CENSUS GONE WRONG

Census on population raises questions as city checkpoints are erected across the country. A growing number of institutions and the general public are concerned about the purpose of the census. Targets are being set on magic creatures, and many people mention being chased and forced to take the census to avoid arrest. Eighty-four thousand people are said to have been arrested, awaiting capital sentence for non-cooperation and incitement to war.
