CIEL
R yan was fast asleep the moment his head hit the pillow. I watched him in peaceful rest for a little while, admiring the way his lashes brushed against the tops of his cheeks and the faint wrinkles at the corners of his eyes. He was both perfect and imperfect in all the right ways, exactly as a human should be.
Though I didn’t experience physical tiredness, I still needed some rest after the spirited evening we’d had together, so I lay down next to Ryan on top of the covers, taking care not to crush my delicate wings.
In his sleep, he nestled against me, tucking his head between my neck and chest. Each soft, warm breath tickled my skin. I stroked the length of his forearm with the backs of my fingers, letting the wing closest to him wrap around his shoulder as a sort of second blanket.
The Librarian was onto something with their matches, even when all the odds seemed stacked against us during that first date. Fate was a magical thing, and love even more magical.
Ryan awoke in the morning long after the sun had risen. He yawned, rubbed his eyes, and sat up slowly, brushing hair out of his face.
“Where am I?” he mumbled, blinking and looking around slowly as his eyes adjusted to the bright light streaming in from the window.
“My house, remember?”
He shot his gaze over toward me, where I was still lying next to him, my head propped up by my hand. “Oh, yeah, I do remember now.” He smiled and fell back into bed, snuggling his body into mine. “That was fun.”
“Was it?” I asked.
“It was some of the best sex I’ve ever had, although I’m still not used to the whole guy-on-guy thing. I suppose that will take some time, won’t it?”
I nodded. “I imagine so. Would you like some breakfast?”
I made to get up, but Ryan pulled me back down. I didn’t have the heart to tell him that human strength was no match for an angel’s supernatural abilities, so I let him draw me close to him again.
“Yes, but not that kind.”
“Have you truly not had your fill of me, even after last night?” I asked, running my fingers through his hair.
“I don’t know if I’ll ever get my fill of you.” He paused, glancing down at my erection, before looking into my eyes again. “I think I’m ready to give my first blowjob.”
I rolled my eyes. “How romantic.”
“No, I mean it.”
“Yes, I know you do.” I couldn’t feign annoyance any longer, and I broke into a smile. “I don’t see why you can’t at least give it a go. It’s a lovely way to start the day, at any rate. But don’t wear yourself out, Ryan. I have much, much more I want to do with you over the next few weeks, and the last thing I need is you losing the strength to go on.”
Ryan waved his hand dismissively at me. “I could do this for days on end. Now, is there anything I should know about angel cock?”
“As opposed to any other cocks, none of which you’ve had before?”
“Fair enough.”
“Just get started, my boy, and you’ll soon realize how naturally it comes to you.”
I was wrong. Ryan did not know what he was doing, and it was made all the more apparent by the awkward, unsure way that he approached it. He’d hardly gotten the head of my cock in his mouth before he began to struggle, so I grabbed his hair and pulled him back up to look at me.
“You’ve gone down on a woman before, haven’t you?”
Ryan wiped with mouth with the back of his wrist. “Of course.”
“Surely it’s not much different, then?”
He laughed. “You’ve only ever had sex with men, haven’t you?”
I held up a singular finger. “One. One demon.”
“Wait, that’s really the only person you’ve ever slept with?”
I nodded. “I lived out my days in Heaven before that, and if you think that the angels of there cavort with each other, then you’re sorely mistaken.”
He shrugged. “I never really thought about it. So, do you want me to go down on you or not?”
I sighed. Really, Ryan and I were learning together, and if I didn’t give him to grace to determine what he was doing, then I wasn’t worth putting up with either. After a moment’s pause, I nodded. “Yes, I would.”
He got to work, taking things painfully slowly. He wasn’t good, but I enjoyed it anyway. It was quite the privilege to be his first, and something about watching him try his very best, even if he knew he wasn’t terribly good yet, was incredibly enticing.
I let him swallow my load, which he took surprisingly well. I was spent after climaxing once, so I lay back down on the bed and patted the empty spot next to me for him to join me.
“Come here, darling,” I told him lazily. “It’s still morning; we deserve to spend a little more time in bed.”
“Thank you for letting me give you head,” he said, falling down next to me. “It was more fun that I expected, although I have a sneaking suspicion that my jaw is going to be pretty sore tomorrow.”
“No doubt it will be,” I agreed. “You humans have a laughably slow recovery rate when it comes to your muscles.”
He bristled. “Well, at least we don’t get kicked off of Earth when we sin.”
“If you’re trying to insult me,” I said evenly, “a slight as weak as that will do nothing. I can assure you that I’ve long since moved past that point in my life. I already told you, I have no regrets over what I did with that incubus.”
“That was a low blow, I’ll admit it. I do like you, Ciel. I like you a lot. I’m just not used to all…this.” He waved his hand at me.
“I know you’re not,” I told him, pulling him closer to me so that I could lay a kiss on his cheek. “That’s what I’m here for. Now, let’s get up and see what we can find for breakfast — a proper one, this time.”
