Epilogue

Brenna's heart fluttered with excitement as she gazed at her reflection in the full-length mirror. The off-white satin dress hugged her curves perfectly, from the fitted boat-necked bodice to the long sleeves embellished with tiny pearls, and cascading into a full circular skirt with a train sweeping the floor. She couldn't help but smile, hoping that Beau's breath would be taken away when he saw her.

Celine stood beside her, dressed in a beautiful lavender gown, her arm around Brenna's shoulders. "You look stunning," she said.

"You do too. Lavender suits you," Brenna replied, grateful for her friend's support.

"It's your day, Bren. You are the one who looks absolutely radiant," Celine insisted.

Brenna laughed. "Thank you, Celine. I'm just so happy."

"As you should be. Beau is a wonderful man and you two are perfect for each other."

"I know." Brenna paused for a moment before continuing, "I told Beau I have this feeling that Liz and Eric might show up and try to cause some drama during the wedding ceremony."

Celine shook her head. "They wouldn't dare ruin your special day."

"I hope not, but those two are notorious for trying to sabotage our relationship." Brenna sighed.

"Wait, I thought they broke up?" Celine asked.

"They did, but they're back together again... for now." Brenna rolled her eyes.

Celine chuckled. "Sounds like it will be an interesting love story between those two."

Brenna smiled slyly. "Oh, trust me, it won't last long."

Celine laughed along with her. "Well let's focus on your wedding day instead of those two."

"Agreed." Brenna nodded, determined to enjoy every moment of her special day with Beau by her side.

Just then, there was a knock on the door and Celine went to answer it. Brenna's father entered the room and she saw his eyes mist up as he gazed at her.

"You look gorgeous, honey. Just like your mother did on our wedding day," he said, taking her hand and squeezing it gently.

"Thank you, Daddy. I'm so happy," Brenna replied with tears in her eyes.

"I can tell. Beau is a great guy and your mother, and I love him. As long as he treats you right, we'll be more than happy," her father reassured her.

Brenna's heart swelled with love for her parents. "Thank you, Daddy."

He cleared his throat before saying, "Let's get you married, honey."

"I just wish Jack could have made it, but I get that he's not able to."

"He'd be here if he could. Come on, Beau's waiting."

With a deep breath, Brenna nodded and looped her arm through her father's as they made their way to the vestibule where they would wait for the music to start. This was the moment she had been dreaming of, a new life with Beau by her side. She couldn't wait to begin their journey together.

Beau stood in the room, gazing out the window at the beautiful scenery. The sun was shining brightly on his wedding day, filling him with a sense of contentment that he had never felt before. As he took in his surroundings, his brother Luke appeared beside him.

"Ready for this, big brother?" Luke asked, smiling at Beau.

"I've been ready," Beau replied confidently. "I didn't feel this happy when I married Liz."

"That's because she wasn't meant for you," Luke said knowingly. "But Brenna is. You look happier than I've ever seen you."

A smile spread across Beau's face as he nodded in agreement. "I am. And looking back, I'm almost glad Liz cheated on me. It led me to realize that something was missing in my life, and now I know it was Brenna."

Before Luke could respond, there was a knock at the door and the priest stuck his head in.

"It's time, Beau. You and Luke need to make your way to the altar."

"Of course, sir. I'm ready," Beau said with a sense of excitement.

The priest nodded and Beau took a deep breath before walking out of the room with his brother following closely behind. As they made their way toward the altar, Beau turned to Luke.

"You have the ring, right?"

Luke tapped the pocket on the inside of his jacket and paused for a moment before a concerned look spread across his face.

"What? What's wrong?" Beau asked, starting to feel anxious.

"I couldn't resist." Luke chuckled, causing Beau to roll his eyes playfully.

"You better not be messing with me on my wedding day," Beau joked back.

"Don't worry, I have it," Luke said as he pulled out the ring from his pocket to show Beau.

Feeling relieved, Beau took one more deep breath before making his way to the altar and taking his place. He glanced around at all the guests, feeling overwhelmed with happiness that so many people had come to witness his marriage to Brenna.

As the music started playing, everyone stood up and turned to face the doorway. He watched as Celine glided down the aisle with a smile on her beautiful face, but Beau's heart skipped a beat when he saw Brenna's father walking down the aisle, proudly escorting his daughter. She looked absolutely stunning, and Beau couldn't help but feel a rush of love and excitement as she approached him.

He took her hand, nodding at her father, and led her up the steps to stand in front of the priest. As they gazed into each other's eyes, Beau couldn't help but wink at Brenna when she squeezed his hand.

The ceremony began, and they both waited anxiously for any objections. When someone let out a loud sneeze, causing Beau to jump slightly, he couldn't help but chuckle along with the rest of the guests.

"Way to scare a man on his wedding day," he joked, looking at Brenna who was laughing by his side.

"Couldn't have timed it better," she replied with a bright smile.

The ceremony continued until they were finally pronounced as husband and wife. As Beau was given permission to kiss his bride, he cupped her face in his hands and leaned in for a passionate kiss. Pulling back slightly, he looked deep into her eyes and whispered, "I will love you through this life and the next."

Tears glistened in Brenna's eyes as she replied, "And I will love you forever."

The couple turned toward the gathering and were met with cheers, prompting those outside the church to join in as well. Beau grinned, leading Brenna down the aisle and playfully opening the doors for her before they both laughed at the enthusiastic response from the crowd.

"I don't think any town knows how to celebrate a wedding quite like Clifton," Brenna remarked, looking up at Beau with love in her eyes.

He leaned down to kiss her on the lips, causing even more shouts and cheers from their guests. "We'll have our own private celebration later tonight. I'm sorry we have to postpone our honeymoon."

"It doesn't matter where we are, as long as we're together," Brenna replied, returning his kiss and basking in the joy of their loved ones.

"Let's thank our guests and then head to the town hall for now," Beau suggested, earning a nod of agreement from Brenna. "And tonight, we'll have our own celebration."

As they bid farewell to their guests and left the church, Beau couldn't believe he had found love again. He knew without a doubt that Brenna was his soulmate and he promised himself to always keep her happy and fulfill all her desires in life. With her by his side, he had everything he needed for as long as he lived.
