I know I said this year would be different, but there was an issue with a project, and I have to stay behind for a couple of months—a year tops. I hope this year is magical.

Are you okay?

My birthday was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. My brothers are on tour, and I'm working with some adorable kids in the music lab. It's research we're conducting during the summer.

As long as you don't miss number twenty-six, it's all good. In case you forgot, that's my golden birthday.
