32. Beelzebub
Once again, my brothers and I sit around the dining table waiting for the food that Bree has prepared. She's decided that Sunday dinners will be a weekly thing from now on. This time she told us not to expect her to go all out. A ‘one pot meal' is what she said, though she won't tell us what it is. I honestly don't care. I will eat whatever she puts in front of me. I don't even need the food. I'd be content if she just sat on the table directly in front of me with her legs spread.
Someone would have to take Rellick for that to happen. Maybe I could push those thoughts into her head without her noticing?
At this moment, it doesn't really matter what she's making. Lucifer is on his tablet not paying any attention to anyone and Asmodeus is pouting because Bree doesn't trust his voice which means she doesn't talk to him.
He can also tell that something is going on that he isn't a part of. All of us bonded to Bree agreed that we can't say anything until a brother has bonded with her on their own. They have to want it for the right reasons, which Lust does. But if he knew that he could speak to us telepathically, he would rush her, and it would make everything worse. For him, anyway.
While this is food and I am wholly excited for it, I'm more excited for the surprise my brothers and I have built for Bree. We all have built up shields in our minds to stop us from being read by witches and the like. The shields come in handy when dealing with Bree since she has no idea that any of us have bonded to her.
With her not knowing that she's bonded to us, she doesn't realize that she projects her thoughts to us on a daily basis. It's the clearest when she's in Hell with us; however, we can hear her while she's on Earth as well, but only if she's thinking of one of us directly.
One thing we've all heard from her at least once is that she wishes she could be with more than one of us at a time while on Earth. She doesn't want to spend all her time in Hell because she wants to give Rellick as close to a normal life as possible. That's understandable but we left normal a while ago.
So, the Seven Deadly Sins; yes, even Lucifer; have built her her own house in Hell right next door to the tower. The best thing about it is that the front door is a portal directly to her apartment. We've carved a symbol in the wood of her apartment door that when pressed against while saying specific words will open a portal directly to Hell House. That way she still has an apartment for humans but can visit us whenever she wants.
Is the house done?
Why is Satan asking me? He was the one in charge of building it.
You were in charge of the finishing touches. Why are you asking us?
Oh. He sent the message out as a group chat. Great.
No. Asmodeus and I finished building the house. You all were in charge of decorating it.
When was this discussed? I don't remember that conversation.
I don't remember you ever telling any of us that. However, I took care of the kitchen. It's fully stocked with her and Rellick's favorite foods.
You did exactly as I asked but you don't remember the conversation? Right.
The house is completely decorated the way I've seen in her dreams. She'll love it as will Rellick.
Thank you, Sloth. At least someone knows what they're fucking doing around here.
We can still hear you, Dickbag.
You were meant to, Shitface.
Fucking prick.
Now that we can all feed off each other, Satan has made it his mission to piss us the fuck off. It's become a fun little challenge for him, while the rest of us just want to beat the shit out of him. Sloth seems to be the only one unaffected by him.
Then again, he's Sloth. He has no emotion unless Bree or Rellick are around.
Speaking of Bree, she's currently walking into the dining room, taking her seat next to Rellick. Two souls follow behind her, pushing carts with covered plates on them. One by one, they set our food in front of us, serving Rellick and Bree first.
The cover is lifted off my plate and immediately my mouth begins to water. A healthy portion of noodles doused in parmesan cheese, creamy sauce, seasonings and blackened grilled shrimp sit before me, with garlic knots surrounding the edges. Looking around, it's easy to see that my portion is the biggest. She knows me so well. All of our plates look the same, except for Rellick. "Why does Rellick get friend shrimp and fries?"
Bree had previously picked up her fork but at my words, she puts it back down and turns to face me. "Rellick doesn't eat noodles. He finds them hard to swallow. Did you want the same? I can take your plate and I'm sure your brothers would share your portion between them."
I push her hand away as she makes for my plate. "No!" My voice is loud and aggressive, so much so that for a moment I thought Satan said it. Clearing my throat, I start again. "No. That won't be necessary." I pick up my own fork, and take a giant bite, making sure I have a shrimp on my utensil. "Fuck! So good!" I dig in, not caring about everyone else anymore.
When the noodles and shrimp are gone, I use the bread to wipe up all the sauce left on the plate. I am the first one finished, as usual, but now I get to feed off my bonded brothers as they salivate over the dish as well.
We make small talk around the table, Rellick telling us stories of his time with the mermaid; all of us waiting for Bree and Rellick to finish eating. "Don't you want more, Sweetie?"
"Not today." I'm too excited to show her the house.
Bree's mouth drops into a pouty frown. "Did you not like it?" Her voice is low, insecurities clear in her tone.
"What?" Her eyes drop to her lap, and I put my hand under her chin, lifting her eyes to meet mine. "Of course I liked it, Honey! You watched me practically lick the plate clean." Her lips twitch in a smile, letting me know I alleviated her worry. "There's just something I want to show you." Lucifer clears his throat across the table. "Something we want to show you."
I lift Rellick from his booster, placing him on my shoulders, and walk towards the exit. Satan walks beside me, Bree wrapped around him like a tree with her head in his neck so that she can't see anything. He even has a hand in her hair, holding her head in place.
Once we've walked the few minutes it takes to get to the house, Wrath puts her down and covers her eyes. His huge hand covers most of her face. "Ta-da!"
Bree looks at the black Victorian-esque home with awe. "What is this?" She turns to face all of us, her eyes watery.
Lucifer pushes past her, holding his hand on the symbol on the door. "Deduc me ad infernum." He pushes open the door, leading us all inside.
Bree spins in wonder. "Oh, my God! It's everything I've ever imagined." The main area has a large sectional with matching black recliners. A fireplace across from the sectional holds a wide screen television. She may not like Hell's forms of entertainment, though.
The room is wide open to see a small office space for her to work. A wall separates the dining area where a big round table that will fit all of us sits. To the right of the dining area is the kitchen, equipped with the best stove and a ginormous fridge. I also remember her saying something about a pantry being a necessity, so I made sure the house had one of those too. In between the walls of the living room and kitchen are stairs, going up and down. Opposite of the stairs is a bathroom with only a toilet.
Upstairs, Rellick's room is a big open space filled with toys and a playset. No kid really needs a king-sized bed, but the kid deserves the best. This room is a child's dream. Rellick will probably never want to leave. As it is, he's already pulling my hair, begging to be let down so that he can play.
Lucifer shoos us off, knowing that we all want to show her the room we made for her. Below the main floor is Bree's room. Against the wall sits an Alaskan king bed. Big enough to fit her and at least four of us at a time. Not all of us will always want to sleep together when only a few of us can touch her at a time. We also can't leave the tower to its own devices. We are in Hell, after all.
Belphegor brings her attention to a hot tub in the corner of the room. Everything in the house is large enough for two of us to be able to do something with her. It caters to her being with more than one of us at all times, which was her wish. "The room is soundproof so Rellick will not overhear anything." He grabs a tablet off the nightstand next to the bed, showing her a live feed of Rellick in his room.
"Thank you so much for doing this for me! I wish I could stay here all the time." Bree gives us hugs one-by-one.
I lead her back up the stairs to the main floor, bringing her attention to the front door. "Lucifer just walked in and failed to mention the most important thing." I point to the symbol carved in the wood of the door. "We've carved this symbol into your apartment door." I continue one before she has time to protest. "When you say the words ‘deduc me ad infernum' a portal to this door will open and rather than going into your apartment, you will land her."
She repeats the words back to me with almost perfect precision. "Will you write that down for me just in case?" I nod in acknowledgement. "What does it mean?"
"The witches we hired to do the spell said it means ‘lead me to Hell.'"
"Y'all are all-powerful kings of Hell, and you couldn't do a portal spell?" Her arms cross over her chest, pushing her tits together. What a delectable sight.
She snaps in front of my face, taking my attention away from her generous cleavage. "What?" I remember what she asked before she could repeat herself. "Magic down here doesn't work like that. A witch needed to place the symbol and do the spell because if one of us did it, we would face negative effects due of our punishments."
Bree nods in understanding. "And when I want to go to the apartment?"
"Intrant principalis domus meaning ‘enter the main house.'"
"Seems easy enough." She grabs my hand and pulls me back into the living area where the rest of my brothers and wait with Rellick. They've all made themselves comfortable on the sectional, Rellick sitting between Satan and Lucifer. She sits me down on the edge of the couch and stands before all of us. "Thank you so much for doing this for me." Bree motions for Rellick to join her in the middle of the room. He launches himself towards her and she picks him up, holding him on her hip. Doesn't she realize that he's half her size? "We are extremely grateful that you took the time to make this everything I've ever pictured." She kisses Rellick's cheek and points to us. "Tell them ‘Thank you' for your new room."
"Thanks!" He gives us all a cheesy smile before looking back to his mother. "Can I go play?" She puts him on the floor, and he takes off up the stairs.
Bree places herself in one of the recliners rather than on the couch with the rest of us. "Why are you so far?" Mammon moans.
"There may be too many of you." Her laugh is melodious when all of us give some form of a scoff. "I just mean that I want to split my time equally. I don't like playing favorites."
Lucifer stands, fixing his suit. "I actually have some research to do." He leans over her, grabbing her hand and kissing the back of it. "Thank you for dinner, Darling. It was lovely." With a dramatic flair, he leaves the home.
After a few moments of silence, Belphegor finally breaks. "What do you want to do? I, personally, could go for a nap in that big new bed of yours."
"Of course you could, Sleepy. That actually sounds like a great idea. Who else is coming?"
All of us stand to move towards the stairs when an image of a steaming glass of hot chocolate makes its way to my mind. I move to the kitchen instead, making Bree a large mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows and crushed graham crackers floating on top. Her mind tells me she calls it ‘hot s'mores.' I bring it down to her room, handing it directly to her. She looks up at me in surprise as she takes it from my grasp. "Thank you…. How did you know I wanted this?"
Oh, fuck!"I can see gluttonous thoughts." Yeah, let's go with that.
Satan spares me a glance, humor in his eyes. I ignore him. Satan has cuddled up against Bree on her left with Asmodeus spooning behind him. Belphegor is on her right. Envy has turned himself into a small snake, snuggling up against her neck. Mammon lays on Belphegor's right, not touching anyone.
I ignore all of them as I crawl into the bed, laying my head on Bree's stomach and fitting myself between her legs. I need to be touching her.
Her hand begins to play in my hair, and I let out a sigh of contentment. This is perfect.
My brain is on the cusp of complete slumber when Bree moves just slightly.
I wish he would move up a little. He's lying on my bladder.
I move up to where she wants me, placing my head on her heavy chest rather than her stomach. I try to get comfortable once more, but Bree is now stiff beneath me. "You okay?" I whisper.
She studies me, her eyes cutting to Satan for a moment, before focusing completely on me.
Can you hear me?
My body tenses automatically, but I relax instantly. Now would be the time to confirm that I can hear her and that we are bonded. I'm tired of waiting. I don't know why I ever lied about it to begin with.
And yet, I don't want her to be mad at me.
Ignoring her whispered question in my mind, I repeat my question out loud. "You okay, Honey?" After a few moments, she nods her head, careful not to jostle Levi. I give her my best smile, then lay back against her, careful not to be on her bladder.
Her body relaxes after a second, her hand back in my hair. I fall asleep immediately surrounded by her.
