Epilogue

Stella, seven months later

W ell, I found out what Club G is and a complimentary stay there is not what I thought it would be. Let me tell, I was way off base. Totally not even close. Try the exact opposite of anything luxurious.

But William knew and I can't say I feel bad for not helping him. Not that my men would have listened.

Emilio has offered to take me by the exclusive club to see firsthand the accommodations extended to all Club Genesis guests who visit the basement level. I'm tempted. But I have more important things to do with my days than dirty them up with anything to do with William.

"There you are. I've been looking all over for you."

Luna walks in, clutching an enormous stack of papers to her chest wearing a big smile.

Her men, Voss, Jasper and Shayne are close behind. They give me a quick kiss on the cheek but quickly excuse themselves.

"They seem serious."

Luna shrugs. "You know how they get when they have business to tend to."

I do. "The paintings?"

Luna pucks herself down on the overly stuffed chair beside mine and nods. "Adrian wants them to move the merch through the Gilded Key."

My brows crunch together. "Let me guess. Another club?"

"You got it. Super hush hush and you need a special invite to get in."

Luna wiggles her brows at me like she has another bright idea that she can't wait to tell me. Only it will end up with me in the middle of new trouble for "research purposes" as she always says.

I shake my head furiously before she can get any other bright ideas. I wave a finger in her direction for good measure to make sure she knows I'm not down for anything other than sitting right where I am at hitting my deadline.

Last weekend she took me on a joy ride around the city on the back of her brand new motorcycle. I loved it. Fun times after spending two years locked away from society and living like a hermit.

What I didn't enjoy was the gunshots and the crazy chase that ended with my brand new leather backpack getting a bullet hole in it. In Luna's defense she didn't realize her cover was blown after a job with her sisterhood thieving friends, the Belladonnas.

I'm not mad at her, but I could have still ended up dead. And don't get me started on how scared the men got when I came home with a shattered laptop because of a bullet.

A week later and Stefan still won't let me out of our apartment without him at my side.

"Totally pass on any other bright ideas you might have cooking in your head. I don't need to live an experience in order to write it." I raise my brand new laptop and dance my fingers over the keyboard to make another point.

"Okay. God, I didn't know the Volmer men had found me. I get it. Besides, I need you alive to write book two to this story. My God, woman. Where did you ever cook up that bed scene with this chick and her dragon-shifting mates?" She raises the proof manuscript I sent her last night.

My smile is slow and intentional. "There's no way you read that in twenty-four hours."

"I did and I have a few notes." She hands me the stack of papers thick enough to knock someone out with. "Now, I'm going to go find my men and get them to take me upstairs."

I hold a hand up. "Say no more." I really don't need details of my sister's stay at Club Sin.

Luna stands just as Adrian finds us in the living room. "Adrian. Take care of my sister and I'll take care of your paintings."

And just like she entered, my tempest of a sister is on her way out.

"Your sister scares me."

My laugh is soft but genuine. "Same, my love. Same."

After Big Red took William away, we didn't leave this apartment for days. No matter how much I tried to tell them the whole family route would not work, none of them wanted to hear about the improbabilities we faced.

Adrian was adamant that there are other ways of having children. Adoption for one. My heart fills with happiness just thinking of giving a child a safe place to grow up.

Stefan agreed. But he also made it abundantly clear that I and his brothers were all the family he needed if it came down to it.

"There you are, little flower."

Speaking off…

Stefan steps around Adrian and pulls me up from the large chair, placing me over his lap. I lean in and kiss the top of his scar and then the bottom. "Hey right backatcha."

"Are the words coming, beautiful?" Stefan gestures toward the laptop and the open word document.

I lay my head on his shoulder and let out a heavy sigh, knowing the words are in fact not coming at all. I have three major distractions keeping my hands on anything but them.

"Mm-Hmm," I smoothly fib.

Emilio's warm laugh is low and rumbles over my senses. "Liar. After this, we promise to leave you be so you can get back to your fourth love. We'll just be in to drop strawberries into your mouth and give you kisses of encouragement here and there."

Bliss. If it ever happened that way. Seven months of living together and none of them have left my side so I don't hold out a lot of hope. If two go off to handle business, the other stays. After years of being alone, it's nice to have people who love me.

After they made sure I knew they treasured for me and not my last name, all three men explained why they were desperate to have children. It broke my heart for them and the sister Adrian lost. And speaking of his family, Adrian's father isn't happy about them hooking up with someone who can't give him grandchildren, but his happiness is not on me.

And I'm okay with that.

"Luna just dropped off her notes on my latest project. Did you take care of everything with the paintings?"

"It's finally done. Astor Enterprises is safe. We managed to pay off my father's debts today. Anything from here on out is on us. He's out with no more access to the purse strings."

Stefan places a kiss on the end of my nose and pulls me deeper into his embrace. "You're safe from people like William. No one with ill intentions will ever get close to you again."

"We second that." Emilio points at him and Adrian, before blowing me a kiss.

This man.

I sigh heavenly. My heart melts a little more every day for the man who I am slowly helping ditch a terrible smoking habit. Right now Emilio handles his nerves by toying with his lighter. Ugh. But one bad habit at a time.

"We need to talk."

Emilio lowers his weight onto the arm of the chair while Adrian comes to kneel in front of us wearing a scowl that has the hair on the back of my neck tingles.

"Oh?" I sit up in Stefan's lap and brace for terrible news from the dark expressions on their faces. "What's up?" Old trauma has the knots in my stomach returning.

"Easy, Stella." Those two simple words from Adrian helps me shake off the knee jerk reaction.

Stefan nails his brother with a scowl. "Damn man," he huffs gruffly, "Work on your delivery."

"Sorry, baby. It's been a long day. I need to work on delivery."

I don't know why I keep expecting the other shoe to kick me in the ass. I know neither of them will treat me like William did. I guess it will take a little while to erase all the fear that man left me with.

I look between all of them. "Is everything okay?"

Stefan moves my hair to the side and kisses the soft slope of my shoulder. "Remember how we talked about adopting a few weeks back?"

My heart rate spikes. "Yeah." I look at Adrian. Then to Emilio. "I do."

Adrian places papers in my lap but instead of letting me look at them, he takes my hands in his and waits for my gaze to meet his.

"This is for when you are ready. We wanted to make sure we had all the information available so we could make a list of questions we had and maybe start the ball rolling. Again. When you are ready."

"I'm ready." Tears fall, but these are made of happiness and so much hope. "Like right now." I close my laptop and move to Adrian's lap. His arms automatically come around me and his hands cradle me to him. I rub my nose against his and we stay like that for a second before I hear Emilio let out a little sigh of impatience.

"Where's my kiss?" Emilio's warm smile is everything but jealous. He holds his arms open for me when Adrian hands me to him gently, placing a kiss on my lips.

"This is the first step toward creating our family. Our hearts are yours. Our protection and our gratitude for giving us the chance to help erase every bad memory from your mind with something good and positive belongs to only you." Tears are becoming a common theme around these men of mine.

"I'm the lucky one, Adrian. Me. And I'm going to cherish you and the family we build together until my last dying breath."

Emilio moves us to the couch. After Adrian sits, I place my legs over his lap and recline into Stefan's arms with Emilio's hands resting on my abdomen. This is love. What we have. It is unconventional and nothing at all what I thought my life would look like nearly three years ago now.

And I wouldn't have it any other way.

"I was thinking… Maybe we could have another night in Room one hundred and five? I have a new idea I want to try out. Besides, tomorrow is the Christmas party. There's gonna be edible glitter and beautiful shows with boas and feathers. I would love to see all of it. New writing ideas and all that." I can't help the teasing smile on my lips, but it's true, I would love to see a Club Sin show.

"We are way ahead of you."

Adrian pulls four tickets out of his back pocket and hands them to me.

My mouth falls open. My fingers tremble. And then I'm all smiles and devious ideas of how I can get these three naked. But the next time we go back to the club, the energy won't be about negative thoughts or bad memories. Nothing but light, love and happiness will color our days and nights from here on out. Even if bad times come, love will be there to guide us.

"Your smile says this is a nice early Christmas gift?"

I nod, beaming with happiness and so much love.

"But you can't go in naked."

I turn a puzzled look on Stefan who looks dead serious suddenly.

"Oh? I don't plan on it. At first anyway."

"Nope. He's right, you have to be wearing these before we step foot back into Club Sin."

Emilio holds his hand out and extends his fingers to reveal three golden rings tucked into his palm.

I will not cry. I will not cry.

No matter how much I chant those four words, the opposite happens.

"Marry us."

I hear Adrian, but my answer comes out so fast and hard that I speak over him.

"Yes, daddies." My voice trembles with all the bubbling emotions. "Yes one thousand times!" I say it again but this time I fuse all my strength into that one word. And I don't fight the tears. I let them fall knowing every drop is made of the love I have for these men.

One by one, my lovers slide their rings onto my finger, claiming me. But it feels deeper. It's like they want everyone who sees me to know I belong to them. Pride wells in my chest.

Adrian moves in and claims my mouth with a kiss filled with all the love he has for me and for us as a family. I can feel it in the way he holds me to him. He returns me to his brothers and watches them each lavish me with more love than I've ever experienced.

My daddies share me with each other, kissing, loving and whispering all the dirty things they are going to do to me tomorrow at the Christmas festivities. And I have to admit, I‘m game for all of them.
