7. Mack

Chapter 7

I didn't know where my forwardness was coming from, but I couldn't hold back with Caleb.

When Steve told me Caleb was not only a customer of The Lactin Brotherhood but also part of the same kink community he was in, I wasn't sure how to respond. Being new to town, I hadn't really explored the local scene, but Steve was happy to share.

When I tried to stop him, telling him that it probably wasn't appropriate for him to be talking so freely about one of his clients and a prominent doctor, he assured me he would have Caleb's blessing.

Apparently, they were quite close.

I tried not to think too hard about what that meant, but when Steve said people like Caleb would kill for a "Milk Daddy" like me, everything clicked into place. I finally understood the subtle and not-so-subtle things both he and Caleb had said to me. And being in his presence now, I didn't have the self-restraint to hold back. I wanted to know every detail. To see what it was like to have a real person drink from me, and not just for my relief…but for their pleasure too.

Since I first discovered sex, I'd always considered myself a dominant who was looking for a submissive. But as soon as Steve dangled the words "Daddy" and "Little" in front of me, I couldn't deny the appeal. I had to at least explore it, and Caleb seemed more than willing to test some of those limits with me.

Once we were settled at the table, I picked up my menu and saw that Caleb was holding his but not really looking at it. "Do you already know what you want to order?"

He shrugged again and cocked his head. "You can order for me, if you want."

I definitely wanted. "Do you prefer red sauce or white?"

He grinned widely. "White. The creamier, the better."

I rolled my eyes and smiled. "With or without chicken?"

He sat back as the server poured water into our glasses and then stepped away from the table. "I had nuggets at lunch, so no chicken."

I nodded and glanced at the menu to see what the recommended side dishes were for the night. "Grilled asparagus or steamed broccoli?"

He made a face. "No veggies. I'm good."

I raised an eyebrow. "Asparagus it is."

He pretended to be frustrated, but I could see that he was holding back a satisfied grin. "Fine, but you have to share with me."

I closed my menu and just watched him watch me until the server returned to take our order.

"Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled asparagus for the doc, and veggie lasagna for me."

He jotted down our orders. "Anything to drink, sir?"

I glanced up at the server and saw that knowing twinkle in his eye. That sir was intentional. Okay, maybe this town was kinkier than I had imagined. "I'll have a glass of Cabernet and my boy would like…" Caleb just stared at me, waiting to see what I would say. I had planned on ordering a glass of wine for him too, but it seemed that he was in the mood to play games. "A glass of milk. I heard it's his favorite."

"Of course, sir. I'll bring your bread and drinks out in just a moment."

The server disappeared, and Caleb let out a giggle. "I can't believe you said that."

"It's the truth, isn't it?"

Caleb smirked. "I prefer it warm, but a cold glass sounds good."

"We'll see if you earn warm milk later tonight."

The smile was wiped off his face and replaced with a heated stare. No more games, apparently. If we were gonna do this, I was ready to start immediately.

"And if I do?" He intertwined his fingers on the table in front of him, fidgeting slightly.

"Then you can have all you want." What the hell was I saying? Was I actually gonna do this? Yes, I was. I had to. It was important to my research… and any chance I had with Caleb. "If you want it, that is."

"I do." He swallowed hard and then seemed to realize what he was saying. "I mean, I will. If you want to, I mean." He shook his head and closed his eyes. "Fucking Steve had to go and get us all worked up."

"I need to send him a box of cookies or cigars." I chuckled, definitely worked up. But it was also a relief to know Caleb was too, especially over the thought of getting a drink of my milk. "If not for him, I probably wouldn't have asked you out."

"Why not?" His whole expression changed, going from playfully frustrated to genuinely hurt. "Is this only about the milk? Because you can find a hundred guys to experiment with if that's all you're looking for."

"It's not." I reached across the table and placed my hand over both of his. "Not at all. I was attracted to you the minute I saw you in your office, but you're my doctor. Or might be my doctor. I don't think I would have even considered that you could be the slightest bit interested in me."

"You're gorgeous, Mack. And you're kind and funny and…" He waggled his eyebrows. "You have some unique characteristics that guys like me would kill to, um, experience."

"What do you mean by guys like you?" As long as he'd open the door, I was going to plow right through and get some real answers. Steve gave me the highlights, but I needed to hear it straight from Caleb. "What are you looking for in a partner?"

"What did Steve tell you?" He smirked as he leaned forward, moving his hands closer to the center of the table so I didn't have to stretch so far.

"I want to hear it from you."

Our server returned with our drinks and a basket of fresh bread. Caleb's milk was in a pint glass but the server placed a spiral straw on a napkin beside the glass.

Caleb grinned up at him. "Thanks, Reed."

The server, Reed, apparently, winked at Caleb and then slipped away.

I watched him disappear before Caleb inhaled a deep breath and then sighed. "Well, as I'm sure you already know, I'm a Little…looking for a Daddy."

Okay, no way to misinterpret that. "Thank you for sharing that with me."

He frowned and pulled his hands back before crossing his arms over his chest. "That's it? Thanks for sharing?"

Shit, was that the wrong thing to say? I cocked my head and snapped my fingers to get his attention.

Caleb looked down at my hand as I waved him closer, then his eyes met mine for a long moment before he put one hand in the center of the table on top of my open palm.

"Yes, thank you for sharing that with me. I'm very attracted to you for many reasons, and that's just another to add to my list."
