JOSIE

Two weeks later …

" J ust pose right there."

"Like this?" Landon asked as he crossed his arms, standing awkwardly in front of his office door. He looked so uncomfortable, and I was trying my best not to laugh. It was obvious he wasn't a big fan of being in front of the camera.

"Maybe widen your stance a little and loosen your shoulders so you don't look too tense," I suggested.

We were currently at the hockey rink Landon owned, Hockey Haven . A while ago, Wyatt told me how much this place meant to Landon and the kids he taught, so I came up with an idea that could help the rink and give kids a fun experience. It had taken a bit of convincing—well a lot of convincing, to get Landon to agree to do it. Especially after he learned it would be featured in Fusion Weekly.

I didn't want to brag but being in the magazine had helped a lot of business around here. I'd seen businesses bounce back after their place was featured. The publicity helped so much. And I just knew as soon as the article came out, this place will be flooded with kids and their parents. The fact that he happened to be the brother of Wyatt Boone was just an added bonus.

"Like this?" Landon fixed his stance, looking much better. With a nod, I brought my camera to my eye and snapped a few pictures, trying out different angles. I could tell how uncomfortable he was, so I tried to make it quick. I only needed a few more pictures of him near the ice and he'd be good to go.

"Just a couple more, then you're done, I promise." I sent him an encouraging smile.

"Do you think this will help?" he asked as we walked towards the ice rink, filled with the sounds of skates on the ice as kids talked loudly, brimming with excitement.

"I think so. The pictures will help people see what the place is like and having a written interview about you shows people who you are. And people are always looking for a place to ice skate and this is the perfect place. You could even do a weekly event where people can skate with music and what not."

"That's actually not a bad idea," Landon nodded. I hid my smile. I could tell this place was his baby and he liked to do things his way. But maybe he could be open to suggestions after all.

Stopping beside the skating rink, I instantly looked for one person. It didn't take long to see Wyatt surrounded by a bunch of little kids in skates. From here, I could hear the kids asking him question after question, talking in loud, excited voices.

"The kids love him. They always ask when he's coming to play with them," Landon said as he watched me watch Wyatt with the kids.

"He's cute with them." Seeing my boyfriend interact with the kids was enough to make my knees weak. Guys who were good with kids were incredibly attractive.

"About once a month we do a thing where all the kids can come and do a little scrimmage against Wyatt, Trevor and Bryton. Some of the other players come too, but those three always show up."

I hadn't known that.

The fact that not just Wyatt came every month to play with the kids was incredible. Just another reason to make me fall more in love with him.

I could tell that my window of cooperation with Landon was rapidly closing, so I directed Landon over to the side of the rink. Directing him in different positions, I quickly snapped the last of the images I needed.

For someone who hated being in front of the camera, Landon did well. He listened to my directions and moved where I wanted him to without complaining. As far as pictures go, he was by far one of my easiest clients. I'd had my fair share of horrible people wanting to tell me how to do my job.

"I think I got it," I finally said, clicking through the pictures on my camera and liking how they'd come out so far. "I just need one of you with the kids and Wyatt then you are done."

"Yo Wy!" Landon shouted across the ice to his brother. Wyatt's head snapped in our direction as Landon waved him over.

I grinned as Wyatt led the group of little kids towards me, their little legs trying hard to keep up with Wyatt's long ones.

As he neared, I sucked my bottom lip between my teeth. Clad in a pair of joggers and a Toronto Knights sweatshirt he looked delicious. My eyes raked up and down my boyfriend's form.

And to think he's all mine.

The number of dirty thoughts running through my head should probably be illegal, especially considering little kids were standing in front of me.

"You guys ready for us?" Wyatt asked, his eyes fleeting over to me. Looking me up and down like I just did to him. The heat in his stare had me wishing we were alone.

Ever since we'd said ‘I love you' to each other, we'd barely left each other's side. The only time we did was to go to work, practice and his games. Even when we hung out with our friends, we were always holding hands, pressed against each other. I literally couldn't get enough of him.

It's been two weeks since the incident with the article. After Wyatt apologized, we both agreed that we didn't want to hide our relationship. People were going to talk anyway, so let them. I was in love with a hot hockey player and if it pissed people off then so what.

We'd had a few run-ins with the paparazzi, but thankfully they weren't as pushy after Wyatt posted a picture of us on his Instagram. It was weird having people with big cameras following you, but I knew I'd eventually get used to it.

Realizing they were all staring at me, I quickly cast my thoughts aside, my cheeks turning pink. Getting caught checking out your boyfriend was one thing but being caught by a whole group of kids was another.

"Uh yeah, let's get you guys in position," I said, ignoring Wyatt's smirk.

With the help of Landon and Wyatt we managed to wrangle all the kids on the ice. Trying to get all fifteen kids in position with all their gear on was a little bit of a hassle, especially with them all trying to stay upright with the weight of the gear.

I cautiously moved around the ice in my shoes as I took pictures. Judging from the wide gins and excited expressions on the kids' faces, this was the best day ever.

Making sure Wyatt and Landon stood in the back with the kids surrounding them, I snapped as many pictures as I could. I knew with kids the amount of time to get a good picture was very limited.

I was proven right when not even five minutes later, the kids started fussing. Most shifting on their feet or messing with their hockey gear. The fact that all fifteen 7-year-olds managed to last this long was amazing.

"All done!" I sent them all a grin. "Good job guys, looking like models already." The kids let out a collective cheer before skating off with each other, talking animatedly.

"That's it?" Landon questioned, walking over to me. The fact he easily walked across the ice without falling had me slightly jealous.

"Yep. I'll add the finishing touches to the article this week and it should be in the following issue." I had pushed for this piece to be in the next issue even if it was cutting it close with our deadline. Aside from the fact that Landon needed this more than he let on, I knew putting it in next month's issue would be the perfect time. Christmas was just around the corner and people would love to come ice skating.

"Oh good." Landon looked unsure of what to say next, making me smile. "Thank you, Josie."

"No problem, really." And I meant it. This was my job and if it helped his business then I was all for it. Plus, the two of us have started to like one another. He will always be Wyatt's grumpy-ass older brother, but he wasn't a bad guy.

"I better go make sure the kids don't hurt themselves." With a nod he walked across the ice towards the kids skating around. As soon as he left Wyatt skated up to me. He already towered over me but with his skates I had to crane my neck back to see his face.

"Did you know you look sexy taking pictures?"

I arched an eyebrow at his words as he placed his hands on my hips. "You are so weird."

"Yep, but you love me."

I playfully scrunched my nose up. "Unfortunately, I do."

Wyatt tickled my sides, making me laugh and squirm in his hold.

"You don't have plans for tonight, right?" I shook my head at his question.

"I'm taking you out tonight," he declared.

"Oh? Where to?" The idea of going out made me excited. It had been a little bit since we went out to eat, mostly spending time at his place or mine.

"That's a surprise." Wyatt placed a soft kiss to the tip of my nose. "I'll pick you up at your apartment around 6?"

"That works perfectly."

Gives me enough time to get home from work and get changed.

"Wyatt!" Landon yelled down the ice, breaking our little moment up. Wyatt looked like he wanted to throttle his brother for interrupting us.

"I better get back to work anyways. Get these pictures uploaded," I gestured to my camera around my neck.

"Fine," he huffed. He went to kiss me, but I quickly placed a peck on his lips before pulling away. We were standing there in front of kids—it was definitely not the right time for a make out session.

"I'll see you later," I grinned at the cute little pout on his face.

"I love you," he called after me.

"I love you too."

Gripping Wyatt's hand tightly, I ignored the flash as camera's clicked around us. Wyatt's big body helped block me from some of it as we slipped through the doors of the restaurant.

Ironically, it was the same fancy restaurant we'd left a few weeks ago. However, this time we were led to a table in the far back and I didn't feel so out of place. I don't know if it was because I'd finally accepted this was my new life, or because I was finally comfortable, but I didn't so much as glance at the people staring at us.

Wyatt pulled out my seat, kissing my cheek before sitting beside me. He purposely moved his chair closer, so his thigh touched mine under the tablecloth. Our table was tucked away in a back corner, cut off from the view of the other patrons.

Unlike last time we were here, we ordered a bottle of wine and food before settling into our seats. I looked at the man next to me, smiling softly that he'd made the effort to bring me here tonight.

Who knew Wyatt Boone was such a romantic.

Wanting to be one of those cheesy couples, I grabbed my phone and lifted it up. I'd yet to post a picture of Wyatt and I on my social media and I was about to change that. Over the last few weeks, I'd steered clear of social media and all the comments that came with the sudden influx of followers I'd gotten. It was about time I posted a cute picture of me and my boyfriend for everyone to see.

Plus, looking this good, I couldn't pass up the chance to take pictures with my man. Wyatt didn't hesitate, leaning into me with a smile. Each picture I took was different, like we were in our own, private photo booth. One we smiled at the camera, the next Wyatt kissed my cheek, then I kissed his. My favorite was Wyatt playfully pretending to bite me as I laughed, the moment perfectly captured.

Wyatt watched as I posted the picture with ‘Date night' and a heart emoji. I smiled at the picture, happy to show everyone that I was proud to call him mine.

"You look sexy in that picture," Wyatt murmured in my ear before kissing the side of my neck, sending a shiver along my spine.

"I'm not the one that looks like a model," I replied.

"Who cares what I look like, babe. You in this dress makes me want to take you right here, regardless of who can see," he whispered huskily as he continued planting kisses along my neck. He knew the sensitive spot made my toes curl. The thought of him taking me right there sent a wave of desire coursing through me.

"And I bet your panties are soaked right now."

I had to suck on my lip so I wouldn't make a sound as I felt his hand on my thigh, slowly pushing up the fabric of my dress. As Wyatt slid his hand up my dress and I quickly looked around, making sure no one could see as he touched my already soaked core. A small gasp left my lips as he ran the pad of his finger across my lace underwear and my legs spread on their own as he continued rubbing me.

"Already so wet and I've hardly touched you, baby." His breath fanned against my neck as he whispered, and I swallowed the moan that threatened to escape at his dirty words. With deft fingers, he pushed the fabric of my underwear to the side and touched my bare pussy.

I gripped the edge of the table, my eyes wanting to shut but I forced them open as he slid the tip of his finger inside of me. The fact that we could get caught at any moment had me clenching around his finger.

"Here is your wine," the waiter said as he silently appeared at the table, placing our glasses of wine and the bottle. My eyes were so wide as Wyatt kept his finger moving in and out of me under the table. The tablecloth hid everything he was doing yet I felt like the waiter could tell. Glancing over at Wyatt, he didn't seem fazed as he lifted the wine glass to his lips and took a sip before nodding his approval to the waiter.

Wyatt moved his fingers faster as the waiter patiently waited for me to taste mine. It took everything I had to still my shaking hand long enough to raise my glass and take a sip. It barely touched my tongue before I was nodding, wanting the waiter to disappear.

Wyatt had another thing in mind.

"Good baby?" He had the nerve to ask as he finger fucked my pussy under the table, the waiter cluelessly hovering. I tried to nod, but Wyatt chose that moment to curl his fingers, bringing his thumb to my clit.

"Really good." I could hear the tremble in my voice and focused my gaze on my wine glass, unable to bring myself to look at the waiter.

Satisfied, Wyatt dismissed the waiter as the last of my resolve disintegrated.

"Wyatt," I moaned under my breath as I gripped the table once more. Spreading my legs wider, I tilted my hips to give his fingers better access.

"Shh…don't want anyone to hear," he chided, but I could hear the amusement in his tone.

For the next few minutes Wyatt teased me incessantly, bringing me right to the edge only to pull back and slow down. I was completely at his mercy as he made me moan and whimper, my body pushing against him, wanting more. To say I was grateful that our table was tucked in the back was an understatement.

"Our food is coming, you'd better come before it does," he growled in my ear. His fingers picked up the pace, fucking me faster and harder. I bit my lip so hard that I tasted blood, but I barely noticed as my hips bucked and my legs trembled as I drew closer to coming.

"Wyatt." I gasped.

"That's it. Come for me, baby."

The pressure of his fingers tipped me over the edge and my whole body shook as I leaned to the side, burying my face against Wyatt's chest as I tried to stifle my moans.

After a moment, Wyatt removed his fingers from me, as I sat there breathing heavily. I already wanted his hands back on me, ravenous for something other than food. Seeing the waiter approaching, I quickly straightened and smoothed down my hair.

"Here you are." The waiter placed our dinner before us, smiling before walking away.

I can't believe I just let Wyatt finger me under the table at a restaurant…and that I liked it.

I looked over at my boyfriend, my head finally clearing, as he smirked at me. Without a word, he raised his hand, his eyes locked on mine as he brought his fingers to his lips.Just when I thought I couldn't get any more turned on, Wyatt licked his fingers clean, one by one.

Oh fuck.

"I can't wait for dessert," he grinned, nonchalantly turning his attention to his food. I sat there, stunned, knowing full well I was the dessert.

And I couldn't wait.
