Chapter 16

D

H is Doll. His Yara.

D fidgeted in annoyance, he had stayed out of sight in this disgusting restaurant, but their dinner had gone on for ages.

His doll was acting differently than she should.

D wasn’t quite sure of the specifics, but he knew for certain this wasn’t going according to plan. He had signed James up for this, knew he would request the discretion package, but why did it seem like more than that?

This date had gone on for too long; he wasn’t sure what there was left to discuss.

Why did it almost appear they were flirting?

A moment later she threw her drink at James. His anger simmered down, and he chuckled.

Better.

“Fuck off!” his doll screeched loudly enough to echo around the entire restaurant.

Silence followed for a moment before the hum of conversation started up again. He kept his eyes focused on her retreat, she was heading for the bathrooms.

The time wasn’t right to take her, she had caused too much of a scene.

He would need to wait a little longer, he would have to make James meet up with her again. Get her in public. Further away from Kazi .

D glanced back at James, a restaurant employee was leading him away, blubbering apologies.

D had seen enough, it was time to leave.

Time to work on an alternate plan.

D was a patient man, but even still, he couldn’t stamp down his excitement.

His doll would be returning to him soon.

Whether she wanted to or not.
