12. Kipp
Chapter 12
Kipp
Kipp was loving every moment he was able to be around Dale. To say that he was becoming fond of him would have been the understatement of the century. In fact, it would probably have been the most understated comment ever recorded in Eagle Ridge's long history.
Kipp had finished all his work for the day early and Dale had completed another hectic but fun shift at the diner. So with nothing on their plates for the remainder of the day, the two of them had set off on a hike.
Armed with packed lunches, walking boots, and a whole heap of laughter and fun, Kipp and Dale had walked, walked, and walked some more. The mountainous area around Eagle Ridge was picturesque but full of steep inclines and harsh descents. But Kipp was pleasantly surprised with how well Dale handled it all.
And as they arrived home for some much needed rest, Kipp wanted to make sure that Dale knew precisely how impressed he was…
‘You absolutely kicked ass up on the mountain,' Kipp said, drawing Dale in close for a hug and then kissing him on his forehead. ‘Hell, I was worried that you were going to be too quick for me on some of those tricky ascents.'
‘ Naaaw , Daddy. Quit exaggerating,' Dale replied, blushing a little as Kipp ran his hands down toward his waist. ‘What would have happened if I couldn't walk any further? Would you have put me in your backpack and carried me?'
‘Ha! You might be small, but you're not that small,' Kipp chuckled. ‘But I want you to know that you can always rely on me. If you fall, I'll be there to pick you up.'
Kipp leaned in and the pair of them kissed.
There was something so sweet about Dale's lips. Each time they kissed, Kipp couldn't get over how good his darling boy tasted. The reality of the situation was rapidly dawning on him. Kipp was falling for Dale, and he was falling hard .
‘I think we need a bath,' Kipp said, pulling away from Dale and starting to walk toward the stairs. ‘Come on, follow me. There's definitely room for two in the tub. And if you're legs are anywhere near as sore as mine, I think we'll both benefit from a long soak.'
‘Yay! Bathtime!' Dale squealed, eagerly zooming past Kipp and charging up the stairs like he was as fresh as a daisy.
Kipp shook his head in disbelief.
Not only had the scaled some of Eagle Ridge's most imposing heights, but now Dale was showing off his sprinting skills. He was some young man, that was for sure.
‘Seeing as you're moving so quickly, you can start running the bath,' Kipp hollered. ‘I'll be up in a minute, I just need to send Max a quick message.'
Dale shouted down in agreement and Kipp took a moment to pour Brutus some new biscuits for him to crunch on before tapping out a rapid-fire message to Max…
KIPP: Hey man, hope all is well. I wanted to check in and see if you had an idea of when you'll be back? Don't worry, it's all good here. There's just something I'd like to discuss with you about Dale. Anyway, talk later. I've got a bath to get my Daddy ass in…
MAX: Yo, Kipp. Yeah… it's going okay here. But it could be better. I'll call you later and we can talk. In the meantime, have fun in that bath… ;)
Kipp smiled and put his phone away. It was time to haul his aching body up the stairs and get into the bath. After all, there was a sexy as all hell Little waiting for him and if he was already stripped down then Kipp knew that he had to see the perfect sight of Dale lowering himself into the hot water…
‘Damn, boy, this is… hot,' Kipp growled, watching as Dale pleasured himself on the opposite side of the bath. ‘And you're saying you don't want to cum?'
‘That's… right… Daddy,' Dale said, steadying himself as his hips thrust upward. ‘The whole point of edging is that you get yourself close to the edge but don't go over…'
Kipp had heard of edging before but only in passing. To hear Dale explain it and then watch as he indulged in it himself was something else. The look of sheer pleasure on Dale's face as he worked his hands over his body and teased and tormented himself was incredibly hot – and with his own cock absolutely rock-hard too, Kipp began to wonder whether he should give it a try as well…
‘So how do you know when to stop?' Kipp said, his eyes focused on Dale while his hand gripped his own manhood, slowly working it up and down in the bath's hot water.
‘It… takes… practice,' Dale said, writhing as he pulled on a nipple with one hand and pumped his soapy cock with the other. ‘And s-s-s-sometimes you do go over the edge.'
‘Hell, I don't know how you do it,' Kipp said, already feeling like he could shoot his seed into the bubbles around his lower half. ‘But I'll give it a try. For you.'
‘That's hot,' Dale said, roiling his eyes back and gripping onto the sides of the bath as he did his best to hold off an orgasm and then give his body the chance to cool off just a touch. ‘Now you jerk harder. Get yourself close.'
‘I wouldn't normally take instructions from a Little, but this time I'll let it slide…' Kipp smiled, taking his cock into his hands once more and this time working it harder and faster.
As he pleasured himself, Kipp looked at Dale and could see the look of pure lust in his eyes. It was like he was enjoying this just as much as him.
Kipp continued to pump his shaft until he could detect that an orgasm was close.
‘Damn! This is hard,' Kipp said, letting go of his dick and preventing an almost certain orgasm.
‘That's the fun of it,' Dale giggled. ‘Now let's wait a minute and both try to do it at the same time.'
Kipp was still breathing heavily but nodded.
Clearly, it was Dale who knew what he was doing when it came to edging, but Kipp was having fun and it was hot to share in his boy's kink. Kipp didn't know whether edging would be something that he would do by himself, but to be able to share with Dale was a good feeling.
And judging by the look of pure desire on his boy's face, Dale was ready to go again.
The only question was whether Kipp would be able to stave off what was likely to be a big, thick, hot load…
Kipp looked across the bed and saw that Dale's eyes were looking very tired. In fact, he was barely able to keep them open at all.
After successfully denying themselves four times in the bath, Kipp and Dale had allowed the water to slowly drain out and the two of them had enjoyed a quiet evening watching the TV, with Brutus keeping them company as he snoozed on his special one-dog couch.
But now it was bedtime and Kipp was reading Dale a story.
‘Are you sure you're still awake?' Kipp asked, gently teasing Dale as he sucked on his lime-green pacifier. ‘I could sing you a lullaby to get you to Snoozetown?'
‘ Storweee . Want storweee ,' Dale said, his words just about clear through a combination of being in Little Space and his pacifier.
‘Okay, my darling boy,' Kipp said, tenderly making sure to tuck the cover around Dale. ‘Story it is…'
Kipp continued to read the story and from time to time would glance to Dale and see his eyes shutting, opening, and then shutting again. Eventually, it was clear that he was fast asleep. The wonderful boy had expended a lot of energy over the course of the day, and was probably in desperate need of some rest.
Whether it was his shift at the diner, the hiking or the edging, Dale gave everything his all. And Kipp was all there for it. Kipp was a man who didn't do things by half-measures himself. Whether it was lifting weight at the gym, working on the ranch, or being a Daddy… Kipp only knew one way – and that was to give it everything he had.
For Kipp to know that Dale had a similar mindset as him was huge. In fact, the more Kipp thought about it the fewer reasons he could think of why him and Dale shouldn't be together forever. But at the same time, Kipp knew that the one possible issue could be the boy's desire to move away from Eagle Ridge once more.
However Kipp was beginning to think that he might just be able to show Dale that he could have all the adventures he wanted, and more right here with him.
I can give Dale what he needs.
I can complete his world.
But I just need him to believe it as much as me…
Kipp was merrily preparing breakfast as Dale slept soundly up in the bedroom. After falling asleep during the bedtime story, Dale had barely stirred all night as far as Kipp was aware.
In fact, Kipp could barely remember having such a good night's sleep himself.
There was something so wholesome and comforting about falling asleep next to such an adorable and perfect boy like Dale. Kipp wasn't much of a fan of corny romance movies, but he was beginning to believe that kind of perfect love could be possible after all.
With the waffles looking almost done, Kipp finished off chopping up the pineapple slices, apples, and orange segments too. Oh, and that was without mentioning the perfectly toasted sourdough too.
Kipp always enjoyed a big breakfast on Sunday, but to be able to have it in bed alongside Dale was taking things to a whole new level of joy.
‘And don't think I'm forgetting about you either, Brutus,' Kipp chuckled.
Kipp opened Brutus's treat drawer and took out a fresh bone for his beloved canine companion to gnaw at over the course of the new few days.
‘It's an extra-large one, so make it last!' Kipp bellowed, smiling as Brutus eagerly took the bone and quickly made his way out of the doggy-door and into the front yard.
Kipp couldn't resist taking a peek at Brutus as he began to devour his bone but as he opened the front door, he found himself confronted by an odd sight.
‘What the hell is this?' Kipp grumbled, crouching down and picking up a letter that had been left on the front deck.
The envelop was handwritten and hadn't arrived with a postage mark on it.
And as he opened it up to see what was inside, Kipp quickly got a sinking feeling as he saw a handwritten letter – and things only got worse when he began to read it…
This place is mine. By rights I should be there. Everyone in town knows it. You know it too if you'd just admit it. You can run your mouth about what Uncle Joe wanted, you can talk about wills and all that shit. But we all know that Eagle Ridge Ranch should be mine. That was always the family plan. I would inherit it, and then take the family into the 21 st century. There's money to be made with this land, but not with some old school jerk like you running it. Whatever. Uncle Joe was too old to be making decisions on the future of the ranch when he left it to you. Screw him. And screw you too. One way or the other, Eagle Ridge Ranch will be mine. And there ain't a damn thing you can do about it. So be warned. LC.
Kipp felt a surge of anger come over him as he balled the letter up into his fist and tossed it out onto the yard. Leigh was a nasty piece of work and an embarrassment to the family.
Uncle Joe would never, ever have wanted someone like Leigh to take ownership of the ranch and then use it simply as a tool to make money. And to suggest that Uncle Joe wasn't of sound mind when he chose to leave it to Kipp? That stung. And it stung badly.
But one thing that Kipp knew though was that Leigh wasn't going anywhere.
Clearly, this situation was building up to something. Kipp didn't know what Leigh's next move would be, but every fiber in his body told him that his awful cousin was going to try and make a move to take the ranch.
‘Not in my lifetime,' Kipp growled, staring out onto the front yard and beyond. ‘Eagle Ridge Ranch is mine. That's the way Uncle Joe wanted it, and that's the way it's staying too. And no asshole cousin is going to do a damn thing about it…'
With that, Kipp turned and walked back into the house.
The last thing that Kipp wanted was another feud to turn ugly and end in tragedy. The death of his brother, Kaden, had been far too traumatic for Kipp to want to put himself in the same position over again.
But on the other hand, Kipp knew that he had to be prepared to fight fire with fire.
As Uncle Joe always used to say…
Always stand up and defend what's right.
