Chapter 18

Archer

I'd hoped to surprise Crispin and take him to lunch, but unfortunately, I'd had an outdoor photo shoot that ran long. I sent him a text letting him know I wasn't going to make it back, and he'd assured me that it was fine. He'd already planned on asking Elton to go with him this afternoon to get some of his things, like we'd discussed this morning.

A couple hours later, I got a message from Crispin letting me know they'd pulled into the parking garage. I was sure they could handle it, but I wanted to see him, so I decided to take a break and go down and greet them.

I locked up my studio and hurried to the parking garage. I was rushing so I wouldn't miss them, but I came to a screeching halt when I saw Crispin's car. He'd parked in the second spot allocated to my apartment, which was about the only thing he'd done correctly. The car doors were wide open, the trunk was up, and his belongings were strewn everywhere.

I pulled out my phone and sent Hitch a text.

Me: Hey, something is up with the boys. I was meeting them in the garage, but they're gone, and Crispin's stuff is everywhere.

I stood there looking at the mess that was all over everywhere. Maybe they decided to go up and unlock the door first? But then why would they leave the door wide open? This looked like they were unloading everything and just took off.

Hitch: By "the boys" I assume Elton is with him?

Me: He was anyway. All I know for sure is Crispin's car is here and so is all his stuff, but the boys are nowhere to be seen.

I paused, hearing footsteps clattering nearby. I looked up to see Crispin and Elton coming around the corner.

Me: Never mind. They're here.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to hug him or turn him over my lap and spank him. I shoved my phone in my pocket and turned to lean against the car, waiting for them to reach me. It didn't take long, but it was enough time for me to take a couple of deep breaths.

"He disappeared into thin air!" Crispin came to a stop in front of me and threw his hands up, exasperated.

"Like a ghost!" Elton added. "Are we sure he's not a ghost?"

Crispin looked over at his friend. "I don't think you can catch pictures of ghosts with a regular camera." He glanced back at me. "Can you?" He didn't wait for an answer before turning to Elton again. "I'm sure you can't. He's not a ghost. He's a person, and we saw him! He was there, and then he was just… gone."

"Who, Crispin? And people don't disappear into thin air."

"Jordy. We saw him. I'm sure it was him, so we went after him, and he disappeared. Like he was there, and then poof, he was gone."

I refused to let how damn cute he looked all worked up over the disappearing, maybe Jordy, distract me. He'd scared me, and because of that, we had things to discuss. "Crispin, I don't know what happened to whoever you saw, and I don't know if it was even Jordy. What I do know is that this"—I motioned to the mess of belongings scattered in the parking garage—"is not okay. How do you think it looked when I showed up and you were gone, and your stuff was all over the place?"

"I'm sorry, but he was getting away," he insisted.

"You can't just run off after people. And you definitely can't assume that just because Cort is a good guy that Jordy is as well. We don't know him, Crispin. This was not a wise or safe choice."

He hung his head and let out a sigh. "I guess not. I just didn't want to lose him. Not if we had a chance of finding him for Cort."

"So you chased after him, and he still got away. Meanwhile, you left all your belongings right here, out in the open, where anyone could have found them or taken them."

Just then, the door leading to the parking garage flew open, and Hitch came through. His focus was solely on Elton, who'd been standing quietly, glancing between me and Crispin. When he reached us, he looked around at the clothes, books, and shoes all over the place.

"What happened here?" he asked Elton.

"We thought we saw Jordy, so we chased after him."

Hitch's brow furrowed. "What were you thinking?"

"I was thinking…" Elton hesitated like maybe an acceptable answer would come to him, but he'd heard how it went between me and Crispin, so he knew better. "I was thinking that Crispin and I were going to help Cort find his little brother."

Hitch looked at the scattered items around Crispin's car and let out a sigh. "Head on inside," he said firmly to Elton.

"But I need to help Crispin carry his stuff up to Archer's apartment," Elton protested.

Hitch glanced at me and smirked. "I'm pretty sure the two of them can handle this. Now, come on." He placed a hand on the small of Elton's back and gave him a gentle push toward the door. I thought I heard something about, "At least you weren't wearing pajamas," but I wasn't sure.

I let them go and turned my attention back to Crispin. "Let's get this picked up, and we'll bring it upstairs before we have a nice long talk about personal safety and you scaring me half to death."

"I'm really sorry, Daddy. I wasn't thinking. I saw him and reacted."

"I know you just wanted to help, and I want Cort to find his brother, too, but sweet boy, you're what matters to me. Do you hear me?"

He nodded and started picking up his things.

I started helping before pausing and taking a good look around at all the stuff now that I could think clearly. "Did you bring everything you own?"

"Not everything," he said, he said with a small smile. "Just the stuff that was at my brother's."

Crispin

It took two trips up to Archer's place, even with him carrying the majority of my stuff. He still didn't look too happy with me, but he didn't exactly look angry either. I waited in the living room until he'd taken the last of my clothes to his bedroom.

He came back into the room and sighed.

"Are you mad at me, Daddy?" I asked nervously.

Archer shook his head. "That isn't the word. You scared the hell out of me. I'm realizing that you have no sense of self-preservation at all."

"That's not true. It's daytime, and we were outside the Windsor. Besides, Elton was with me. It's not like I was alone."

Archer barked out an incredulous laugh. "So knowing Elton was with you is supposed to make me feel better? I'm not sure that's the reassurance you think it is."

Okay, I guessed he had a point. "Well… it was Jordy."

"I know, sweet boy." Archer ran a hand back through his hair. "I appreciate that big heart of yours, but you should've called me when you saw him. Or hell, even Hitch. I know Elton has him on speed dial. What am I going to do with you?"

For some reason, I didn't think this was a rhetorical question. "Are you…" I trailed off, not wanting to put ideas in his head.

"Going to discipline you? Give you a reason to think about your actions going forward? Oh, you can bet your sweet ass I am." As he said it, his gaze traveled down my body, and a wicked grin spread across his face. "In fact, I think your ass is the exact place to start."

"Daddy?" I asked hesitantly, unsure where his mind was at.

"I think a spanking is in order, don't you, boy?"

Boy? Not sweet boy? His voice had taken on a dark edge I'd never heard out of him before. It went more in line with the brooding man I used to watch but didn't know then the man who normally called me sweet boy. I wasn't scared, but it was definitely a different side of him. I trembled. It intrigued me, it seemed. I gulped. "So what did you have in mind?" I asked, twisting my fingers together.

"Well, since my room—" He stopped. "Since our room is filled with your stuff, I think we'll have to handle this out here in the living room."

"Meaning?"

"Take off your pants, boy," he growled.

My legs began to shake with a mixture of nervousness and excitement. "Right here?"

"Right here. Pants and underwear off."

Holding his gaze, I kicked off my shoes, hooked my thumbs into my pants and underwear together at my hips, and pulled them down to my feet. Stepping out of them, I kicked them to the side over the top of my shoes.

As I stood back up in front of Archer, he smirked. Following his gaze, I looked down and realized I was half-hard. What the hell was that about? Archer chuckled. "Apparently, someone likes the idea of having their ass warmed for bad behavior."

I wasn't sure that was the case, but the evidence seemed to point in that direction. "Bend over and hold the arm of the couch."

I made my way to the front of the couch and stretched out my arms to clutch the fabric. Archer circled behind me. "On second thought, lay your upper body across the arm and put that ass up in the air for me," he said.

There was something about still having my shirt on, being naked from the waist down, and feeling the heat of his eyes boring into my ass that made my dick go even harder. Archer's large hand skimmed lightly across my butt, and I squeezed my eyes shut, tensing with anticipation. "You ready for this, boy?"

"Yes," I said breathlessly. I'd had men tap my ass here and there during sex, but I'd never had a spanking. I'd thought about it, but I'd never been with anyone long enough to feel comfortable asking them to give me one. I'd never trusted anyone enough. I didn't think the first time I got one was going to be from being in trouble with my sexy Daddy, but… well, I was here for it.

Archer delivered a flurry of little taps across my butt, and I smiled. Oh, that wasn't so bad. A giggle slipped past my lips. Smack . He stripped my false sense of security away with a sting on the underside of my right ass cheek. I gasped.

"Not so funny now, is it, boy?" he asked.

Before I could answer, another smack hit the same spot under my left cheek. "Ah."

"Are you going to take better care of yourself, boy?" he asked as he rubbed over the spot.

"Yes, Daddy."

His palm hit the center of my ass— smack —right across my crack. "You promise?"

"Yes, I—"

Another clap to my cheeks rang out as my breath caught.

"Are you going to put yourself in unsafe positions?" he asked while delivering another slap in a different spot.

I started to say yes before his question came together in my head. "No, Daddy. I prom—"

Smack .

"How you doing, boy? You good?" he asked, trailing his fingertips over my skin. It felt like he was playing connect the dots with the heat emanating from the different spots he'd spanked. "Check in with yourself."

It was hard to concentrate with all the different sensations. The heat, his touch, and my own panting breaths. But I did know one thing. "I'm dripping precum on your couch, Daddy."

He groaned. "Oh, you like this. I thought maybe you'd had enough, but maybe not. Can you make it to ten for Daddy?"

Focusing, I realized his fingers were drawing a pattern across my butt, over and over again. I counted. "Four more, Daddy?"

He hummed. "You should see what I see. The splashes of red across your pale skin."

Since my ass never saw the sun, it excited me thinking about the contrast in color. Something I'd never have even thought of if Archer didn't talk so passionately about what he loved about photography. "I… I want more."

Smack. Smack. Smack. Smack.

He delivered in quick succession. Overlapping other spots. My breathing became more labored, and my cock got harder, excited by the touch, but also anticipating the end. Or maybe it was the reverse. I couldn't even keep it straight at this point. All I knew was I liked it.

Archer gripped my hips, dragging me backward, but leaving my upper chest and head supported by the couch. Then I felt his lips pressing where my skin burned from his touch, and his arm snaked from behind as he wrapped his hand around my dick. "Fuck yeah!" I cried out, lost to a sea of sensations. Using my precum as lube, he slid his hand up and down my shaft, fast and furious, while skimming my ass slowly with his lips. The juxtaposition threw me over the edge, and my orgasm ripped out me.

Archer growled behind me. "Stay right there." I heard him unzip his pants, then his heavy breathing as his hand stroked against his cock. I craned my neck around to find his gaze trained on his handiwork on my ass and his face pink with desire. I'd done that for him. I wiggled my butt teasingly. He moaned. "Fuck." It wasn't long before he came hard, splashing cum onto my ass.

"I'll be right back, sweet boy," he said after catching his breath. He strode into the kitchen, and I heard running water. He returned with a wet hand towel, completely naked, and cleaned off my backside before picking me up and dropping down onto the couch with me on his lap. Then he carefully wiped up the cum from my stomach and my dick. "You were such a good boy for me."

"Thank you, Daddy."

He tossed the towel to the ground, then tugged my shirt up and off before wrapping me in his arms so we were skin to skin. "Did you enjoy that?"

Was he kidding? He'd given me an experience unlike any I'd ever had. "Is it terrible if I admit I did?"

He kissed the side of my head. "No. Since I did, too. That doesn't mean I want you to purposefully go looking for trouble to get a spanking, though."

"I…" A huge yawn cut me off. "Sorry."

"You've had a long day. I'll put some cream on your cute little butt, and you can curl up on the couch and take a nap."

"I still have to go back for two classes tonight." For the first time since I became a yoga instructor, I regretted that I had to work tonight. It had been a long day, and I wanted nothing more than to stay curled up on the couch with Archer and watch a movie. "I think I'm going to hire someone else to run some of my classes."

"Oh yeah?"

It had been a random statement based on my own reluctance to get back up, but I heard the relief in Archer's tone. I knew he worried about me working too much, but I had him to consider now, too. Most of his appointments were during the day, and my schedule was split up all over the place in an attempt to accommodate the different times students could make it to classes.

This was a new relationship, and I was here for it. It wasn't fair for us to work everything around my schedule. Plus, now that I didn't owe Aziza the huge lump sum I'd created in my mind, I could afford to pay another employee.

"I think so. It would be nice not having to be at the studio every day. I even have someone I want to approach about it. I've told you about her before. Remember Janelle?"

"The young lady who said all the nice things about you?"

A pleased smile tickled the corner of my lips. "That's not why I want to ask her if she'd like to come on, but that was pretty awesome."

"You deserve it."

He didn't actually know that since I still hadn't gotten him to take a class, but I appreciated how much he believed in me. "Okay, I'll talk to her the next time she comes in for a class." I let out another jaw-cracking yawn.

"Why don't you take a little nap, sweet boy? I'll fix you a light snack you can eat before you go, and then we'll make dinner when you come home. Sound good?"

"It sounds like you're going to spoil me," I said teasingly.

He huffed. "It seems like that will be the case."

I lifted my head and met his gaze. "Do you regret it? Me?" He never treated me like I was too much, but it never hurt to ask.

"Not even a little bit. Although, I might while I'm trying to find room for everything you brought over."

He winked so I knew he was teasing, but it made me think about my brother. "You might change your mind after I introduce you to my family. My brother was a little concerned that he hadn't met you yet, and I told him you wanted to meet them, so…"

Archer smiled approvingly. "Good boy. Let's get that set up as soon as possible."

I sighed. "Okay, I'll call Ben so we can figure out a good time."

I started to stand up so I could grab my phone, but he held me tightly. "You can do it after your nap."

Putting off that inevitable phone call sounded good to me. Besides, I had to do what Daddy said, right?
