
“That’s it. Just like that,” he groaned.
“Don’t stop,” Angus breathed out, dropping his head back. “You’re so fucking good.”
Tobin started rocking past her lips, shoving himself farther down her throat with each thrust.
“Oh, there you go. You take me so well,” he praised her. “I won’t last.”
I stroked myself faster, unable to deny myself the pleasure that was hurtling toward me. It felt too damn good. Blissful noises filled the living room, and I could feel the others’ eyes on us, dying for their turn. I knew that Zoe could handle more after this.
“Fuck,” I groaned against her as I came, spurting over the top of my hand and onto my bare chest. Pleasure ebbed through me in waves, and the vibrations of my groan made her writhe against my face as she shuddered through her first orgasm.
“Let me paint your face, baby,” Angus told her, grabbing her chin and pulling her closer just as he released onto her face.
I moved out from under her, turning just as Matty gave her the same treatment. He spilled onto her tongue, letting her take all of him as Angus’s release gleamed on her face. She looked devilishly angelic right now.
“Come here, princess,” Tobin encouraged her, pushing his cock past her lips. He thrust into her mouth a few times before finishing, pouring down her throat.
Zoe drank everything down before pulling off him with a pop. She brushed her fingers along her cheeks and chin, swiping up Angus’ release and sucking her fingers clean with a pleased smile.
“I can’t get enough of you guys,” she sighed in bliss.
I stepped to the side just as Paolo, Cohen, Garrett, Gabe, Jae, and Kieran moved closer. With a grin, I looked back down at her.
“You won’t ever have to.”
