Chapter 10

CHAPTER TEN

RYANN

Fear, unlike anything I've ever felt, threatens to suffocate me at any moment at the sight of the men coming into the clubhouse. It's nearly overwhelming.

I stared at them all from behind the bar where I was helping Fawn and Shyann put together an order for restocking. Usually, it's the prospect's job, but being that we're here, not going anywhere, we need something to do. With the threat being to War's sister alongside me and Nevaeh, he wasn't taking chances and is keeping Shyann on lockdown here right alongside me and the others.

I don't mind it so much because of my latest experience with being abducted again. Granted, he no longer factors in, but I still prefer the safety I feel when I'm here at the clubhouse. However, I wouldn't mind if Sabotage and I moved things to his house to have a bit more privacy.

Right now, I wish I were anywhere else but at the clubhouse. Not with these men taking a stance in the middle of the clubhouse. I know them. So does Nevaeh and Peyton. They'd met at least one of them. The same one now standing in the front of the group. All of them dressed in black suits, black shirts, and red ties. They're known as the Bishop's Disciples and do his bidding. I remember years ago hearing that. They referred themselves to this while gloating.

I never thought I'd see them again, but here they are. The very men Roy sold me to.

"Hello, little doves," the man in front says, grinning as he steps forward. "I see you're doing quite well, beautiful as ever, Ryann."

A shiver courses down my spine, fear unlike any I've ever felt before. It's clear in his eyes what he's doing here. He's here to take me.

"Who the fuck do you think you are comin' in my club?"

I nearly jump out of my skin at the sound of Viking's booming voice. Slowly, I twist, keeping the men in my peripheral while looking to see Sabotage coming my way.

"Fawn, take Rocco and go upstairs," Viking orders, not looking in our direction.

Sabotage gets to me and uses his body to shield me from the other men.

"Shyann, go with them," War growls, coming in from behind the men alongside Dice, Rock, and Hydra.

"Okay," Shyann whispers and follows behind Fawn, who doesn't utter a word.

I stay behind Sabotage, pressing myself against his back, curling my fingers in his tee.

"Don't hide, little dove." The menacing voice chuckles. "Come on out here so we can see you."

"Don't you move, gorgeous," Sabotage growls.

"Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere," I whisper for only him to hear. "Those men, they're the ones Roy sold me to," I utter, tightening my fingers in his shirt. "They call themselves the Bishop's Disciples."

"Right." Sabotage nods.

"Ahh, little dove, you talking back there?" The monstrous man laughs outright. "Why don't you come out here and share with the rest of us?"

"How about you cut the shit and explain to me what business you have here at my clubhouse?" Viking sneers. From the tone of his voice, I can hear just how pissed the other man is. As much as I've been around him, I don't think I've ever heard him sound so furious.

I peek around Sabotage to see as the guy turns his attention to Viking. One of Sabotage's hands reaches around to squeeze my waist.

"Let me introduce myself first. I'm Victor Serrano, and the men behind me are here to reclaim property that belongs to Bishop," Victor announces. "The women you're sheltering belong to him."

"They don't belong to anyone." Ice sneers.

"On the contrary," Victor tsks. "You see, a contract was signed by at least two of the women here, signing their bodies and lives over to Bishop to do as he pleases."

I don't remember signing anything. Then again, Roy had me so out of it back then, he kept me pretty lucid for a few days before giving me over to these men.

"You can't own people," Sabotage growls. "We're not in the eighteen hundreds anymore. Slavery is illegal."

"Maybe so, but this isn't exactly a slave contract," Victor remarks, shrugging his shoulders the slightest bit. "Let's put down as a relinquishing of rights as you would do a child."

"Bullshit," War sneers. "How about you get to the actual point of you showing here."

Victor grins and looks toward War, eyes flashing sinisterly.

"If you don't start talking, then we'll put your ass out like the trash you are," Ice states, looking ready to commit murder.

"We're not here for Peyton," Victor says, "She wasn't ever one of Bishop's. Her sister did what she did because she was a greedy little whore who, in the end, got what she deserved. Bishop has no need for her. Same as with your sweet little Fawn . . ." I bite my lip as I look at Viking as he steps that much closer. "Those two do not matter to Bishop. He simply wants his property back in order to auction it off as he sees fit. There were quite a few bids coming through before you managed to crash the system."

"So, you admit your little group was behind the auction to sell them and the hard drive," Maverick states, having been silent.

Victor wags a finger before tipping it to his lips. "The hard drive," he quips and motions to one of his other men. "To make things easier," the guy steps forward, arm stretched outward with something in his hand. "We decided we'd give it back. The ones responsible for taking it in the first place weren't supposed to, but they'd gotten greedy, and well, the boss doesn't put up with outsiders getting greedy." His gaze comes in my direction. "Or anyone taking what isn't theirs."

Maverick moves forward, snatches the hard drive from the man holding it, looks at it, and holds it out to Pirate. "Check to make sure this is it and that it hasn't been accessed."

"Yeah," Pirate grunts, "I'll make sure it hasn't been tampered with in any way to make sure we don't get fucked."

I don't know what that means, but I think it's a good thing Pirate's smart and knows what he's doing when it comes to things like this. Fear courses through my veins, and I'm left trembling and doing my best to stay in the now and not let it get the best of me.

I've come a long way in the past years, and I won't let this set me back. Not this. Not what Roy did.

Wait a minute.

Roy said something about Bishop informing him about me. That's how he knew.

"Something's not right," I utter on no more than a breath for Sabotage to hear me. He gives a grunt sound in answer, and I continue. "Roy told me Bishop had called to tell him I was no longer in the hands of Master."Calling that vile man Master leaves a bad taste in my mouth. "Why would he do that if he had other plans?"

"Good catch, baby," he mutters, "Now, do me a favor and run up to our room and stay there. You don't need to be in here for the rest of this."

"I don't think I could move if I wanted to," I blurt, letting him hear the faint tremble in my voice.

"Right." His hand finds my waist and strokes just under the edge of my shirt, giving me his strength.

"As I was saying," Victor's voice penetrates through the haze of Sabotage's warmth, and I do everything in my power to ignore it. "We just want what belongs to us."

"You had Nevaeh, Ryann, and my sister on that site," War speaks up once again, his voice hard and chilling. "You also said you supposedly have contracts that these women signed. My sister never was in his possession."

"Sweet Gianna signed while in Veronica's establishment," Victor answers nonchalantly, like it was no big deal. "We know she's been out of state. She's been busy talking to men that she has no business talking to. We also know that she's been at the Satan's Keepers MC, as it was reported just an hour ago that she's left their property and is on the way home." He grins and shoves his hands in his pockets while cocking a brow. "She might have received word that something was happening, and if she didn't do as told, she'd end up losing everything she loves."

"You bastard," War snarls. Mayhem moves to block his path.

"I suggest you leave," Viking announces. "If you come near any of our establishments, our women, or homes, we'll make you regret ever fucking with us."

"We want no war with you and your men," Victor states. "Simply give us the women who belong to Bishop, and it'll be done."

"They're not going anywhere with you," Sabotage says, frightening me with the tone his voice takes on. It's one I don't think I've ever heard before. "You try and take them, I'll gut you all myself."

"Is that a threat?" Victor loses his calm demeanor.

"Nope, it's a guarantee, I'll fuck you up if you come anywhere near my woman or the others." Sabotage takes a step away from me, and Rock steps in behind him to keep me shielded. "You seem to do your homework on people. So, you should know who I am. What I'm capable of, fuck with me, and you'll regret it. Now fuckin' get out of here before I decide to do just that and say fuck the rest."

I've never, not once in the past two years, since these men rescued us, have I ever seen this side of Sabotage. He's always been relaxed, at most a bit intense, never like this. It should scare me, but it doesn't, not really. I could never be scared of him. He's a protector and will do anything to make sure those he cares about are safe.

"You have two days to give back to us what's ours," Victor states and motions to his men. He looks to where I'm peeking out from behind Rock. "See you soon, little dove. You have a new home awaiting you."

"I'm not going anywhere." I find the strength to say, move from behind Rock to Sabotage. "I think you heard him."

Victor doesn't come back with a response as he and his men leave. He's made his threat known.

The tension doesn't leave the room when the door closes behind the men. If anything, it gets thicker.

"Ryann, you need to go upstairs," Viking states, getting my attention, but he's not looking at me. He's watching Sabotage.

"But . . ." I twist to face Sabotage only to see the dark look on his face. Something's not right.

"Go," Sabotage orders.

"I can't," I whisper, not wanting to leave him.

"Ryann, you were told to go upstairs." Sabotage growls, stepping toward me.

I lock my legs in place to keep from running away. With what happened I can't run from him. Not when he needs me most. Something's going through his head right now and he's somewhere he doesn't need to be, not alone to fight it back.

"I'm not going upstairs. I can't. That man. . ." I stretch my arm out toward the door Victor and the rest of the Bishop Disciples went through. "I know him. He's a really bad guy. I mean really bad guy. He hurt me." This is probably the wrong thing to say, considering the raging tension rolling off him, but I carry on. "I don't remember signing papers. Roy drugged me before selling me. But I remember that man. He had his fun." Okay, so this isn't easy to say, but these men saw me at my worst. "They sold me to Master, and you know this. Everyone knows what happened there."

"Ryann," Sabotage grinds out my name.

"No," I snap, planting my hands on my hips. "I get you're pissed and want to go ape shit, but you're not going to order me upstairs like what just happened didn't affect me." I lift a hand to point a finger at my chest. "It was me they were talking about. Me, Nevaeh, and Gianna. Us, they want. You don't get to play big badass and leave me wondering what's going to happen. It's my life. Their lives. Gianna's on the road heading this way, and who knows what will happen between then and when she gets here."

"They won't get her," I hear War bite out, but I ignore him as well.

"There's so much going on with all of this, you can't keep me out of it, not when it involves me. I won't let you. You try it, and I'll leave."

"The hell you will," Sabotage snaps, moving into my space. "You try leavin', and I'll tie your ass to the fuckin' bed."

"Then don't command me to my room like a damn child," I snap right back. "You need me." I jab my finger at his chest. "I won't be?—"

I don't get to finish my rant. I don't get to because Sabotage slams his mouth to mine, shutting me up and keeping me from further argument.

"Guess that's one way to distract him." I'm not sure what that meant, but Rock's grumble barely penetrates the fog that consumes my mind when Sabotage kisses me.

I slide my arms up and around his neck, holding on to Sabotage, refusing to let him go. His hands go to my rear, curving either side of my butt, and he lifts me until I've no choice but to wrap my legs around his waist. Then he's moving, carrying me away from his brothers. I thought he'd bring me to his room, but he doesn't. He carries me into the storage room.

Sabotage twists once the door closes behind us, pressing me against the cool wood. His lips break from mine only to move down to my neck. He lets my bottom go, but only so he can undo my jeans.

"Unwrap your legs, Ryann," he commands. A shiver rushes down my spine at the gruff, harsh order.

I do as he says and immediately find my jeans dropped, my panties going with them. Then I'm back up and in his arms, his mouth moving back to mine. I'm consumed and focused on kissing him back. I didn't realize he'd released himself until he thrusts home in a forceful thrust. I rip my lips away from his to cry out. The pleasure and pain of his intrusion is unlike anything I've ever experienced.

Sabotage doesn't give my body a chance to adjust as he's done every other time. No, this is about him taking what he needs, and he does just that. He fucks me, taking me hard. His thrusts are powerful and fast. There's no escaping what he's doing. There's no way I'd ever want to, even if I could.

Before I know it, he has me screaming, lost in the pleasure of his movements, sinking into the abyss of it all. I'm enthralled by it, and when he finds his own, he makes a growling noise in the back of his throat and bites my neck. Not hard, but just enough to cause me to have another mini orgasm.

I don't know what's happening here, other than what we just shared was different from the rest of the times, and I enjoyed every second of it. Maybe it's what I've heard some of the others call it, make-up sex. If that's what this was, then I might have to figure a way for us to do it again.
