Darkness surrounds the Maidens, closing in on them in the aftermath of Vinciei’s betrayal. Still reeling from Kami’s death, Sage and the others find themselves in a precarious position. She still needs to fix her soul, but she needs the remaining Maidens to do so.

In turn, they need her help to free their cities from the oppressive rule of the Hands and their leader, Supreme Capricorn.
