Have you ever told a lie, an insignificant untruth, that takes on a life of its own. Thats what happened three years ago when I told my new boss that I had a boyfriend. At the time, I had good reasons, but now Im wondering if my fib has kept me in the boardroom when I could have been in JD's bedroom.
