18. Chapter 17
CHAPTER 17
COLTON
J ustin's shoulder brushed mine as we walked down the bustling Minneapolis airport. Compared to Cincinnati's, this place was huge. A tram ran next to us but we had elected to walk. Out of the corner of my eyes I caught the smirk playing on Justin's face and I rolled my eyes and nudged him. "You look like the cat got the cream."
"That's because I did," Justin always had a quick wit but last night seemed to unlock his dirty mouth too. The earliest flight from Cincinnati to Minneapolis was early so we elected to drive up the night before and spend the night at the hotel near the airport. And what a night… memories flashed to my mind and I could feel heat rise on my cheeks.
I rolled my eyes again and Justin laughed. Our shoulders continued to brush as we made our way out of the airport. I looped my arm around Justin's waist. He tensed at first, not used to the contact but relaxed quickly. I still couldn't believe we were here. Not just in Minneapolis but here together. And it was all thanks to Riley. Now we just had to convince her that being together with us was worth it. She didn't seem entirely opposed to the idea but it was a big jump from idea to reality. I just hoped we could convince her it would be worth the leap.
According to the address I found online, Riley's office was thirty-five minutes away from the airport. I didn't think Riley would be upset to see us but Justin suggested we get a car so she didn't feel guilty about driving us around on the off chance I was wrong. I didn't think that was the case though. I remembered the look of cautious hope on Riley's face when I told her that this wasn't over between us and the pretty blush that danced on her cheeks when she admitted Justin was attractive. It wasn't going to be easy, no relationship was, but it would be worth it.
Forty-five minutes later, we were pulling into a parking lot for "Benton Offices." The banner outside the elevators boasted several different size offices and co-working spaces available for rent. It was a neat idea and definitely something we didn't have in Oakville. We rode the elevator to the third floor and exited into an empty lobby. A sign on the wall listed the businesses on the floor along with helpful arrows pointing which way to go. Justin squeezed my hand briefly as we turned the corner.
Riley's office door was brightly decorated with posters of her books plastered over the windows. I recognized the titles of her best selling series, Meira Quinn, on a few of them. Above the posters, I could see the lights on inside. Good, she was here. I suppose if she wasn't, I could always text her but I wanted to surprise her. It wasn't just to see the look on her face but also to show her she was worth the effort. I had a feeling that Riley hadn't had a lot of people in her life that treated her like the goddess she was and I was determined to change that.
Justin knocked on the door and a male voice called, "Come in."
Justin pushed the door open to a large office space about twenty feet wide and forty feet deep. The front part held two desks sitting opposite of each other while the back half of the room was filled with shelves holding stacks of books. A large table was shoved against the back left wall and covered with shipping materials and boxes.
Only one of the desks was occupied by a man who appeared to be in his late twenties. This must be Ryan, Riley's best friend and assistant. He was sharply dressed in a pale pink dress shirt with teal suspenders connected to gray checked pants. A slow grin spread across his face at our entrance. "Well, hello there," he purred. "How may I help you fine gentlemen?"
"Are you Ryan?" I asked. "I'm Colton and this is Justin. We're looking for Riley."
Ryan's eyes widened. "Wait, you're Kentucky Colton?"
I laughed. "I am."
He looked me up and down and then looked Justin up and down almost as an afterthought. "Well, damn, Riley, you lovable idiot," he muttered almost to himself. Did Riley share what had gone down on Sunday? Ryan's words indicated he had some idea.
Some of his smile dropped away as he eyed us. "Does Riley know you're coming?"
"No, we wanted to surprise her," I said, looking around the room.
"Mmmhmm," Ryan hummed. "And what are your intentions with my best friend? It's very clear that you two are a couple," he waved a hand between Justin and I and we shared a look. Other than Justin standing close to me, there was no way Ryan puzzled that out unless Riley told him.
Ryan laughed at our look. "Darlings, look at me. I knew it the second you walked in. Riley's been suspiciously quiet about how things are going but when she sat over there in a daze all yesterday, I started piecing things together. So I'll ask again. What are your intentions with my best friend? "
"To treat her like the treasure she is," I said simply. And it was true. "She's amazing and I want to keep learning and building a life together.".
"And what about you, Tall, Dark, and Silent?" Ryan eyed Justin suspiciously. "You've been awfully quiet over there."
"I don't know Riley as well as Colton does," Justin said, "But I know she's brilliant and funny and selfless. And I want to get to know her better."
"And what about this?" Ryan waved his hand between us. "What are you doing about this?"
"Justin's my boyfriend," I said with a smile. Fuck it felt good to say that.. "And if Riley agrees, she'll be our girlfriend."
Ryan's stern expression melted into a wide grin. "Right answer, Kentucky boys."
Justin chuckled next to me at the nickname but I just smiled. "Well, your girlfriend isn't here right now. I sent her to Unity Coffee about an hour ago because her moping was ruining my productivity vibe. I have a feeling you can get her out of her funk though. It's just around the corner, make a left out of the building and it's across the street. She sits in a booth in the back."
"Thanks, Ryan," I said as we headed out the door.
"Thank me with details later," he called out as the door closed.
Justin laughed. "I like him."
"He's a good friend to Riley." I agreed. "I have a feeling she hasn't had many of those."
We found Unity Coffee quickly, the brightly colored blue and yellow sign easily visible from across the street. I pushed open the door to the shop, Justin on my heels. Excitement rose inside of me of how close we were. I wasn't under any delusions that this was going to be easy but it was worth it. Riley was worth it. Justin was worth it. The only possible obstacle was Riley's tendency to self-sacrifice. She didn't seem entirely opposed to the idea but few people got to grow up with parents like I did, that taught me love was love and it came in all forms and sizes .
I let my eyes adjust to the dim lighting of the coffee shop. "Hey, welcome in!" One of the two baristas working waved at us. "What can I get started for you?" His name tag said Malachi and the barista standing next to him said Carson. They both wore friendly smiles that matched the vibes of the place and I could see why Riley liked coming here.
"Two black coffees and a hot chocolate, please." Justin said, pulling out his wallet. My eyebrows lifted as I realized Justin remembered that Riley didn't drink caffeine after 2pm.
"Coming right up!"
As we waited, I scanned the shop. Most of the seats were empty and I didn't see Riley's curly hair anywhere. But there was a hallway past the counter with a "More seating" sign hanging above it so that must be where the booth in the back that Ryan had been talking about was.
"Here you go," Carson said with a smile as she handed us our drinks. "Two black coffees and a hot chocolate."
I grabbed one of the coffees and the hot chocolate while Justin snagged the other one. The short hallway opened up into a small room with booths on either side and soft lighting from several lamps. Artwork dotted the wall and it reminded me of Brewed Awakenings in Oakville. Riley was sitting in one of the booths on the right by the windows. Her headphones were in and she didn't look up until we slid into the seat opposite of her.
She blinked at us for a moment, recognition dawning and she yanked out her headphones.
"What are you doing here?" She sputtered.
Justin nudged the hot chocolate across the table towards her. "Here, we got you a hot chocolate."
She took it cautiously, still eyeing us with questions in her eyes.
"I talked to Justin like you said and we realized a few things."
Her eyes filled with equal parts cautious hope and trepidation. "Really?" Her voice cracked and she took a sip of her drink to hide it. "And what did you realize? "
I looked at Justin and dipped my head at him. Riley looked at Justin, hope and fear warring in her pretty blue eyes. "That we want you to be ours," Justin said softly. "If you want to, that is," he said quickly, his insecurity shining through his words.
Riley's eyes widened and she looked back and forth between us. "Wait, what?" It was clear she didn't expect that.
I covered one of her hands with mine. "We want you to be ours. Our girlfriend."
"Ours?" she parrotted back at me and I smiled softly at her confusion.
"Yes, ours. You were right. I do want Justin. But I want you too." Riley's eyes are still wide as she processes everything. "I know it's unconventional," I started. "But I can't imagine my life without you two in it."
Riley looked at Justin. "And you're okay with this?" She checked in with him and my heart warmed. Both of them were so careful with each other that I just knew this was going to work.
"I am." Justin nodded. "I'm not going to lie, I don't think I'm good at this relationship thing but Colton seems determined to prove me wrong and I kind of want to let him." He winked at her. "He's very sexy when he's determined."
Riley laughed and Justin's eyes softened. "I want to try," he said. "Truthfully, you captivated me from the moment we met but you were always Colton's and I tried to keep both you and him at arm's length cause it was easier."
"I understand a thing or two about that," Riley admitted. She paused. "Unconventional is perfect because normal is boring."
Hope rose. "Are you saying…?" I trailed off. I didn't want to jinx it but maybe Riley had been doing some thinking of her own.
She laughed but there was an edge to it. As if she couldn't decide if she was excited or terrified. "I'm saying yes. I want to be yours. I want to try." Pride swelled in me at her bravery. Determination rose quickly after. I wouldn't let her or Justin's bravery be in vain. This was going to work .
I leaned across the booth and cupped the back of her head, pulling her forward for a quick kiss. "Thank you," I murmured against her lips.
She smiled tentatively and Justin extended his hand across the table. She placed hers in his and he squeezed it but didn't say anything.
"So what's next?" She asked. "How long are you here for?"
"We didn't buy a return ticket," Justin told her. "We weren't going to give up until we convinced you."
Her mouth dropped open briefly before she recovered. "Oh, okay," she stammered and it only reinforced my thoughts that she hadn't had very many people put effort into treasuring her like she deserved.
"Do you have to write?" I asked her. "We can keep you company."
Riley laughed and looked at her computer. "I mean I do but my brain isn't cooperating. Taking one day off won't kill me and you all must be tired from the flight." She hesitated and Justin squeezed her hand reassuringly. "Maybe we could go back to my place and order takeout and talk? Communication is important right?"
She looked at me and I smiled. "It is. And that sounds perfect."
Justin nodded next to me and released Riley's hand so she could pack up her laptop. When she was done, I took the bag from her as I slid out of the booth. Justin and Riley stood at the same time and my breath caught when Justin placed a hand on Riley's hip and drew her close to him. With his other hand, he tipped her chin up to look at him and lowered his head.
"May I kiss you?" He asked, like the gentleman I knew he wasn't.
Riley nodded, speechless and Justin lowered his lips to hers. A soft moan escaped Riley's lips but Justin kept the kiss soft and sweet. A lightness filled my chest even as my cock swelled in my jeans. This was everything I had ever wanted. Justin ended the kiss and Riley blinked at him like she was in a daze. He smiled softly at her and placed a kiss on her forehead. He guided her out of the coffee shop with one hand on her lower back and I walked behind him. We all squinted when we stepped out of the coffee shop into the bright sunshine.
"Do you need to go back to your office?" I asked.
Riley nodded. "I need to grab my stuff and check in with Ryan. He's shipping some orders today and sorting packages."
When we walked into her office space, Ryan let out an undignified squeak when he saw Justin's hand in Riley's. Riley shook her head at him but there was a smile on her lips. She let go of Justin's hand and crossed to her desk, grabbing a backpack from behind it and scooping up her keys from the bowl on the corner of her desk. "Don't worry, we're not staying. We're going to get dinner at my place." She told Ryan.
"You better not be," Ryan shot back. "Go. Enjoy. Do everything I would do."
Riley shook her head at him but smiled. "Is there anything you need from me before I go? I'll have my phone on."
Ryan shook his head. "I'm almost done. I'll drop the special editions off at the post office tomorrow morning."
"Anything interesting in the mail?"
"Nope. Just a box or two of newspaper clippings. I'll sort them like the others."
"Do you often get boxes like that?" Justin asked, his brow furrowed.
"Sometimes. My fans will sometimes send things in for inspiration and I usually credit in the acknowledgements if I use anything."
"That's really neat actually," Justin squeezed her hand.
Riley shrugged, a blush tinging her cheeks. Ryan watched her carefully but there was a small smile on his face like he approved.
"I'll take care of all of it." Ryan said, "Now get out of here and go get a taste of Kentucky,"
"Ryan!" Riley scolded but Ryan just waggled his eyebrows at her and Justin let out a short laugh. Seemed like Ryan was all on board.
Riley rolled her eyes but gave him a short wave as she headed towards us. Justin tugged the backpack off her shoulder when she reached the door and pressed a finger to her lips when she went to protest. A flare of heat flashed in Riley's eyes even as her eyes narrowed at him.
"I can carry my own bags," she looked between Justin and I.
"I know. But why should you have to when we're around?"
Riley didn't look like she had an answer so I guided her out the door with a hand on her back. We followed Riley's car through the streets of Minneapolis until she pulled into a parking garage with condo units built above it. I had seen parts of her condo during our video chats but it looked emptier in person. It had a modern loft style with concrete floors and black and white furnishings. It didn't seem like Riley at all but I could see little hints of her personality in the rugs she chose and the pictures on the walls. Without those small touches, It almost seemed like she bought it for someone else. Or to be someone else.
"I bought it furnished," Riley said as she showed us around. The kitchen with its white cabinets was on the left side of the room and an island with three bar stools stood between that and the living room space. A L-shaped black couch sat in front of a TV that looked like it collected dust. I remembered Riley saying she didn't watch much TV. At the back of the room, there were two closed doors that must be the bathroom and bedroom. "I keep meaning to decorate it but there never seems to be the time."
"I understand that," Justin said looking around. "If it wasn't for Momma A then I think both of our places would look like straight up bachelor pads."
Riley smiled and relaxed. "I haven't had a chance to go grocery shopping yet since I got back. But there are several good takeout places in the area that deliver."
After a quick discussion, we settled on a local Indian place and settled on the couch with a superhero movie playing on the TV. Once empty takeout containers littered the coffee table, we fell backwards onto the couch. I sat in the middle with Riley cuddled up on one side, leaning against my chest and Justin's head in my lap. I watched as Riley tentatively ran her fingers through Justin's hair. When he shifted closer, her movements got more confident until Justin was practically purring in my lap.
"So how is this going to work?" Riley asked softly like she didn't want to break the spell.
"Well," I tugged her closer until she was almost laying across my chest, her shoulder brushing Justin's. "I think it goes without saying that we want to spend more time with you but I know you have a life here."
A bitter laugh escaped Riley's mouth and cut me off. "Not much of one," she said, her blue eyes peering up at me filled with so much pain that all I wanted to do was to erase it. "To be honest, I spent most of yesterday thinking you were going to choose Justin and even though I meant what I said when I said I would have been happy for you, it made me realize just how few connections I had and how immersed I've been in creating this writing career and business. I've always been focused on the next deadline, the next signing, the next book campaign and proving that I could make a living as a fulltime author that I think I forgot the living part of life."
Her voice was raw and choked as if the absolute vulnerability that she was showing was almost too much for her to handle. Justin propped himself up with his arm on my knee to see Riley better as she talked.
"Baby girl," I breathed.
She cut me off. "I'm not saying that to be like woe is me." And I knew that was true. Riley seemed to think that she didn't deserve care and understanding for any of her fears or failings and I wondered not for the first time who failed her on that. "But I am saying all of that to say that I don't have any signings or anything that requires me to be somewhere until October. So…" she hesitated. "If you'll have me, I'd love to spend more time with you both."
"Baby girl, I would build you a whole suite onto the house if I thought it would get you to stay with us."
Riley laughed. "I don't need a whole suite. But if I could take some space in that second bedroom you have for an office, that would be amazing." My second bedroom was mainly used as a guest bedroom when my parents came to visit but I would gladly build her an addition if she wanted. Maybe I should look at that. Or building a new house if the three of us were going to live together.
I must have been staring into space as Riley poked my shoulder gently. "Sorry, what was that?"
Justin chuckled. "I told you, he got lost in building plans. He's probably going to try and convince us to build a whole new house."
I didn't miss the flash of panic across Riley's face but I pretended not to. Justin must have seen it as well as he smiled gently. "We'll start with a desk, how about that?"
"That sounds perfect." Riley said, snuggling into my chest. She bit her lip and Justin raised his eyebrows.
"What is it?"
Riley frowned at him but there was no heat in her eyes. "How do you do that?"
"Do what?"
"Know that! I didn't say anything."
Justin chuckled again, reaching up and tweaking her nose. "You're not the only one with an eye for detail."
Riley huffed. "I guess not. I'm going to have to get used to it."
I squeezed her gently. "You'll get used to it."
"I hope so," Riley smiled warmly at Justin. A faint hint of pink dusted Justin's cheeks.
"Anyways," Justin drawled. "You haven't told us what it is."
Riley sighed, shadows dancing in her eyes. "Well, I did a lot of thinking yesterday after I realized I have basically no life. And I made promises for the next two books this year of the Meira Quinn series but after that I'm thinking of taking a break. Or adjusting my publishing schedule to be a little less strenuous. But I'm not sure how my fans will react or if I can do that and keep being a full-time author. The indie publishing world can be fickle and constant releases are one of the ways we stay relevant. "
"You have amazing books though," Justin said softly. "And your fans love you so they'll understand if you need to adjust your schedule in order to keep bringing them books."
"I hope so," Riley didn't sound sure and I didn't know enough about the indie publishing world to chime in but I was going to learn. "But I have some time before I need to make the decision either way."
"Whatever you decide, we'll support you," I said, pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead.
She melted into me, her face turned up towards mine and I couldn't help but lean down and brush a kiss across her soft pink lips. When her lips chased mine after I pulled back I gave in. My hand came up to cradle the back of her head as I tilted it so I could kiss her deeper, our tongues tangling. She groaned when we finally broke apart and out of the corner of my eye I saw Justin watching us with heat in his eyes. He had moved so he was kneeling on the floor in between my legs at some point during RIley and I's kiss.
"Kiss him," Riley whispered to me. Justin placed a hand on my thigh and leaned forward. Our mouths met in a clash of teeth and tongue as we devoured each other. It had been too long even if we had spent last night getting reacquainted with each other's bodies. When we finally broke away, there was no disguising the heat in Riley's eyes. I used the hand that was still tangled in Justin's hair to guide him in Riley's direction. Their kiss was soft and sweet as they took their time exploring each other's mouths. I groaned under my breath as my cock pressed against my zipper uncomfortably. We needed to move this to the bedroom. When they broke apart, I moved, scooping Riley up and tossing her over my shoulder.
"Colton!" She laughed. "Again with the over the shoulder?"
I slapped her ass lightly and could feel her shiver. "The position has its perks."
Justin laughed behind me but I noticed him hesitate when he got to the door of Riley's bedroom. The walls were painted a soft blue and a king size bed with a dark wood headboard dominated the center of the room. The dark gray comforter was thrown to the ground at the foot of the bed and the sheets were rumpled like Riley slept restlessly. I let Riley down, her body sliding against mine and doing nothing to help the situation with my zipper. I couldn't help but press a hard kiss against her lips before she pulled away. She noticed Justin standing in the door and uncertainty crossed her face. It seemed like neither of them knew what to do so I was going to have to step in. But before I could, Riley held out a hand to Justin. He entered the room and took her hand, squeezing it gently. "I'm fine just to watch if that makes you more comfortable," he murmured to her.
"I'm fine if you watch but only if you touch too," Riley teased softly, letting him know she wanted him to be an active participant.
Justin's eyes widened before he smiled, some of the confidence that I was used to seeing from him in the bedroom came back into his eyes. He brought his hand up to cup her face and kissed her. While they were doing that, I whipped my shirt over my head and unzipped my jeans leaving myself just in my boxers before stepping up to press myself against Riley's back. She gasped as I ran my hands down her side and Justin pulled back.
"Undress her." Riley shuddered at the commanding note in his voice but she lifted her arms so I could pull the shirt over her head, leaving her in a plain black cotton bra. She blushed but anything she was about to say was cut off into a soft gasp when Justin ran his fingers along the edge of her bra. "This too."
I unhooked her bra and let it fall to the floor at our feet. I ran my hands up her arms before cupping her breasts with my hands. Justin's gaze was hot and heavy like a physical caress as he watched me circle her nipples with my thumbs.
"Do you want him to taste these pretty nipples, baby girl?" I whispered in Riley's ear. "Taste how perfect you are?"
Riley shivered, her nipples becoming hard points at my touch and words and she nodded wordlessly. Justin leaned over and I had the perfect view to watch his tongue come out and trace a light circle around one of her nipples. I groaned at the same time Riley did, remembering the dangerous things he could do with that tongue. I started plucking her other nipple as he sucked it into his mouth and she let out a soft cry and shuddered between us. Without saying a word, we switched and Riley moaned. Her fingers gripped Justin's shoulder and fisted in his t-shirt. She tugged it in a wordless demand for him to take it off and he obliged her, stepping back and stripping his shirt off. He gathered her in his arms and kissed her while I went to my knees and tugged down the soft leggings she wore. I licked her pussy through the soft silk of her underwear and she cried out into Justin's mouth. I quickly stripped her of the soft fabric and buried my face in her center. She bucked her hips and Justin's hands came down to hold her steady as I feasted with long licks and soft nips. When I dipped my tongue in her entrance, her knees buckled on a loud moan. Thrusting my tongue into her shallowly, I rubbed her clit in the short quick movements that I knew would get her there but not tip her over. I replaced my tongue with a finger and she moaned.
"Please," Riley begged.
"Such beautiful begging," Justin murmured and Riley clenched on my finger.
"She likes dirty talk," I said.
"Really?" Justin said, a teasing note in his voice as Riley gasped between us. "You like hearing everything we're going to do to this beautiful body of yours?"
I slid a second finger into her as she went to answer and the words died on her tongue in a breathless gasp.
"That's not an answer," Justin teased her.
"Yes," Riley gasped.
"Good girl," Justin murmured. "Come on Colton's fingers. I want to watch you fall apart for him."
She threw her head back, breaking the kiss with Justin on a cry as her body shook from her orgasm. He kept his hands on her hips, steadying her as I rose to my feet to press her between both of us. She gasped and shuddered as she came down from the high. Justin grabbed the back of my neck and tugged me forward, licking the taste of her off my lips. Riley moaned in between us, resting her head back on my shoulder as she watched us kiss.
"Delicious," Justin purred as he pulled away. Riley shivered and I stroked my hands up and down her arms. "Get your ass back on the bed." Justin gave my shoulder a light push. "I want to see our girl ride you."
I did as he said, shedding my boxers and arranging the pillows so I was leaning against the headboard. Justin nudged Riley my way but when she went to face me, I turned her so her back was to my chest. "Let him watch," I murmured in her ear. "It'll drive him crazy."
Justin's brown eyes went molten as she settled on my lap, one hand grabbing my cock to guide it to her entrance as she sank down on me. He raked a hand through his hair, forearms flexing as she started riding me. I lifted my hips as she sank down, sinking deeper into her warmth.
I set a slow pace, designed to drive us crazy. Justin stood at the edge of the bed, every muscle rigid from holding himself back. Riley liked his eyes on her, a fact I could tell by the way she arched her back and cupped her breasts with her hands as if she was offering them to him. His eyes trailed from her breasts down to where I was sinking inside her and my hips jerked at the heat in them. I could see the outline of his cock pressed against his sweat pants but he didn't make a move to take them off. He was being careful of Riley's comfort zone and my heart warmed. This was really going to work.
Riley squeezed her muscles around me and a choked yell escaped my throat. Someone was getting impatient. The bed dipped and I saw Justin on his knees in front of us. He trailed his fingers across Riley's collarbone and she shivered.
"Can I taste you?" He asked her.
Riley nodded as her muscles squeezed around me again. Instead of going for her nipples, Justin leaned forward and covered her clit with his mouth. She cried out, one hand going to my thigh and one hand going to Justin's hair. I groaned as I felt Justin's hot tongue on my cock, tasting Riley on my skin. He alternated between my cock and Riley's clit. The sensation was too much and I wasn't going to last. I grabbed Riley's hips and started slamming her down on my cock. Justin moved to Riley's clit again and she came with a hoarse scream, crying out both of our names as she shuddered violently on top of me. Her clenching muscles triggered my own orgasm and I roared my release. Justin didn't move until Riley begged for mercy.
"Please," she gasped weakly. "Enough, I can't take anymore."
He lifted his head, lips glistening. He placed soft kisses up her body and ran his hands up and down my legs. When he reached her chest, Riley pulled him up for a kiss and then pulled me forward as well. I groaned at the taste of her on his lips and chased it with my tongue. Riley clenched around me and I groaned again.
Justin gentled the kiss and pulled away. He ducked into the bathroom while I slid out of Riley. He returned with a washcloth and cleaned us both up before pulling the comforter off the floor and covering us all with it with Riley in the middle.
As our heartbeats slowed and we all came down from the post orgasm high, Riley started giggling.
"What is it?" I asked, amused at her laughter.
"I was thinking maybe you both should have led with that when you were trying to convince me this would work."
Justin laughed and buried his face in her neck. "Anytime you want an encore, sweetheart, you just let us know." Riley's eyes widened at the nickname but she melted into Justin's chest.
"I'm going to hold you to that," Riley said softly. We snuggled for a few minutes longer before Riley got up to use the restroom. On her way back, she scooped my t-shirt off the floor and pulled it over her head. The primal part of my brain roared in delight like it always did at seeing her in my clothes. I rolled over and grabbed my boxers, putting them back on and then lying back down on my back. I turned my head to Justin .
"You okay?" I asked. He seemed happy but I wanted to be sure.
"I am," he said softly. "I'm happy."
"Good." I smiled at him. This was going to work. It had been a good idea in my head but even better in real life. My girlfriend and boyfriend were happy and I was going to do everything I could to keep them both that way.
