Ive got good news and bad news. The good news is, a vision told me I'd have a date for this year's Halloween party. The bad news is, it's October 31 already, and the mysterious would-be-date has yet to show his stupid face.

Frankly, Im tired of waiting for an unknown Mr. Right to show up for one measly date. So, I'm taking matters into my own hands and conjuring myself a date with a succubus-for-hire. Just one quick, harmless contract with a demon escort is all I need. And all he has to do is stand next to me, match my costume, and make me feel pretty and desired. The powers-that-be won't notice such a minor dabbling in forbidden magic on Halloween, of all nights. And if they do? My demon date will have slithered on back to hell before anyone notices what I've done. No muss, no fuss.
