1. Donovan
The shower head blasted its powerful jet of hot water down onto Donovan's head, shoulders, and upper body as he washed his weary body.
The bathroom was rapidly filling with thick, hot steam – and Donovan was barely able to make out his naked reflection in the large, floor to ceiling mirror on the wall opposite the shower cubicle.
Donovan took a moment to stretch his long, bulky arms up over his head and toward the ceiling. His body was aching like it had been through a playoff game and he had been battling against the toughest players in the league.
Donovan Pitt might have been one of the most powerful and famously high endurance players on the ice, but that didn't mean that moving into a new place was easy. Far from it, in fact.
As Donovan felt the hot water run down his broad, muscular back and down toward his impressively sculpted and world renowned ass cheeks, he let out a long sigh. It had been a long day. In fact, it had been a long week.
Moving across the country to sign for the Ice Bears was undoubtedly a big move for Donovan. At twenty-eight years old, he knew that this would likely be the period of his career that would define his legacy as a hockey player.
Sure, Donovan had been captain at The Red Dolphins, and the Lynxes before that, and he had picked up a couple of titles too during his time at both teams as a player. But the relentless dominance of the Ice Bears had always left a shadow. In fact, the one time a few seasons ago that Donovan had led The Lynxes to a playoff final victory and championship title was when the Ice Bears were in fact banned from playing for the season.
‘Fucking Ice Bears…' Donovan chuckled, his mind whirring over old memories as he allowed the water to continue to soothe his weary body. ‘If you can't beat them…'
Donovan smiled wryly as he wondered how easy it would be to assimilate into a team full of players who for so long had been his most intense rivals.
Whether it was Jack Steel, Alex Rebrov, Connor Valley or any of the Ice Bears senior stars, Donovan knew that it was far from a guarantee that he would be accepted by them.
And while Donovan wanted nothing more than to be fully bonded with his new teammates, he wasn't going to simply roll over and accept eating humble pie. No, Donovan was determined to impose himself on the Ice Bears just like he had done at the Dolphins and the Lynxes when he signed for them as a young player.
Hockey locker rooms could be tough, relentlessly macho places. But Donovan was up for the challenge. He was always up for the challenge in fact. And if that happened to involve other big, strong hockey players with big shoulders and rock-hard stomachs then that was all the better.
But rather than looking for a love match, Donovan knew that his priorities would need to focus solely on matters on the ice first.
Donovan had worked tirelessly to establish his own reputation on the ice and off it too. Donovan was a natural born leader. And whether it was offering support to a teammate by way of an arm around their shoulder, or by calling out bullshit where he saw it, Donovan wasn't going to be taking a backward step now just because he was joining the league's most successful – not to mention controversial – team.
Donovan reached for the bottle of zingy lime bodywash and squirted a generous dollop onto his palm. But with thoughts of the famously powerful core of players in the Ice Bears locker room on his mind, it wasn't long before Donovan's mind and body began to focus on a different aspect of his new team…
Steel, Trip, Valley.
Three perfect Daddy Doms…
Tough, commanding veteran players…
As Donovan began to work his bodywash covered palm over his long, thick cock, he soon found himself breathing harder under the shower water. The very thought of changing in front of those notoriously dominant senior players was enough to make Donovan fully erect in a matter of seconds.
And the potential for the senior Daddies in the team to decide to haze Donovan and make him perform all manner of submissive acts for their pleasure was something that Donovan had given plenty of thought to over the years.
While Donovan had crushed on teammates in the past, he had never knowingly played on a team with one Daddy Dom, let alone a whole gang of them as was the case with the Ice Bears.
Donovan allowed his imagination to run wild and pictured himself being pushed down onto his knees in the communal shower and made to come face to face with each and every Daddy-dick in the entire squad. And it was the kind of image that made Donovan's powerful quads and hamstrings begin to tighten as his fist began to work faster and faster over the full length of his throbbing meat.
‘Fuck it, just let it happen,' Donovan muttered, by now working his thick slab of rock-hard dick in his hand and bringing himself close to release as he imagined what it would feel like to be stripped, held down, and routinely spanked and made to suck by the Ice Bears posse of resident Daddy Doms…
‘Mmmmph,' Donovan said, breathless as he shot a thick load from his manhood and then watched it disappear down the drainage that ran around the side of the large shower cubicle.
Donovan let out an uncharacteristic giggle as he reveled in the moment of post-orgasmic bliss. Donovan might not have looked anything like a stereotypical Little, but the reality couldn't have been more different.
For all his imposing six feet and three inch frame, Donovan was every bit as much of a Little as anyone who had ever set foot for a kinky playtime in the Paddle Palace or grabbed a bottle of warm milk at Met Milkshakes ahead of a naptime in their special Little bedroom.
Donovan had always struggled with his identity. Or rather – he had struggled to open up and let people know precisely who he was. Sure, when it came to hockey matters, Donovan was all about being the most dominant and commanding player he possibly could be. But hockey could be a very traditional sport, and The Red Dolphins weren't exactly known as being a particularly progressive franchise.
The effect of this had been that Donovan had kept his true self more or less a secret for the entirety of his career. A couple of players knew that Donovan was a Little, including Joshua – once a Lynxes player and Little, who was now happily settled at the Ice Bears and would be a great help for Donovan in the coming weeks.
But even when Donovan had slipped off the radar during off seasons over the years and tried out a few kink and Little clubs in other cities, he had been rejected on more than one occasions by so-called Daddies who didn't want to deal with a Little who was as big as – if not significantly bigger – than them.
Donovan never expected every Daddy to fall at his feet and want him, but it had become hard to handle the constant rejections simply because he didn't fit the exact archetype of a slender, young, and more obviously submissive boy.
‘Okay, time to get my ass ready,' Donovan said, breaking himself out of his thoughts and stepping out of the shower and reaching for the large, extra-thick white towel that was hanging on the peg near the bathroom door.
While Donovan might have enjoyed a nap with his cherished stuffie, Cap the capybara, he knew that he had plans – and people to meet.
Living uptown meant that Donovan was perfectly situated for one place that he had been keen to go to ever since he arrived in the city. It was time to meet Joshua and some of the other Littles on the team – and if it happened to involve a certain extra-creamy milkshake from Met Milkshakes, then that was all the better!
As he strode into Met Milkshakes, the sight and sound of people happily slurping their milkshakes and tucking into sprinkle-covered donuts was enough to make Donovan consider quitting hockey for a life of baking-based simplicity.
Damn, I love it here already.
And with preseason training a week away, I might just treat myself too.
But where's Joshua?
As he made his way toward the serving counter, Donovan looked around and tried to locate Joshua, or one of the other Ice Bears' contingent of Littles who were due to be there.
With its brightly colored pastel walls and supreme attention to detail on the milkshake and candy themed décor, Met Milkshakes was every bit as fantastic as Donovan had heard about ever since Joshua had left the Lynxes to sign for the Ice Bears.
However arriving on his own to a specialty Little café was making Donovan feel a touch anxious. Without realizing it was creeping up on him, Donovan suddenly felt very self-conscious and worried that some of the customers might think he had gotten lost or mistakenly entered the wrong kind of café.
Standing at well over six feet and having a body that looked like it was carved from the grandest oak tree meant that Donovan always stood out. And the fact that nearly everyone in the café was a Little made him stand out even more.
Okay, stay calm.
This is no big deal.
Joshua will be here any moment…
Donovan took a deep breath and walked over toward the service counter. With his backpack full of Little accessories and of course his favorite baby-blue romper, Donovan was itching to meet up with Joshua and getting his butt into one of the private playrooms at the rear of the café. But all that would have to wait.
‘Hey there, what can I get you?' the man behind the counter said, a wholesome smile on his face. ‘My name's Silas.'
‘Hey, Silas,' Donovan replied, blushing slightly and wondering whether he should introduce himself. After all, his signing for the Ice Bears had caused quite a stir in the hockey world, and there was every chance that the man opposite him knew who he was. ‘My name's-'
‘It's okay, I know who you are, Donovan,' Silas replied, his warm voice and kind eyes helping to put Donovan at ease. ‘Me and my boy Harry are big Ice Bears fans. It's a pleasure to have your custom. How about a shake while you wait?'
‘Oh, yeah, thank you so much,' Donovan said, quickly doing the math and figuring that Silas was the Daddy who Joshua had referred to when he was messaging about Met Milkshakes a few months ago. ‘Great place you have, by the way.'
‘Why thank you,' Silas replied, busying himself with a big dollop of ice cream. ‘And hopefully the shake hits the spot and we see you coming back for more.'
Donovan smiled shyly and wondered whether Silas knew he was a Little.
But before Donovan could figure anything out, he felt a hand on his shoulder. And almost immediately, Donovan realized that it wasn't the hand of his friend and fellow Ice Bear Joshua. No, it was someone altogether different indeed…
‘Mr. Doni,' Donovan said, presenting an air of calm when inside his heart was thumping hard and his mind was making all kind of calculations.
‘Call me, Danilo. Joshua sends his apologies,' Danilo replied. ‘Now, come. Let's find a booth and get down to business.'
Without missing a beat, Donovan nodded and walked with Danilo over toward a booth in the corner of the café. Danilo Doni had not long taken over as the CEO of the Ice Bears and Donovan knew that he was an impressive leader with a will of iron. Coming from the infamous Doni family and rising to such heights within their ranks was no mean feat, and Donovan knew that he would need to be as focused and respectful as he possibly could – after all, the last thing he wanted was to make a bad first impression with the man who would hold such a key role in his future career.
‘I was… just meeting a teammate here,' Donovan said as he took a seat. ‘It's an interesting place, by the looks of things.'
‘Don't worry, I know all about Daddies and Littles,' Danilo replied, a smile on his face. ‘I come here with my boy, Reece, in fact. So you can relax on that front. And I know that you're a Little too. So don't worry about that either.'
Danilo let out a hint of a smile and nodded.
Donovan returned the smile but still wanted to keep his cards close to his chest. After all, the Doni family were a mafia family with the kind of fearsome reputation for murder, mayhem, and taking absolutely no prisoners. For all Donovan knew, this could even be a ruse to get him to reveal details about his personal life or implicate himself in a way that might affect his contract.
‘So…' Donovan said, sitting up straight and doing his best to maintain eye contact with Danilo. ‘What's this about?'
‘Ah, yes, the famous Donovan Pitt directness,' Danilo said. ‘It'll come in very handy in the locker room soon enough. But not just yet…'
‘Preseason starts in a week,' Donovan replied, immediately sensing that something was up.
‘For last season's squad, yes,' Danilo replied, smiling as he accepted an espresso from Silas. ‘But for you and the other two new signing? Not quite.'
Donovan didn't blink.
He knew that Danilo was about to drop a bombshell on him, and it was only a question of what that bombshell would be…
