Albert Thoreau has made his fortune in the silver mines. He owns several businesses in Hope Springs, and he's looked up to by the people there. The only thing he needs is a wife. Contacting a matchmaker back east for a bride, he is sent Izzy Winslow, a woman from a poor farming family.
