Rosie
I feel every inch as he pushes that monster inside my body and damn does it feel good.
"You're so fucking tight, my girl."
"You're so big."
We both laugh and this moment couldn't be more perfect. He finally gets all the way in and starts to move slowly at first and then faster.
Suddenly he stops.
"Don't stop!" I yell.
"Rosie, baby, I'm going to come soon, and we didn't use a condom. Do you want me to pull out?"
No condom? Where the hell is my head? "I'm on birth control and I'm healthy."
"I'm healthy too. I'm tested for life insurance reasons. I haven't had sex in forever." He starts to slowly move inside of me again. "So?"
"Come inside me, Alex."
"Fuck."
He begins to pound inside of me in an unrelenting rhythm. His thumb starts to circle my clit and my walls start to spasm around his cock. I'm going to come, and nothing will stop it.
"That's right, my girl, come for me. I'm gonna come too."
We both find our peaks at the same time, and I lean up to bite his shoulder through his shirt, which he's still wearing so that I don't scream and get found by someone walking by.
We're both breathing hard as we stand up and try to right ourselves in the wake of the life-changing sex that just happened.
I look at my watch. "Oh my God, I have three minutes to get back on stage for the sing-along." I start to panic. I'm never late and there's no way my hair and make-up still look good.
"It's going to be okay. Here's my phone. Text your sisters and get them to bring what you need out here. Then get ready quickly. I'll go make some speech and buy you some time."
I grab his phone and text Maggie. She answers with lots of emojis, but I assume that means she's on her way to rescue me. I delete the texts from Alex's phone.
"Want to put your number in there and text yourself so you have mine?" he asks, sounding a little nervous.
"Okay."
I put my name as Rosie and my number. I hope that this is more than a one-time thing, even though I know the odds of this turning into any kind of relationship are zero. I feel a connection with Alex that I've never felt with anyone else. I never have sex with a man until we've been committed to each other for a few months and not ten minutes after meeting in a supply closet.
I hand back his phone and instead of grabbing the phone he grabs my wrist and pulls me toward him. "I'm going out there and will give you about ten to fifteen minutes," he smiles, and my knees go a little weak. "But first, I need a kiss."
Our lips meet and I'm lost. His hands are bunched up in my hair, destroying my hairdo more and more, and I wrap mine around his neck. This is magic.
A cough from the doorway breaks the spell. "We're here to fix the pop singer," Phoebe says with a laugh.
"I think she looks perfect," Alex says and gives me another quick kiss. "Am I all back together?"
I look him over, making him twirl a few times for fun, and then give him the okay. He starts to walk out of the room, but Maggie stops him. "You have a little bit of lipstick on your ear. Here's a wet wipe."
"Thanks, Maggie." Alex laughs and leaves the room.
My sisters stand in the doorway staring at me and then we all three burst into laughter.
"What in the bad girl badness did you just do, Rosie Stone?" Phoebe asks, trying to sound disappointed in me.
"Um, I had spontaneous supply closet sex during a charity fundraiser." I shrug. "And it was amazing."
Maggie walks over to where the buckets are and giggles. "Are these sex buckets?"
"Um, maybe," I answer. "We don't have time to worry about it. Alex said he would talk for ten minutes and then we are needed on stage. We need to fix my hair and makeup."
Quickly we fix what we can. I still don't look as put together as I did before the supply closet, but that's okay. I don't think anyone will notice, except for the people who know that something did happen.
Our sing-along goes over great and we have one more song to go. There's a bowl we are picking songs out of and people from the gala could donate a huge amount of money to sing with us. We've had duet partners on every song.
The last song is picked it's "Jingle Bells" and singing with The Pandemonium Pixies is none other than Mr. Alex Young. Maggie, Phoebe, and I laugh as Alex makes his way up on stage.
"Did you do this?" he asks under his breath.
"No, we had nothing to do with any of this. Liz or one of your employees did it."
"Well, it doesn't really matter," I stop whispering and go back to the mic. "Introducing Mr. Alex Young featuring The Pandemonium Pixies singing Jingle Bells."
We break into the song and Alex sings his heart out. The man can't keep pitch or rhythm for the life of him, but everyone loves watching him and he's fun to perform with.
The applause is deafening when he finishes and takes his box. He smiles at me, and I know that I need to see more of this man, but I just don't know how that will work when he lives and works here in Los Angeles, and we are always traveling.
"Hey, Rosie, can we talk for a second?" Alex asks before I leave the stage.
"Sure," I say, pointing to the corner of the stage where no one was working. Our crew was already putting the instruments away and the stage was blocked from the rest of the fundraiser so no one could see us.
"I want to see you again."
I take a deep breath. "I want that too, but we're leaving town tomorrow. We have to go do some post-tour stuff and then we start writing and recording a new album. The next four months are super busy."
He grabs my hand. "Can we have tonight and tomorrow till you leave? Just give me that much, please. Then we can figure out the rest.
"Okay. I just need to change into regular clothes and tell my sisters."
"I'll be waiting," he says smiling.
He looks so handsome standing there in his black suit as I start to walk away. "Oh, I don't have anything fancy. I was wearing jeans when we came in."
"I can ditch the jacket and tie. We don't have to go anywhere fancy. There's a great all-night diner that I think you'll love."
"That sounds perfect."
I run to the green room and quickly change into my jeans and Dolly Parton T-shirt. Pull my bright red hair up into a bun on top of my head and take all my stage make-up off. I put a light coat of mascara and some lipstick on, but I look different from my stage presence.
Hopefully, I won't be noticed when out with Alex. When we are alone and not made up my sisters and I can usually get away undetected, it's when we are all together that we can't do anything without a mob.
"You look adorable," Maggie says.
"Are you doing something with Liz?" Phoebe asks.
Crap, I didn't even think about asking her if she wanted to get together. I've only thought about Alex since our eyes met.
"Um, no, I'm going out with Alex," I tell them. "He asked me for tonight and tomorrow until we leave. I really like him."
"Yay! Go get him, Rosie. If I had a guy looking at me like that, I would be blowing everything off for the next ten years and just staying in bed with him," Maggie jokes.
"Yeah, right. I'm leaving, don't wait up."
