41. Chapter Forty-One

Chapter Forty-One

T he guys asked for a karaoke night as their reward for last night's win. I couldn't argue otherwise, once I saw how excited Vicy and Taz were. So here I am getting ready. I wouldn't normally dress up as much as I have, but I am officially going out for the first time as Dean and Mac's girlfriend.

I'd decided to get ready at the common house since we all planned on heading to the bar together. I still have an honorary room here, even though I spend most of my time at my apartment. I'm not alone though. The moment Dean, Mac, and I became official, they moved in with me.

I give myself one last look in the mirror before making my way out the door. While it is cold outside, I know it's going to get warm with so many bodies crammed in a small area.

I feel sexy in my skinny jeans, black heels, and baby-blue dressy tank. I paired my outfit with my leather jacket. I chose to go with light makeup, and my hair curled and pulled up into a high pony.

Heading into the living room, everyone turns at the sound of my heels clicking across the hardwood floor. Ten pairs of eyes widen, making me smirk, as I gesture toward the door. "We ready to go?"

Vicy jumps up from the couch with a yip. "Damn, Roe Roe, you clean up nicely."

I laugh. "Thanks Vicy."

Taz bumps Deans shoulder as he loudly whispers, "It's a good thing you locked her down. I'd be tempted to steal her from you if I were a dishonorable man."

He rolls his eyes before giving me a smile. "You look beautiful, Ice Princess."

"Thank you."

Perri claps and calls, "Let's get going before all the good spots are taken!"

Dean and Mac move over to me, and we make our way out the door. Mac twines his fingers with mine before lifting my hand to his lips. "Tu es à couper le souffle, Chérie."

I smile. "I haven't got that far in learning my French yet. Considering it's you who said it though, merci."

He smiles and helps me into the back of the car. "You'll be fluent by this time next year."

Squished between Dean and Mac, I laugh lightly. "That's the hope."

Ten or so minutes later, we arrive at the karaoke bar; another few minutes and we are heading inside to find a spot. Before I can even take a seat, I'm thrown over one of the guys' shoulder.

I let out a squeal of surprise before looking over my shoulder to find that Vicy carrying me, and Taz leads the way to the stage. "Guys! What the hell?"

Vicy laughs. "It's been months since we've done karaoke! We need to hear you sing."

I roll my eyes as I let whatever this is happen. There's no chance I'll be able to escape once these two are set on something.

Vicy sets me softly onto the stage before he looks to Taz with a smirk. "She can sing to Lewi and Oli."

Taz laughs and points to the computer that holds thousands of songs. "You should pick out a song that tells them how you feel."

I huff out a sigh. "Are you guys seriously trying to play matchmaker? I've already got the guys."

Vicy boops me on the nose. "But have you told them that you love them yet?"

"Yes..."—but then I think about it before groaning— "I told Dean, but it was while you guys rescued me from that house. I never told Mac."

Taz gives me a sad smile. "This is your chance to tell them in a way that's a bit easier."

Nodding, I walk over to the computer and scroll through the songs. Dibs by Kelsea Ballerini pops up, and I can't help but smile at the thought of singing that song. I tap Vicy and Taz before pointing to my choice. They give me enthusiastic nods and get into place onstage.

Of course, they want to sing with me, but to be honest, it helps my nerves that they are up here with me. I click select, and the thump of the drums begins, and the guys in the crowd go wild with hoots and hollers.

I grin out at the audience as the verse begins. My eyes meet Dean and Mac's eyes. The chorus starts, and I look over my shoulder when I hear Taz singing along. Vicy yells, "hey," along with the song. And they repeat the same thing on the second line before joining with the rest of the chorus.

I pop the microphone off the stand, and make my way off the stage, singing the post-chorus. I stand between the two men who stole my heart as the second verse begins. I press a quick kiss to each of their cheeks, leaving a red lipstick mark behind. I am all about marking my boys as mine now.

The chorus begins, and I make my way back up onto the stage. I clip the microphone back onto the stand, then with my hands free, I gesture along with the post-chorus as the song draws to its end. Pointing to my lips, I blow them a kiss. I point to my wrist as if I had a watch before pointing to my two guys. I make a heart with my hands and press it to my heart.

I do that again as it repeats before it ends with me pointing to my guys as I sing, "Dibs."

The room is silent a moment before it erupts in cheers. I laugh and try to catch my breath as Vicy and Taz attack with a dual hug. I'm squished between them but the smile on my face is there to stay when I see Mac and Dean hold up their hands in a heart.

Vicy grabs the mic and calls out, "Lewi, it's your turn!"

He doesn't argue as he makes his way up onto the stage, which surprises me. He presses a kiss to my cheek before his hand presses to my back. "Go sit with Mac." He gives me a wink and goes over to pick a song.

I take Dean's seat next to Mac and hum in satisfaction when Mac leans forward and presses a kiss to my cheek. With his lips next to my ear, he whispers, "Now it's our turn to show you how much we love you, like you just did for us."

My eyes widen as I hear the beat of Pretty Please by Dutch Melrose, and the moment Dean opens his mouth to sing the first verse, my body tingles from his deep voice. Damn why does he have to sound so fucking sexy? Vicy and Taz are singing back up, which quickly makes this song my favorite.

His eyes are dark as he stares directly at me while he sings the pre-chorus, pointing at me when he sings the last line. He moves into the chorus, then the second verse with his wrists crossed in front of the mic. He raises them above his head as he belts out the first line.

I'm not sure if I black out for the rest of the song or am so entranced by his voice and dark eyes that I don't realize it's ended until everyone erupts around me.

Dean smirks my way before announcing, "Your turn, Mac."

Mac chuckles and says, "I'm not sure I can top that performance."

Before I can say anything, he and Dean have switched places. His lips stop next to my ear, and he whispers, "Love you, Ice Princess."

"Love you too, Ghost," I whisper back.

My attention turns to Mac as he starts to sing 24/7 365 by Elijah Woods . I bruise my bottom lip between my teeth as his voice slips over the words. His voice is soft and soothing.

My eyes begin to burn as he sings the verse because this is the sweetest damn song he could have picked. He holds up the number he's singing as he moves onto the chorus.

The rest of the song is a blur as I feel tears slide down my cheeks. How did I get lucky enough to have not only one, but two men love me the way I always craved. The moment the song ends he steps off the stage, making his way to me.

He kneels in front of me with a soft smile and reaches up to brush the stray tears with his thumb. "Je t'aime, Chérie."

I grin as I reply, "Je t'aime, Nounours."

He brushes his lips softly against mine then pulls away just enough to say, "My language passing across your lips is the sexiest thing I've heard."

"Then I'll make sure to practice as much as possible," I say with a laugh.
