28. Chapter 28
Chapter twenty-eight
Epilogue - A year later
PAVAL
I ride the elevator to the penthouse the three of us decided to rent, my fathers telling me time and time again that money would be spent better buying a property. It might be, but the three of us have moved two times in the last six months, still trying to figure out what works best. As of now, the private elevator and entrance to our newest place have given us the luxury we've been seeking.
Mostly because a lawyer, a security consultant, and a local fighter in one relationship spark enough conversation as it is. Tia nearly lost her job when her kiss with Cairo went viral, one of the partners at her firm believing that he was bringing down their image. After they learned who Cairo was, however, they suddenly wanted to invite him to lunch so that he'd hire them as their legal counsel.
It didn't happen.
I step inside the apartment, chuckling as the smell of a fresh roast hits me in the face. None of us are experts at cooking but I know that aroma anywhere. Which means that my fathers dropped off dinner because they always think we're going to starve.
Cairo peeks his head out of the kitchen, holding a spatula, a stupid grin on his face. "Was wondering when you'd get home. I was starting to get cold." A frown takes over my face as I glance over at the thermostat. It's nearly 70 degrees in here.
"How could you be—oh."
He steps out into the main area, holding his hands in front of him. He's dressed in one of Tia's favorite aprons, a frilly pink and white trim down the front. When that grin splits into a wide smile, his brows wiggling, I take in the rest of him—or rather the fact that nothing is clothed. My breathing quickens as he approaches, Cairo reaching behind him to slowly undo the apron.
"Rhys brought over some roast and potatoes, the little red ones you like, this morning. Said that we needed to celebrate our anniversary." Once again, I'm confused, Cairo laughing as the apron drops to the ground. I suddenly can't breathe, staring at the man I've fallen in love with over the last year. He presses his hands to my chest when he's close enough. "It's been one year to the day since you asked us to be yours. Not just to hang out or to kiss me but to be yours and for you to be ours. "
"Mmm, I really like kissing you," I purr against his lips before stealing a kiss.
"I was hoping we would be doing more than kissing , Paval."
His eyes are dancing with mischief, Cairo backing away and then turning around, giving me a full view of that tight ass. Working out every day to stay in shape has done wonders for him and when he puts a little more oomph into the way he's swaying his hips, I lose control. Cairo laughs as I move toward him, casing him in against the wall, grinding my hips against his.
My cock thickens, feeling the seam of his ass, the only thing between us being the fabric of my suit pants. They're restrictive at best and currently in the way as I growl into his ear before nibbling at the lobe. "Is this what you wanted, Cairo? Do you need me to take you apart as I fuck you into the mattress?" A sound from the kitchen steals my attention, horror suddenly taking over my rational thought.
I back away from Cairo, running through every possible reason for that sound. Rhys wouldn't be here. Cairo mentioned the food was dropped off this morning but we all suck at using an oven so the food warming up is a clue that someone else is in this house. I swallow nervously, walking toward the entrance of the kitchen, Tia's giggles adding to the confusion.
Until I see her dressed in her very own apron, nothing underneath. Unlike Cairo, her apron is folded at the waist, showing off my favorite part of her, her skin flushed from the heat of the oven. She's holding the roast, thick mitts on her hands, her attention focused on placing the pot on the island.
"I don't… why—"
Tia sighs, frustrated but that isn't anything new. "Babe, we wanted to celebrate a little bit and your meetings ran over. We got bored, decided to cook naked. Well, heat up dinner naked and then have our way with you when you got here. Perfect timing too. We have half an hour."
Cairo pops up behind me, squeezing my ass. He starts undressing me, starting with my belt and pushing down my pants and then my briefs. I'm already hard, Cairo slowly stroking me before dropping to his knees and swallowing me whole. An undignified sound falls from my lips as I sift my fingers into his hair, watching Tia return the dish to the oven after a few pokes.
Then she saunters over to me, yelping when I drag her into a heavy kiss and stuff my tongue into her mouth. "Happy anniversary," I whisper against her lips. She sighs into my mouth, melting in my hold as my kisses travel down her jaw and then to her neck before I dip lower and suck one of those luscious tits between my lips. She gasps, holding onto me as Cairo ups his efforts, my hips starting to pump forward to find my release.
A year ago, I was only focused on making sure that Tia was safe.
Now, I can't imagine a life without either of these two.
Heat builds in my lower belly as I nibble on Tia's nipple, lightly tugging it between my teeth as my body jerks and I spill down Cairo's throat. He pulls back, licking his lips, Tia trembling with the need for release. I know they said this night was for me but it needs to be for the three of us.
I step back and shed my suit jacket, gently undoing the buttons on my shirt afterward. "Tia, you said we had 30 minutes?" She nods, her lips parted as she waits for me to direct this moment. "Then I need both of you in that bedroom, now. "
I don't think I've ever seen either one of them move that fast as I set a timer and stalk down the hallway. As far as happy endings go, this is a pretty good one.
